This pathetic excuse for a human being is 24 year old James Lee Troutman. You see, James likes little girls. James likes to lock little girls in his apartment. James also likes to rape and murder little girls.

This adorable precious girl was 9 year old Skyler Rae Kauffman. Skyler was unfortunate enough to live in the same apartment complex as James Troutman. People who knew Skyler said she was a fun-loving little girl with bright eyes and a big smile.

Skyler came into contact with Troutman on April 18th 2011 when she was playing outside with a friend and had to go to the bathroom, Troutman offered to let the girls use his bathroom and they accepted. When Skyler and her friend got into Troutman’s bathroom they saw pictures of naked women on the walls.

Any idiot with functioning reproductive organs can produce a baby and it seems like an awful lot of idiots do just that.

Children do not ask to be born. They are the result of a male human and a female human having unprotected sex. It is incumbent upon this couple to either raise the product of their union or surrender the child to society’s care.

This isn’t rocket science, folks. It is easy – either care for your child or give the child to someone who can.

To couples who actually plan for a child and only care whether or not the infant is born healthy, it must be devastating to learn that their child will face a life with a handicap by some factor unforeseen and unexpected. Such was the diagnosis for Baby Ampe.

A 59-year-old Bantam man avoided jail time by pleading guilty in an April 2, 2010, incident in Ridgefield in which his two German shepherds mauled a man and a puppy, according to court records.

Robert Kahn pleaded guilty Wednesday in state Superior Court in Danbury to two counts of allowing a dog to roam and second-degree reckless endangerment for the dog attack on Guy Marchison and his then-15-week-old golden retriever, according to the prosecution.

“We’re grateful that the state’s attorney’s office handled this appropriately, with an interest for protecting public safety,” said Marchison’s lawyer, William Bloss, of Bridgeport. “We’re hopeful that other dog owners will not be forced to confront this type of situation.”

Two Massachusetts teens accused of harassing a 15-year-old classmate who later hanged herself were sentenced Wednesday to a year of probation, the first of five anticipated plea deals in a case that drew worldwide attention to school bullying.

Phoebe Prince’s crying mother approved the deals finalized Wednesday in Hampshire Superior Court, where Sean Mulveyhill and Kayla Narey, both 18, were sentenced for their roles in the bullying that preceded Phoebe’s suicide in January 2010.

Three other former South Hadley High School students are expected to accept similar plea arrangements Thursday in a nearby juvenile courthouse, a few miles from their small hometown about 100 miles west of Boston.

The gentleman pictured here is Rodell Vereen. No, orange jumpsuits are not in style this Spring; he was the recipient of a fully paid holiday at a South Carolina state prison. Vereen hails from a small, picturesque town by the name of Conway, population 12 thousand. It looks like a nice place, full of wholesome slices of American life such as working class families, children playing in the parks, horses in pastures, fall fairs that bring the community together, and nearby Myrtle Beach.

With all this, you’d almost think that Rodell Vereen could have found something to do with himself. The 50 year old worked in landscaping and aside from two minor burglary charges was an unremarkable citizen. However, all that changed the day Rodell met Sugar (last name witheld). Sugar was 19, friendly, athletic, and definitely a country girl at heart although she was unable to speak English. Rodell took one look and fell hard.

As a nurse who works in an acute care setting, I find myself able to stomach the sort of things that those who choose other career paths might not be able to tolerate.

A lunch break where I work usually involves eating as quickly as we possibly can, and being frequently interrupted to attend to situations that might ruin the average appetite. After cleaning up blood or other bodily substances, I wash my hands and return to our half-eaten meal for a couple more bites. That’s right…while a sick patient is losing their lunch, I am often holding their emesis basin wondering when I will be able to finish my lunch.
