  • James Lee Troutman

This pathetic excuse for a human being is 24 year old James Lee Troutman. You see, James likes little girls. James likes to lock little girls in his apartment. James also likes to rape and murder little girls.

This adorable precious girl was 9 year old Skyler Rae Kauffman. Skyler was unfortunate enough to live in the same apartment complex as James Troutman. People who knew Skyler said she was a fun-loving little girl with bright eyes and a big smile.

Skyler came into contact with Troutman on April 18th 2011 when she was playing outside with a friend and had to go to the bathroom, Troutman offered to let the girls use his bathroom and they accepted. When Skyler and her friend got into Troutman’s bathroom they saw pictures of naked women on the walls.

Troutman saw the girls looking at the pictures he asked if they wanted to “see his bird”. The girls ran to the front door only to find it locked. They quickly unlocked it and ran home where they told their parents what happened. Their parents then went to police and reported the incident.

Skyler’s mother, Heather Gebhard, said the cops “blew off” the incident.

21 days later, Skyler was dead.

Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman said:

“You have to have a crime take place in order to file charges…Everyone did what they were supposed to do, and unfortunately it wasn’t enough to prevent the death of this child.”

On the evening of May 9th, 2011, Skyler Kauffman went out to play in the apartment complex and was never seen alive again. When her mother noticed she was missing she called the police and they began searching. The first clue they found was a puddle of blood in the basement of one of the apartment buildings.

According to Troutman’s confession he grabbed Skyler from the parking lot and drug her to the basement where he raped and strangled her, hitting her head on the floor “a couple of times at least” in the process. He then took the girl’s lifeless body, wrapped it in a blanket and threw her in the dumpster out in the parking lot.

Skyler Kauffman was dead before the Ambler Alert went out.

Her autopsy showed “severe genital trauma”. God only knows the pain this poor girl went through before having her life taken from her by this animal.

James Lee Troutman claimed he “just snapped” and “it was like a whiteout”. Wow buddy, that’s a great excuse for raping and murdering an innocent little girl whom everyone knew as a happy and loving child.

Police came across Troutman while going door to door looking for Skyler and noticed he had blood on his shoes and was acting strangely.

Police Chief James Leary was quoted as saying:

“We have an overwhelming amount of physical evidence which links him to the victim and which links him to the crime. This is horrible crime, a horrible crime of violence.”

James Troutman’s fiancé, Heather Clemons, said when she came home from work that day around 4:30 she saw Troutman laying on the couch. A short time later he told her he was going outside to play video games on his cell phone.

A little while after that she said that she heard a child screaming “No!” from the basement, over and over again for about 3-4 minutes, then a loud crash which she said sounded like someone being thrown down on the ground.

It makes me wonder why she wouldn’t go check it out and see if something was wrong. She could have saved Skyler’s life. Or she could have been another victim if she had walked in on Troutman raping the little girl. I personally would have ran down to the basement if I heard a child in distress. I would not be able to ignore a little girl screaming for her life. But that’s just me.

What she did though, was call Troutman on his cell phone, which went right to voicemail. When he called her back she told him about the screams she heard and he said he was out at a local track working out. He also said “I hope everything is OK”.

Later though Heather Clemons claims that she wasn’t really alarmed by the sounds from the basement and that it possibly sounded like someone having an argument with a child. She says she hears this often in her complex. But it seemed to bother her enough to call her fiancé and tell him about it but not enough to go and check it out or even call the police.

James came home and was covered in blood, which he told Heather was mud from working out at the track. This seemed odd to her but not odd enough to question him, instead James showered and changed and they ate dinner together, while Skyler was lying dead in the dumpster.

Heather Clemons has not spoken to James since his arrest and claims she doesn’t plan to speak to his ever again. She said he was wonderful to her and feels as if she was living with a stranger this whole time.

Troutman confessed to everything and is being charged with first and second degree murder, kidnapping and a number of sexual assault counts. As he was being led into the courthouse a group of over 100 people were waiting outside and shouted at him. They yelled “murderer” “death penalty” and they got in their fair share of curse words.

This murder happened in Souderton, Pennsylvania, which is about 15 miles from my house; my dad actually works right near this apartment complex. This horrible tragedy has shaken this small town and is making everyone keep a much closer eye on their children.

The only thing about this story that made me smile was seeing a clip on the news of the crowd of people waiting for Troutman outside the courthouse to let them know what they think of him. I love that these people care so much about a girl most of them have not even met.

When I heard that this monster lived nearly a half an hour away from me shook me up but it’s good to see there are more caring people around here that want to see this animal brought to justice as much as I do.

I think the thing that hit me the hardest was reading in the amber alert what Skyler was wearing the day she was murdered. A Justin Beiber t-shirt. All I could think of was Skyler dancing around her room to Justin’s music just like I had done at her age to N’Sync. It just really makes you see how innocent and precious this little girl was.

Now there are people in the area who are upset with Skyler’s mom for letting her outside alone to play. I know that when I was around Skyler’s age I used to go out and play with the neighborhood kids and my parents were fine with it. As long as I checked in with them and came home for dinner. Honestly, there are other people I would blame for failing Skyler before I would ever blame her mother.

I am hoping this waste of oxygen gets the death penalty, but even that is too good for him. I wish he could experience the same pain and fear that Skyler did when he decided she shouldn’t live anymore.

Editor’s Notes: I apologize for the lack of new material recently, but I was on 100% bed rest for over a week, due to a case of pneumonia that just kicked my ass. Due to the delay in publishing this story, there have been some important developments in the Skyler Kauffman murder case.

On May 24th, 2011, Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman announced her office’s intention to seek the death penalty against James Lee Troutman for the murder of Skyler Kauffman.

His (Troutman’s) attorney, Craig Penglase, said in an interview last week:

“He’s never been in trouble before. I’m hopeful there are sufficient mitigating factors in his life to argue against the death penalty.”

Those could include previous treatment for “significant” mental-health issues, including Asperger’s syndrome – an autism-like disorder characterized by awkwardness in social interactions.

So I guess that means if I feel uncomfortable around other people, I get a free pass to rape and murder little children. Okay, so I’m exaggerating a bit, but I am having trouble linking this with Troutman’s desire to have sex with prepubescent girls, and kill them afterwards. I’m just not that that imaginative.

Apparently Asperger’s syndrome is the latest “Flavor Of The Month” defense some attorneys are using to get their clients acquitted. As usual, they’ve taken a legitimate medical condition, like postpartum depression, and attempted to broaden it’s definition so far it includes every person who even had a hint of a symptom of that ailment. It’s a despicable strategy that is just successful enough to ensure that it will continue (see “Twinkie defense”) as long as there are “win at all costs” attorneys out there.

The Asperger’s Defense is 100% horse-shit. My son has Asperger’s Syndrome and he knows right from wrong. That is an absolute cop-out and I hope they fry his ass…

      • Sublime12926 says:

ya it seemed like he was pretty social if he had a fiance and there were people who talked about him saying he was friendly…even telling his neighbor when someone scratched her car. He was social enough to get engaged and interact with his neighbors but after he commits murder he is suddenly extremly socially awkward and doesnt know right from wrong.
But he knew it was wrong when someone scratched his neighbors car….

I think troutman should get everything done to him that he did to skyler ..except death ..let me take a worn out splintery baseball bat and shove it up his ass,,rip all his fingernails off and stick his fingers with needles , nail his balls to a table and kick him in the face as his balls rip from his body .. let me do this for skyler . i didnt know her but knew her mother years ago . ill teach troutman not to mess with little girls..

          • Sublime12926 says:

I’m right behind you on that.
He should be slowly tortured for what he did to that beautiful girl.

      • vcbecky says:

This guy doesn’t have Asperger’s. What he as is ASSBURGERS, which is completely different. We call these people ‘Ass-pie’s”, especially if they are self-diagnosed. It IS the flavor-of-the-month excuse to be an asshole just like Prozac used to be an excuse for suicide, but as a rape/murder defense it should never be considered.

People with Asperger’s Syndrome come off as eccentric, more or less. They are a bit skewed from what we might think of as ‘normal’, but they certainly qualify as ‘human’. They DO know right from wrong, at least the ones I’ve met who truly have this condition. Sure, one of the characteristics of Asperger’s is a lack of empathy, varying in degree. Lack of empathy doesn’t mean you don’t know the difference between right and wrong, it just means that you don’t understand or consider an emotion unless you, yourself are experiencing it. You are still capable of doing willful harm to someone else.

People like Troutman here are the ones who are making it so difficult for the people who truly suffer from Asperger’s Disease, to be taken seriously. It’s like those few people who truly do have a glandular problem that is responsible for their severe obesity, and what they have to deal with. They’re being victimized, their real medical condition has become a joke to others, because lazy fatties don’t take responsibility for their overeating and sedentary lifestyles and choose to blame a disease that they don’t even have.

Vcbecky, you are so awesome. If your band ever goes on tour around the central Iowa area (we have some nice venues in Des Moines), I will not only go to your show, but take you guys out and show you a good time.

        • Kevin says:

I have Asperger’s Syndrome (diagnosed at the University of Iowa Child and Adolescent Psychiatry unit), and that is NO excuse for what this asshole did. Asperger’s Syndrome doesn’t mean you can’t control myself, and it doesn’t make you want to fuck and kill little girls. This is all on HIM, and I hope the jury sees it that way too and fries the bastard.

        • Psychochick says:

I have aspergers syndrome and we do feel empathy, we just cannot express it in such a way an NT does. Though some Apies are more adept at NT behavior than others. His aspergers syndrome is no excuse. The last thing we need is people equating aspergers with rape and murder. He did what he did because he is a child molester.

          • diekatze says:

Yes. All Aspies have feelings because they are human and humans have feelings. I find them to be very empathic because they have had to live in this world. A lot of Aspies got bullied at some point in their life. Just like any other kid who is bullied, they can either overcome it (survivor), allow it to bring them down (“habitual victim”), or they can go all evil and fucked up (pysih).

Being an Aspie has nothing to do with this guy’s crime. I would really hate to see this get blown into a thing like Bi-Polar a few years back.

            • vcbecky says:

I’m fairly certain that their attorney suggested this aspie defense, and the family grabbed onto it. The scenario makes sense to me. And how could they not grab it? It’s a matter of honesty and strength. Some people just don’t have that combination within them, to be able to resist using that angle. I can’t imagine how hard it must be, if you know that your child is guilty and deserves to be punished, but you’re presented with a possible way out no matter how unethical. Doesn’t make it right or fair, though.

Attorneys will take most any angle they see as defensible, even if they know their client is guilty, because they have to. Some take it to an extreme however, and end up hurting a wider group of people. It’s a very delicate thing, sometimes, to find the difference. To top that off, not everyone is ethical. Even attorneys. ;)

Aspergers may have contributed, in some way that I don’t understand, to what Troutman did. I don’t know everything, I acknowledge that. A single thing that contributes to a crime isn’t necessarily the basis for an excuse, or even for a reason, if that makes sense. Is a pedo with aspergers more likely to rape and kill a child than an otherwise normal person with aspergers? I think It’s the “Pedo” part that’s the real problem, not the aspergers even if he does have it. Such things should be taken on a case-by-case basis, the same way we should deal with children who kill. All my opinion, of course.

    2. jerri blank says:

I’m shocked this is the first I heard about this story. Wow it breaks my heart. I looked up more articles and all her photos she was grinning from ear to ear. I’m sure she was pure sun shine to be around. I’ll pray for strength for her family in the days ahead with out her.

      So sad :-(

    3. Sublime12926 says:

Max, you did a wonderful job adding all the pictures. She was such a cute little girl. And I love the picture of Troutman in that tiny bullet proof vest.
I hope you are feeling better. Pneumonia is a definate ass kicker.

Something else about this story that doesnt make sense is the police tried to say that when Troutman asked the girls if they wanted to see his bird that it wasent anything sexual. They said he made bird cages and feed some of the birds behind the apartment complex…but I have yet to see an article where it says he had a pet bird.

It kind of scares me that the police believe someone can lure two little girls into his apartment and lock them in and it’s perfectly legal.

I went to the apartments with my mom about a week after the murder and left flowers at the apartment sign where a bunch of other people left flowers and candles and stuffed animals. So many people in the area care about this little girl and want justice for her.

      • zillah says:

Well, the “see his bird” might be debatable to some if it was meant to be creepy or not. I’m sure the fact that he apparently had or made bird cages might throw it up for doubt.

As for the locked door-hey, everyone locks their door automatically after someone comes in, right? He just forgot to unlock it…

When two terrified girls ran to it, after seeing pictures of naked women in his house.

Jackpot. Now *this* you can at least arrest him on. He has naked pictures of adults in a room where he let two children use the bathroom. And yeah, it’s his apartment and all and he gets to choose the decor, but if you have naked pics all around your place, you don’t invite nine year olds in. It’s pretty easy. Have all the Marilyn Chambers wall to wall posters you want, but then make sure you visit the family at their place, and never at yours.

        • Sublime12926 says:

well seeing the complete interview with the fiance just made me even more upset with the police. She said they did not have a bird….and the police said when he asked the girls that he was talking about his “pet bird”. I cannot believe they flat out lied to cover their asses

          • James says:

Well, the girls might not have exactly known what he could have meant sexually. I mean, what’s the first thing you think of when someone asks you to look at a bird?

    4. zillah says:

Glad to hear you are doing better Max. Pneumonia is awful, and I (probably) only had it once. I never got a straight diagnosis, but it was either the world’s wost bronchial infection or that.

    5. Wtfgobsmacked says:

Couldn’t the police have at least looked into the situation on the pretext of pornography that potentially could have included minors? I don’t want to go after people on trumped up charges and maybe it only sounds this way in retrospect, but it sounds off. It’s sad we have to fear such things. Didn’t the girls report he locked the door on them when they tried to leave? Were the police just going to argue he naturally locked anytime he entered/exited his apartment? I find it hard to believe there’s not more in this hellbeast’s past that could have an indicated at least the potential for him to commit a violent act.

    6. Chinchillazilla says:

I have Asperger’s. I go to meetings with other people with Asperger’s. Even the weirdest ones there – and don’t get me wrong, AS can make you weird as hell – wouldn’t do this.

I’m fucking sick of people using it as an excuse for awful things. My life is hard enough without people going “Oh, she has Asperger’s? I heard that makes you rape and murder kids.”

I am so pissed off right now, you guys. Fuck.

P.S.: Hope you’re feeling better, Max.

      • Max The Cat says:

Thanks for sharing the effect the “Asperger’s syndrome defense” is having on you Chinchillazilla. There are plenty of innocent people just like you who will suffer because of the negative impression it gives others, folks who have no knowledge of what Asperger’s syndrome really is. It’s an aspect of using this strategy that I missed and should have included in my criticism.

      • vcbecky says:

Yeah, but you’re not an ass-pie. I could totally hang out with you and not become annoyed. ;) You don’t seem like the Chris Chan type. (Encyclopedia Dramatica, if you’re interested in that guy. Yeesh.)

You have a legitimately diagnosed condition, but it doesn’t take away from your sanity or your humanity. It doesn’t mean you’re stupid or retarded. It’s just a matter of behavior and connection, which we all have problems with to a certain degree anyway.

You’re doing what you can to live with it, not to take advantage of it to rape and murder, or using it as a ‘get out of jail free’ card. It seems to me that you have a pretty firm grasp on reality and communication, and you’re certainly a person with empathy. In fact, a persons reaction to your condition would be a good way to gauge if that person is worth your time or not. And let’s face it, most people aren’t worth knowing even if they’re ‘normal’!

I really hope that ridiculous defense doesn’t fly.

    7. diekatze says:

My brother is an Aspie. We are 17 months apart in age.
He wasn’t diagnosed until he was 16 or 17 years old. Teachers “couldn’t understand why he’s so odd” and other kids were horrible to him. Since I always ended up with teachers he had the year before, and of course, kids knew he was my brother, and I was a girl with ADD (which made me a bit “odd” too), I was usually treated like I must be a freak because my brother is a freak. Because of this, and the closeness in age, I feel that I understand Aspies more than the average person.

As if it isn’t had enough to deal with certain aspects of Asperger’s (for example, my bro had to “learn” how to read emotions on peoples faces. “When someone is happy, their outer corners of their eyes turn up.” He told me once), now Aspies have to deal with damn near every pervert or killer “having Asperger’s”. It really pisses me off. Kinda like how Bi-Polar Disorder is used as a defense.

For this reason, my brother has only told a few people outside family (and Aspie groups online) that he has Aspergers. When I asked him why he told me “because they either think I am rain man, or a killer. They don’t get it.” I find that sad. Then I read stories like this and get pissed off.

Can I send him to something like Superhell, a place worse than hell, just for trying to play the “I gots Assbergers..yeah..that’s what its called..” card?

      • The Bosses Secretary says:

I totally empathize with your brother. I’m a Bipolar 1 and can’t tell anyone other than immediate family when I have problems with my disorder. I live in fear of the people at my workplace somehow finding out that I have a mental illness and promptly firing me for it (which has happened before). It doesn’t help that every freak who guns down numerous people before killing themselves is labeled bipolar. Having a diagnosed mental illness is like having AIDS; people can’t wait to pigeonhole you as a nutcase and get rid of you.

    10. Sublime12926 says:

i know there is some debate on whether or not the police had any reason to take him in the first time but if you watch the video of Skyler’s mom talking you will hear her say the police told her they have known him for years. Maybe its just me but that says to me that they didnt take the girls threats seriously because they thought they know troutman and thought that he was a good guy. She also says the cops made it out like the girls were twisting the story. I dont know about you but I would believe the little girls. There is a reason they were terrified and ran out of his apartment screaming. And why wasnt he the first person they went to when Skyler was missing? They only found him after going door to door.

    11. Dee says:

Great story Sublime12926! This story breaks my heart….. Children should be allowed to play outside…. without feeling threatened by the likes of James Lee Troutman :( What has the human race become…… So sad.

      • Sublime12926 says:

        Thank you Dee!

Skyler’s story has touched so many people in and around my town and I wanted more people to know who she was and to know what kind of a sick son of a bitch Troutman is. I really hopes he gets the death penalty but being put to sleep is way too good for him….Skyler didn’t get a peaceful death like that…he should be tortured to death too.

so she had an incident that the mother reported to the police & her mother still let her out to play knowing there was a weirdo in the building?!?!? I’m not blaming the mother but I don’t let my kids out the front door without me. I just couldn’t imagine my child telling me what they saw in an apartment & then letting them out to play without adult supervision. It boggles my mind that parents assume their kids are safe.

      • Stacy says:

This was one of my first thoughts as I read this article. I’m not saying the mother is to blame for what this sick bastard did, however, why after the first incident would she let her child go outside without supervision?

i call bullshit on Heather Clemons, why on earth would she call her fiance right away like that if she hears this kind of thing often where they live? bullshit!!! she more than likely knows his fantasies and realized he could have a girl in the basement…i don’t get it..and she apparently knew of the problem a month before…and yep the thing about the mother letting her out unsupervised after this nutjob locked her and the friend in the apt…

but i still feel also that the cops missed the ball on this bigtime, i’d like to know if he has a previous juvie record that is perhaps not able to be discussed…

Heather needs to burn as well; it’s just hat simple

      • Cape Town Girl says:

I agree with you on the fiance, something is off with her story. Who in their right mind just sits and listens to a child screaming no repeatedly without running to help?

She apparently is also quite OK with the fact that her bathroom walls are covered in what sound to be quite graphic pictures of naked women.

With regards to Satans spawn James Troutman, I hope there are a few people on his jury that know someone with Aspergers so they can see right through this pathetic attempt at some sort of diminished responsibility defence.

      • Smilee says:

I too believe the girlfreind knows more than she’s letting on… I am not really convinced that it was some sort of “intuition” that she called during rape. Very hard to prove though,…

I’d definately kick her ass, just for being a lazy turd, and laying there, while the sounds of a dying child are in the air,… What a disgrace.

There is not ONE DAY that goes by where i do not hear any screaming. The mom screams at the kids, the kids yell and cry, and sometimes i EVEN hear things BREAKING. BUT at the end of the day these people are GOOD PEOPLE and the mother is just someone who has a short fuse and 3 noisy children. Heather most likely got a bad feeling and shrugged it off, the sicko thats gonna burn is JAMES, so know where your pointing before you shoot because you only got ONE bullet, and it ain’t gonna be her for acting natural. I really hate that the first piece of shit-speak out of a defense lawyer’s mouth is “he/she has never been in trouble before”

Know what? If you’ve lived an exemplary life to date and the first transgression is to rape and murder another human being, then I think you should get EXTRA punishment because (as evidenced by your non-criminal past) you know the difference from right and wrong.

What’s the reasoning behind these slime balls anyway? Just because they never so much as had a traffic ticket that we should cut them some slack??? Wow, Johnny had traffic tickets and then drunk and disorderly and then shoplifting, but Mark only raped and murdered. We should therefore punish Johnny more severely because he had more (in terms of numbers) crimes than Mark, right?

It sounds stupid because it is stupid. Defense weasels like to put this kind of shit-speak out there because very few people listen critically when they hear this crap. It *sounds* reasonable and good, until you take the words apart and see what’s really being said.

Like I said, “shit-speak” — must be a course lawyers take in university.

      • Fred says:

Agreed – Lawyers loose all common sense and morality in school.
They learn theory and put on their blinders.
Many don’t care about the law, but rather precedent. They aregue cases like a 4 year old – Tommy gets away with axe murdering his ex-wife, so why can’t my friend here get away with axe murdering his current wife?
But it was merely rough sex gone too far, Jimmy Jones’s judge understood…..

You might be on to something-I cashier at an upscale grocery, and the happiest people I know are law students. The UNhappiest people I know are lawyers. Something happens in there that turns idealists into the saddest, most cynical people on earth.

There’s only one who doesn’t buy a bottle of wine every day when she comes in. She buys ice cream and told me she works out two hours a day to keep her temper down. And I don’t even thing she’s a trial lawyer. (Don’t even get me started on those poor bastards.)

          • Fred says:

            WOW!
            Thanks for sharing.

            • zillah says:

I suspect it’s a lot like when I was in school for social work-you get into it because you want to help people, and then you learn that your chances of actually doing so are very small. But lawyers in particular have invested all this money, and a lot of them love the status that comes with it.

I will tell one defense lawyer story-we had a regular who came in one time with his face beat all to hell. I didn’t even both asking, since nobody ever tells you the truth about how they got a shiner anyway. But I suspect one of his clients might’ve done it!

This POS will undoubtedly rot in the deepest pit of HELL.
      This makes me so sick

    16. Fred says:

If I leave my car running while I go back into the house and grab something, like my cell phone and a passer by grabs my car, whose fault is it?
Mine for leaving the car running????
Or the POS that took it?????
Living here in CT I am sure that whatever the POS did with my car would be my fault……
Seriously – Skyler was probably gong to play with a bunch of other children….. Safety in numbers, maybe a few parents watched out as well. The problem may have been as simple as going from the apartment to where the others were or vice versa.

At any rate at what age can we stop watching our kids???? 36???

Most 9 year olds do not want their parents within 50 feet of them 100% of the time; they want their own life. This POS is responsible for the evil he did.

Max – glad to see you back
While this is a great story as you have my blood boiling,
I wish that this world was a better place and that this story was more like “People You’ll See In Heck” and Skyler had 10 over due library books.

      • zillah says:

I’d be on People You’ll See in Heck for sure then. That darn cookbook is still in the back of my car!

      • Sublime12926 says:

        I completly agree with you.
At 9 my parents allowed me to go out and play in the neighborhood with my friends…I had to check in and be back for dinner but my parents knew they couldnt keep my inside, and it’s not right to do to your child. Some of my best memories was playing with my friends around the neighborhood.

From what I read Skyler was outside for about a half an hour before her mother notcied she was missing…..I’m assuming she was cookihng dinner and let her outside to play while she finished.

I have been to the apartments and they are very small…it’s one building in an “n” shape with the parking lot in the middle with most of the apartment windows facing the parking lot and the parking lot faces the road, where there is a 4-way stop sign and it seemed like a lot of cars drove past there so I can see how Heather felt comfortable letting Skyler out. And aparently most of the people in the complex knew her because she was always out playing with the other kids.
Seeing how small the parking lot was it was obvious how short of a time it would have taken him to grab her and pull her inside.

I would def blame Troutman before I would ever think about blaming the mother. She has already suffered enough, loosing her only child. I would also blame the police for pretty much ignoring the first incident because they knew him for years and thought he was harmless. Maybe next time they will believe a frightened little girl over a pos like Troutman, and take action.
And I can’t help but blame his fiance. I mean how can you ignore a child’s screams for help for 3-4 mins. thats a long time to hear a child scream and cry in pain. Then to ignore the blood all over his clothes and believe its mud….how dumb is this girl?

        • Fred says:

She also called him to say something……. um maybe she should have called the cops – not that such would have done much good for Skylar.
First responders arrive in minutes when seconds count.
I am NOT bashing the police and fire people, but the fact is they can not be everywhere all the time.
WE have to make the world a better place; it’s just that simple.

    17. Lauren Griffiths says:

what a piece of shit. I hope that someday, soon, the clever clogs in science will be able to identify the defective gene in these shit bags so that we can eugenically engineer a super- breed of human beings just like us while we breed out the peado-chromosome- you know, the types of people who DON’T get off on raping and murdering and torturing other, smaller people.
Sorry, I take half of that back. I would ABSOLUTELY get off on torturing this monster to death. Fuck, I’d pay the state to allow me to do it! They should let him loose on his lynch mob.

    18. Minjofu says:

Did anyone watch any of the other videos connected to this story? There’s one that shows a whole lotta bikers showing up to this poor little girls funeral. If he doesn’t get the death penalty, I hope one of those bikers has a connection with someone on the inside, and this bastard gets whats coming to him.

      • Sublime12926 says:

Yes they are members of the group, “Bikers against child abuse”

My dad works at a car dealership right by these apartments and they are having a cookout and car wash to raise money for this group.
They really made a difference to Skyler’s family after her murder. They were there for the family offering anything anf everything they could and I would bet they have some guys on the inside who are waiting for a chance to get to him…..although they have kept him in solitary. I like how one of the guys in the video says “he’ll be wearing the skirt now!” lol

    19. ApriL says:

I wish there was a HELL YES to vote on this time. I hope that mothers read this, and will take into consideration that this kind of thing DOES and can happen to anyone. I am not at all blaming the mother, not in the least. I just feel as though sometimes things can be avoided, and in this case the police could have charged him with kidnapping, or wrongful imprisonment (etc) and should have, I hope whomever didn’t feel like doing paperwork or didn’t feel they had a strong enough case is kicking themselves in the ass right now. I do not allow my children to play ANYWHERE where I can not physically see them (aside from inside my house) because I am aware of the possibility of something like this happening. I pray that he gets the death penalty, because he’s a waste of air, space, and food. RIP angel.

    21. ferrets says:

Seriously ? I don’t buy the gf story….If I hear my neighbor kids-4 all under the age of 12 scream loudly enough that I can hear it while they are playing I step out on the deck to see if one has gotten hurt-they are a bit wild and rowdy lol so I cannot fathom hearing a child screaming loudly no multiple times and not checking into it..and for god sake, the amount of pain that child was going through while being raped by him would have made her screams excessively loud, shrill and full of panic…how in the hell would you not check it out ????

      • Elway says:

I agree… I have a young daughter and I would definitely check when hearing a child that age scream “NO!!!” a few times… That bitch was probably in on it. Fuck her and fuck that fuckin ugly fat pervert peice of shit!!!

    23. JulieM says:

Well-written story. I was getting worried about PYSIH when I didn’t see any updates for a week or so! Glad to hear you’re on the mend Max. I hate that Asp’s is the latest “mental illness du jour” to rationalize horrible behavior. I found it really interesting to read about the personal experiences of folks with and relatives with AS. The people I’ve met with AS have been “odd” and I think how “odd” I must seem to them as they try to interpret my actions. RIP sweet girl.

    24. FlyingLeadChange says:

How is it these psychos always manage to get girlfriends/fiancees? I’d ask what their secret is, but I probably not that desperate.

On a more serious note, well written story, and I’m impressed with the community solidarity that seems to be shown. If only people could have caught him beforehand…

      • Sublime12926 says:

        Thank you Flying,
I was also very impressed by how the community came together to celebrate this little girls life and the let Troutman know what a pos he really is.
It seems like the people in this complex looked out for eachother and their kids. I read one article where Skyler’s neighbor told her that evening to get home before it gets dark as he was leaving for he gym…when he came back there were cops everywhere. I think he grabbed her so quick that no one saw him….but i really wish the fiance would have done something to help her instead of calling him to tell him about a little girls painful screams

    25. Fast Eddy says:

Crimes of this magnitude where there are no doubts of guilt based on confession and supported with trace evidence should be met with the code of hammurabi, i.e. an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. Yes I mean get the biggest baddest mofo who doesn’t give a fuck in prison and have him butt-rape Mr troutman until he bleeds then smash his skull on the concrete floor until he collapses and dies. Do it soon after trial, don’t wait. And don’t tell him when his execution date is. Just surprise his ass in the middle of the night while he is dreaming and rape and murder him. The punishment he will get or anything less than the above will NOT be justice. Fuck YOU James Lee Troutman. Burn in hell you asshole! This is why I don’t ever want children. Because there are scary people in this world. And I don’t think I could go on if my child was raped and murdered. I know I couldn’t sleep right until this man is dead.

To her family I’m sorry this tragedy happened to you. To Skyler I’m sorry you were born into this terrible world and I hope peace will be with your soul forever. You didn’t ask to be born and you definitely didn’t deserve this horrible thing. The only way we can make this right for her is the death penalty. Justice for Skyler. Please. To those bleeding hearts who oppose the death penalty, well, instead of giving an elegant persuasive argument for it all i have to say is that if a case like this doesn’t bother you then you are simply delusional.

    26. Fast Eddy says:

NO MERCY FOR HIM. Let’s start calling these guys what they really are. People say these psycho’s are crazy or evil or incapable of empathy or want power over another. Yes they can be all of these. But they are also cowards. Simply Cowards. Any man that fights/rapes/ hurts a woman is a coward. They target women/girls because they know they can overpower them and that they are easy targets. Notwithstanding other reasons of course, be it deviant sexual behavior or psychosis, these guys are fucking little bitch boy cowards. And they need to be called on this. For real. These aren’t “men”. These are less than a true man. They are cowards. Along with other traits and descriptors. But cowards none the less. NO MERCY FOR HIM. Seriously this guy makes me physically sick. We all obviously loathe criminals on this blog but even criminals can’t stand child killers and rapers. There is a code and a hierarchy prison and these guys are the lowest of the low. And rightfully so. James you are a disgrace on so many levels. As a man, as living thing, as a member of society, as an american, as a human being.
You are not one of “us”. And you don’t deserve to live among “us”. You were a mistake. You existence has been a burden on all of “us”. Fuck you asshole!

    28. Donna Black says:

okay guys, how much more proof do you need??? these “people” with asburger syndrome are SICK and DANGEROUS! it’s about time we as a society started LOCKING THEM UP at the time of diagnosis… instead we support them with our tax dollars until they “snap” and rape our children!!!!1

      • Peach says:

FIRST OF ALL….it’s ASPERGER’S SYNDROME you dumbass.

Second, how DARE you call all those afflicted with it as killers. That’s the most ignorant goddamn thing I’ve read on this site since I first came on it.

NOW, go account for the rest of humanity that murders. And try READING about the disorder before you make a sweeping, generalized ignorant statement about something you know nothing about.

By the way….my son, one of the most GENTLE people I know, HAS ASPERGERS.

        • Donna Black says:

wow, you’re son has asburgers?? maybe you shouldn’t have drank so much vodka while your pregnant. terrible parent

          • Peach says:

AGAIN, ignorance. First of all, I do not drink. Second, AS is not caused by external factors such as alcohol.

I’d take my son over someone like YOU any day. He has a disability. YOU, on the other hand, as simply a cruel, nasty, stupid excuse for a human being.

You will get it paid back to you. You will.

          • Homer says:

Whew, I thought I detected a whiff of taco-inspired flatulence here. Didn’t take me long to realize the smell comes from Donna’s assburgers, which – like her – are full of shit.

            • Kylie says:

sigh!!!! let me once again correct you dumbass..Those mothers who drink during their pregnacy are risking their unborn child to suffer from a mental disability called fetal alcohol syndrome(FAS for short) This disability effects the childs ability to function with the normal cause and effect as their peers do. For example they dont realize that stealing a car will cause them to get into trouble(they know its wrong but they wanted to drive the car) My brother has FAS (thanks to his birthmothers love of the drink). And has spent much of his adult life in prison for theft, assault, public intoxication, threatening death…….but as I rack my brain of the dumb ass things he’s done in his life to land him rightly in jail…nope not once did he kidnap, rape and murder a little girl (for anyone who cares my brother with the help of medication, the support of his family and the love of a good women has turned his life completly around and is now a wonderful functioning member of society instead of the lawbreaking, cant seem to get it, worst criminal ever brother I once knew) so please please donna dumb ass stop commenting on shit you dont know about

          • Psychochick says:

            Obvious troll is obvious

        • Kylie says:

          Dear Donna
you should have written dumb ass after your name instead of black. As a society we feel the need to excuse evil instead of punishing it. The weak fucks that run the world instead of calling an evil SOB and evil SOB and punishing them, they feel the need to blame it on “something else” In this case. He isnt black, nor is he Jewish, not raised in an abusive/poverty stricken home and “has never been in trouble before” then he must be disabled somehow…lets find something to label him. Asperger’s syndrome sounds right. I dont know which is sadder society for doing this to those individuals who truly have the syndrome or you for believing that a man who kidnaps, rapes a child, murders her and tosses her in the garbage is disabled. youre an idiot (notice i didnt call you developmentaly delayed)

          • Peach says:

            Thank you, Kylie. : )

            • Kylie says:

:) I couldnt believe my eyes when i read her comment. Worked with many individuals with a vaste degree of disability (both mentally and physically) and was insulted by Donna Dumbass that I had to comment. All my best to you and your son!!!

      • Peach says:

AND while you’re at it, read up on ADOLPH HITLER. He had ideas similar to those you just fucking expressed.

      • Peach says:

OH, and finally….my son has NEVER gotten financial assistance for anything. Ever. And he has a job. YOUR tax dollars haven’t been spent.

Too bad they can’t tax STUPID.

        • diekatze says:

          Peach-
My mom dealt with a lot of idiots like donna. At one point, she freaked out thinking the glass of wine she had a week before she found out she was pregnant caused my brothers AS. Of course she knows now it didn’t cause it.

To the Donnas of the world-
My brother is almost a classic Aspie. He is also the most successful 32 year old I know. He has a job working with cable internet and has held it for over 7 years. He has his own apartment, a new car, and recently came back from a vacation to New Zealand. He works hard and pays his taxes. He has NEVER had to use public assistance and most likely never will. Aside from the normal brother-sister squabbles we had growing up, he has never violent (and even those squabbles were never violent).

He is active in church and is a defacto son to an iraqi family that relocated here.

To say that those with AS should be locked away is an insult to him, my family, and the countless people my brother has helped.

Donna, you really are an ignorant cunt.

          • Sublime12926 says:

            diekatze,
I really wish your brother could testify at this assholes trial just to show that having AS does not make you psycho and that a person with AS can live a normal life and even exel…..I know a few people that are not doing half as well as your brother and they do not have any syndrome……unless you call lazines a syndrome haha
But I am so glad to hear your brother is doing so great!

            • diekatze says:

That’s a great idea! I picture him on the stand being all serious talking about AS. Then talking to the defense in the same tone he uses when he is explaining something to someone he considers a moron. Lol. I should send him a link to this and see if he can find a way to do that. He’s pretty good at writing and I’m sure he would be able to convince the AG to use his testomony.

          • Peach says:

Thank you for sharing that information about your brother.

Wow….for a minute I felt like I was back in 1993 when my son was diagnosed and no one knew anything about Spectrum Disorders. Donna’s comments show me there are still people out there who know nothing.

            My son’s IQ

            • Peach says:

              Opps.

My son’s IQ is 152. He’s brilliant, kind, funny. He was writing computer programming at the age of 14. His only deficit is social interaction. I wouldn’t trade him for the world.

Most people know an Aspie. They just don’t realize it.

            • diekatze says:

Oh I have been saying for a long time the Bert on sesame street is an Aspie. And Ernie has ADD like me.

        • Jakob says:

They can and they do tax STUPID – they call it the lottery.

      • Cleo says:

Holy crap, Donna Black! Your blanket condemnation of all “people” with Asperger’s Syndrome borders on being criminally stupid and ignorant. What “proof” do you think you have that they are sick and dangerous? One (ONE!) raping, murdering bastard CLAIMS he has Asperger’s (highly unlikely that it’s true) and you’re willing to ship everyone legitimately diagnosed with it off to prison!

You say we are supporting them with our tax dollars before they “snap” — HOW? They are educable and employable you know. But no, you don’t know, do you. You don’t know squat about Asperger’s Syndrome, that much is blindingly clear. Too bad your glaring lack of knowledge didn’t stop you from spewing out your nonsense.

BTW Donna Black, don’t you understand that prisons and hence prisoners are supported by our tax dollars? Seems to me there’s a whole lot you don’t understand which leads us to the question — are YOU educable and employable?

        • Homer says:

I think we all know the answer to that one. A brick has more intelligence than she does…

          • Cleo says:

And more sense. But less density.

          • Peach says:

Thank you guys! I was feeling almost bad for the way I lashed out. (Until I saw her comment trying to accuse me of being a drunk during pregnancy, that is).

Well, off to work. I anticipate more diatribe from “Donna Black” in my absence due to a suspicion that she, in fact, probably doesn’t have one and can troll around PYSIH all day.

Thanks fellow posters for that show of support.

      • Max The Cat says:

I not sure that you’re right about people with Asperger’s Donna B. – I think you watched that episode of Law and Order: Criminal Intent about the insurance investigator with Aspy’s too many times – but I’m pretty convinced YOU are sick. I also believe you’re not nearly intelligent enough to be dangerous. I’m actually surprised you were able to figure out how to leave comments of this website – or did you get someone else to do it for you?

      • vcbecky says:

Donna, did you read ANYTHING before you posted that? Any of the discussions in the comments section, the story itself… did you research Asberger’s Syndrome online before you decided they should all die?

I have a feeling that you did not. In fact, I’d be willing to bet my life on it. It’s assholes like you, ignorant fucktards with no sense of empathy themselves, who make it so hard for people with real medical conditions to survive in this world. Not ALL people with Asberger’s are murderers. Just like not all ignorant, empathy-deficient fucktards like you are stupid enough to post such an embarrassing point of view on a public forum like this. You just happen to be one of the few. Good for you. You are a unique snowflake.

      • Miwist says:

I’d have to say I agree with Donna. The reactive approach the United States has taken towards criminal justice isn’t working. I like the idea of being proactive. I think we can all pretty much agree that we know who will commit a crime just by looking at them or by testing them in, say, maybe 2nd grade. This way, we can lock them up BEFORE they have the chance to commit a crime or prove to us that they are societal misfits. I don’t think we should limit it to just Asbergers either. Kids with ADHD are far too impulsive, black kids come from questionable genetic stock, and Lutherans have just been brought up incorrectly. Don’t even get me started on Downs Syndrome, Catholics, or them little itty-bitty fuckers with the funny looking eyes.
Ideally, to make it fair, one person should be in charge of deciding who is and who isn’t inferior. Obviously, since I have blonde hair, blue eyes and am a middle-aged male Republican, I am more than qualified for the task. I thank you all in advance for your support.
        Let’s get this ball rollin’.

She’s all about social justice, fair and equitable treatment of all people, regardless of race, religion, ethnic background, or sexual orientation. Ya’know, all that touchy-feely, Kum-Ba -Yah crap – you know how some chicks are.
Wonder if I could tap Sarah Palin, ya’know…….as a running mate.

            • vcbecky says:

Nah, that Palin’s been rode hard and rode long. Just LOOK at her. People want a foxy woman as a Republican Running Mate. They want her to be frigid enough to feature on ironhymen.com, but she has to look hot in a bikini. Even better if she’s ASHAMED of looking hot in a bikini.

            • Maelstrom says:

Oh pishshaw. I’m pretty much a Republican, and I can rock a bikini, be happy about it, have a healthy and normal sex drive- it’s been compared to a man’s, and am an absolute tiger between the sheets. Or up against a wall, or on a table…wherever.

You Dems aren’t the only ones capable of multiple orgasms, and mind-blowing sex. And I am also excellent at blow jobs. My patented suck and blow action gives me the upper hand on all you losers. :)

              So there !!!!

Not to brag, but I think my wife is very hot – she looks damn good in or out of a bikini.
I’m also pretty sure she’s capable of having multiple orgasms, but really, what does that have to do with me?

            • vcbecky says:

              Ahhh Miwist… I missed you. ;)

        • Peach says:

Lol! Thanks for making me chuckle!

      • AussieKat says:

cough *troll *cough… Yep people, I think you missed the fact that Donna Black is a troll. For those who don’t know a troll is a creature that has learnt to type while flinging poo around its cage. Unfortunately the only thing it knows how to type is inflamatory comments in the hope that other people will respond angrily at its immature bullshit. When it gets the desired angry response it jumps up and down screeching in excitement. Moral of the story – Don’t feed the trolls.

P.S. I have an autistic teenage daughter who is closer to the aspergers end of the spectrum. To her, rules are so important, she doesn’t really know how to break them. I love her the way she is… she’s the most beautiful, honest and pure person I have ever met and I wouldn’t change her for the world.

        • diekatze says:

I forgot about the rules thing. My brother is the same way. Very big on rules. It keeps order dontjaknow.

But driving with him will raise my blood pressure. He is always like “you’re going over the speeding limit! You’re too close to that car!” Etc. I’ve been driving longer than him and his pickyness grates me. I was so happy when he finally got his licence.

          • AussieKat says:

Yep, my daughter is the same. Sometimes she acts like the social police. Smoking is bad, ok I get that. But drinking is also bad and she totally cannot understand the concept that ONE drink does not mean someone is drunk. She has never in her life seen me drunk but she freaks every time I have a single drink. She also can’t lie or steal. For an evaluation one day they gave her a scenario. If I was dying and the only chemist that sold the lifesaving medication was closed would it be ok to break in and steal it to save my life. Poor kid ended up in tears cos she couldn’t save me!

Omg. Back when I was about 17, he took a full pack of my smokes, emptied them out, then placed them perfectly in the pack to look untouched. I noticed he tampered with itonly because the plastic wrapper was removed. His reason for doing it? “It is illegal to have, buy, or use tobacco under the age of 18″ (yes that is the law. And a very dumb one imo)
My parents made him pay me back for the whole pack. He tried to say I couldn’t use it to get another pack, but mom (whp hates that I smoke) knocked that idea down.

        • vcbecky says:

Oh my dear, we are fully aware that this is a Troll. Fuck feeding them – they’re toys, self-created exclusively for our amusement! :D On PYSIH, we like to bat them around before shoving them off a cliff. That way they die with a wonderful sense of fulfillment, and we get to entertain ourselves for a few minutes. It’s Win-Win.

          • diekatze says:

My cat, Smokey does that with insects. Not like the normal kitty paw-and play-then-nom-nom bugs. He gets into it. I saw him rip wings off a moth..well, ripped them halfway of. Spent 15 damn mins on the moth before he ate him alive. He is like a kitty serial killer.

Trolls can be fun in that way.

Now I am wondering if this ass-pie should be shrunk to moth size and given to Smokey……….

        • Derek Prudence says:

See that’s the thing about autism and Aspergers (I have experience with two children of a close friend). They can’t handle lies. In fact animals and small children do not understand lies, we have to teach them that, a formal of “socialisation” more accurately called brainwashing or tolerance of contradiction. Autistic, Aspergers, ADHD kids, they cannot tolerate lies, they thrive on order, the lie-tolerance brainwashing fails. So, if he was really Aspergers or any part of the autistic spectrum, he would not be able to tolerate the lie of being engaged, socially capable, and raping and killing children.

          • Max The Cat says:

Wow, you’re a talkative type of person, aren’t you Derek? It’s all good though brother – You’re smart, and you seem to have a good heart, which are valuable things to have on this website. I’d love to have a dozen more regulars just like you.

One thing though – try not to be smarter than the editor. He’s a real dickhead.

Oh wait, I’m the editor, aren’t I? And most everybody is smarter than I am…..Hmmm, that’s quite a conundrum, isn’t it?

            • vcbecky says:

Shhh, Max! He has an ENGINEERING DEGREE! Don’t antagonize him…

            • Tiffany says:

Hey Max I am so glad to see you posting. How have you been? I’ve missed ya man. I don’t see why you seem to doubt yourself. Not only are you an intelligent man but cool as hell too. Sense of humor+ intelligence+ cool as hell= one awesome son of a gun. Give yourself credit because we all here at PYSIH(other than the trolls and enablers & they don’t count) love you!!!

      • Protect our children says:

You are honestly beyond fucking stupid. Can we lock your ass up before you infect us all with moron virus you seem to have. I think there is a specialseat in hell for your dumbass and I kinda hope its next to this monster

HOLD UP……….the girl is lured into an apartment, locked in, escapes, the police are called…..

AND SHE LET HER DAUGHTER GO OUTSIDE UNSUPERVISED AGAIN IN THE SAME AREA AFTER THAT??

      I’m sorry….did I misread something here???

I don’t mean to sound callous, I just don’t understand. I mean, I really, really, really don’t understand.

      • Sublime12926 says:

I do not blame the mother. He wanted to get this little girl and he would have gotten her eventually….you can’t keep your kids inside forever. The mother let her play while she cooked dinner and within a half an hour this waste of space grabbed her.
IDK I just feel this mother has lost her only child and has suffered enough without having everyone blame her.

The police on the other hand gave Troutman a free pass to lock the littel girls in his apartment…..telling him he didnt do anything wrong…..you think that put something in his head like “hmm i got away with it once..”

On antoher note, Donna is the most ignorant person I have ever heard. And Peach your son sounds like a great person and maybe Donna should do some research on Aspergers before she opens her ugly mouth. Aspergers does not make people kill…..it does not make them rape…..he raped and killed because he is evil….plain and simple.

    30. Dee says:

Can we add Donna Black to the list of PYSIH? WHO THE FUCK DOES THIS WOMAN THINK SHE IS!!!!!! I know children with Asberger’s and not one of those mothers drank or did anything different then I did in my pregnancies…. I am forever grateful that my children are healthy and happy…. I AM SO MAD right now…. Got to Hell Donna Black. Peach and Chinchillazilla and any other readers or posters with Asberger’s or family members with Asberger’s please know that not everyone is ignorant like that bitch.

    31. Sherry Rojas-Fondal says:

Ugh! How could he do such a thing to that precious little girl? This article has deeply affected me because my husband has family in Montgomery County, PA as well as Skyler’s striking resembelance to my very own daughter.
I do not blame the mother one bit. You cannot have your children as hermits. Locking them in the house all day is not a very healthy solution. Granted, I would have kept a closer eye on my child afterwards, but I still think the mother is blameless. James Troutman was going to attack her no matter what. The attack could have been thwarted if the lazy, stupid ass girlfriend would have intervened as soon as she heard screaming coming from the basement. I may have a maternal instinct, but if I heard a young child screaming and a loud crash, I would have attempted to investigate on what was going on, regardless if I were to become some pyschopath’s next victim or not. So instead of saving Skyler’s life, the dumb, lazy, fat girlfriend continued to cook and act oblivious. Stupid bitch.
This guy, regardless, of Asperger’s or whatnot, is a sick bastard. ADHD, Bipolar, Autism, or Attachment Disorder, it doesn’t matter nor does it give you an excuse to go around attacking people. Burn in hell James Troutman you awful, pathetic excuse for a human being.

    32. The Bosses Secretary says:

I so miss the world as I knew it when I grew up. Mom used to send us outside after lunch and lock the screen door. We knew we had to be back when the streetlights came on. We played all afternoon long in the street and at our friends houses. Nothing bizarre ever happened to us. We used to walk a mile to the new 7-11 store to spend our allowances on candy and ice cream. We used to play in backlots and the deserted school buildings which were out for summer. We used to trespass on abandoned private property to play sandlot baseball. How sad that we can’t live like this anymore. How sad that kids can’t play outside without a goddamn lookout from a parent anymore. Pigs like James Troutman changed the entire world for our children.

      • Paragon says:

I agree I used to be able to just go out side and be home by dark. Reading stuff on here has made me protective over my kids more than ever. I wanted to feel safe with my kids our side playing I put a4 ft high fence up and then pad locked it with high security locks just to be safe. I wish we could rid the earth of these pigs that hurt children one can only wish for that to happen.

      • vcbecky says:

We used to be allowed to drink from the garden hose, too. Why is it that all of the good stuff gets destroyed by jerks?

    33. nanaof1 says:

I cry for the mother. She will until her death always wonder and doubt herself. What if’s. She may go on with her life after awhile but will always mourn her beloved child. A lifetime of sorrow.
troutman, when he gets to hell, and he will, will reach the bottom level and the devil will hand him a shovel and tell him to start digging because he hasn’t reached bottom yet.
As for the girlfriend? She won’t go to heaven. She committed the mortal sin of doing NOTHING and causing harm to another. When she gets to hell the devil won’t let her in because she did NOTHING. That only leaves purgatory and limbo. She doesn’t deserve purgatory because there after you have seen the error of your ways and asked for forgiveness and gone through the “cleansing fires” you will be allowed into heaven so that leaves limbo. Yes, i think that is where she belongs. It is considered to be a hell of it own. No there is no punishments, no fires, but you are there for eternity. Even after judgement day. You never get to be in the presence of God and bask in his loving light. You get NOTHING forever. No comfort, no love, no hate, no second chances. Only the knowledge that heaven is right over there and you cannot ever go there.

    34. Lauren Griffiths says:

This prick is just more evidence of the non- existence of a benevolent God- a loving Creator- God would never have allowed shitbags like this to patrol the planet in the first place. He is the reason abortionists have work.

    35. Sam says:

That the girls got away the first time is remarkable to me (these were bright kids). Right there a sex offender could have been curtailed… But the police just let it happen. And that’s the point. The only person that said “no” was the victim.

    36. Jes says:

He has never been in trouble before? Well fuck me, but I think brutal rape and murder is one hell of a first offense! Yeah, Jeffrey Dahmer was “never in trouble” either, but then he started eating people. WTF is wrong with these people?!

      • Sublime12926 says:

Well didn’t you know that you get one free rape and murder if you have never been in trouble before?? Oh and you also have to claim to have a syndrome of some kind.

I dont even know why they have to say in these articles that he has never had a record before….is that supposed to make us feel a little bit better about what he did??

        • Jes says:

Exactly! “Aw hell, I ain’t never robbed a liquor store or nothin’ All I did was rape a young’un!” Ugh.. and as for Asperger’s syndrome…hmm..doesn’t that James Durbin kid from American Idol have that? Strange..he’s not killing people, he’s singing and getting along just fine in this world.

And the cops.. he didn’t commit a crime? So..showing kids naked pics and offering to show them his wang..oh yeah and LOCKING THEM IN THE FUCKING HOUSE isn’t a crime? Really?!?! I think the kids knew EXACTLY what he meant by “a bird”.. Kids are very intuitive, and when an adult is acting weird towards you, you get this uncomfortable feeling of dread washing over you, and you know something isn’t right. That’s why they left! How the hell could they just blow that off?

I’m normally not a violent person at all, but if my niece told me someone did that, I would smash his bird and set the fucking nest on fire.

          • Sublime12926 says:

ya i agree. well in one video i saw i think its the interview with the fiance…she said one of the girls fathers came into the apartment and roughed him up a bit after he found out that perv locked his daughter in his apartment….good for him :)

    37. Ingrid says:

This is the one story on this whole site to bring me to tears. My prayers go out to her friends and family :( She could have easily been a model for how much beauty she possessed.

    38. shannon says:

If your daughter had once already escaped the clutches of this pervert and you knew there was a guy in your immediate vicinity that liked little girls…why would you let your daughter play outside unsupervised? Yeah it sucks that children can’t play outside by themselves without the threat of abduction and other horrors hanging over their head, but it is reality and why play with fire for the sake of them having a bit of independence?
I am sorry for the mother that this wanker did this to her little girl but she was aware the guy had already attempted something sus and still let her play outside by herself.I don’t get it.

Also the look of fear on that little girls face that is holding onto her dad’s waist in the picture of the protesters is kinda alarming.Good on them for protesting, honestly. But why would you take young kids along to such an event? What good is it doing them exactly?

    39. Regina Daddy says:

Dickbags, Asperger’s Syndrome has many different manifestations. The diagnosis isn’t necessarily a “free pass” to get him acquitted, but rather, a better means of tailoring the trial to be fair and just. As it reads, the case is closed. He will receive a fair trial, and from there, will rot in hell.

Don’t dismiss it as a “flavor of the month,” okay? Go back to writing graphic descriptions of what you’d do to rapists with baseball bats and self-aggrandizing pride, mkay?

My son with Asperger’s killed himself because of intolerance.

      • vcbecky says:

Shitface, you missed the ENTIRE POINT of that point. NO ONE here said that all people with Asperger’s Syndrome are Asspies, but that people will claim something like that in order to weasel out of a prison sentence are Asspies. You’re a dumbass.

“Asperger’s Syndrome has many different manifestations.” yes, we know. You’re far too bitter to be lecturing anyone on behavior. You really should get grief counseling.

I’m sorry for your son, but you’re not going to gain any sympathy points for that. IF you don’t know that part of your sons problem with society was created by people who exaggerate their problems and try to use those problems to exonerate themselves from horrible, disgusting crimes, you’re more worthy of the ‘Dickbag” nym than anyone else here.

      • Escape2010 says:

“Regina Daddy” give me a break and save the pity party. Aspergers deserves understanding, but not for a violent, murderous pedo. He deserves no sympathy, he deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison, rotting.

Furthermore, clearly he wasnt that bad off, if he wasnt on medication and was capable of an intimate, loving relationship with his dimwitted enabling fiance. Who by the way allowed him to keep porn on the walls of their bathroom.

        Give me a break.

      • Chris Marsh says:

That was the medicine some people on the board needed to read

        • vcbecky says:

Chris, if that was medicine that people needed, you should know that most of us didn’t and won’t take it. Blanket assumptions, especially negative ones, are usually incorrect no matter who they come from, and her post is full of them. I consider her post to be a pile of tripe, and I don’t eat that.

          • Chris Marsh says:

All right, she fed the medicine down everyone’s throat, I apologize. But some folks do need a dressing down.

            • vcbecky says:

Oh SHIT YEAH! Some people need to be grabbed by the shoulder, shaken and yelled at before they consider other possibilities. It sucks, but it’s what we have… ;)

      • Max The Cat says:

It seems that more than one person missed my meaning when I used the words “flavor of the month” to describe Asperger’s syndrome (in the context of this story). Personally, I’m having a difficult time understanding why that is, but for the sake of those who I have offended, I’ll explain myself more clearly.

When I referred to Asperger’s as the “Flavor Of The Month”, I was specifically talking about the habit of defense attorneys to choose a medical condition that happens to already be in the public eye and try to use it and a defense for their client’s bad behavior, a’la postpartum depression and bipolarism, even though that client has, up until his/her offense, never shown any ill effects from his “condition”.

In no way did I mean to minimize the suffering of legitimate Asperger’s syndrome and Autism patients, or to call the diseases themselves the “flavor of the month” like they do on the Lifetime Channel.

I won’t apologize for what I said, because I said nothing wrong. I am sorry that I wasn’t clearer in my meaning and that a few people misunderstood me.

    40. Escape2010 says:

His girlfriend knew…screams of rape are different than a temper tantrum. Thats why she called him and not the police and she is going to have to look herself in the mirror the rest of her life, knowing she contributed to the death of a little girl.

    41. Sublime12926 says:

it’s Skyler’s birthday today. She would have been 10. :(

    42. Evelyn says:

i know everyone is calling the asberger’s defense horse shit but as a resident of the town, i know his previous teachers and classmates. Troutman does have asbergers, he was in “special” classes all throughout high school. Do every asbergers afflicted person murder? not in the slightest, and the disorder shouldn’t be blasted as dangerous. But really, are we going to start enforcing the death penalty on our mentally ill? if so, please assist me to the nearest cliff so i can take a free fall. **this is in no way sympathy towards skylar’s murderer but COME ON PEOPLE show some civility, this isnt Texas.

      • Miwist says:

I guess I’m really wondering what your point is.

      • Debbie says:

You’re right…it isn’t Texas, and it’s a shame. Because this mistake of a human being would have a shot at receiving the death penalty.

I feel seemed to know right from wrong, judging by many of his actions. He tried to hide his deviant inclinations constantly, which indicates he knew what he was doing was wrong.

And, I believe, Asperger’s Syndrome isn’t even a mental illness:

Despite Asperger’s being listed in the APA’s Diagnostic manual it is not a mental illness, it cannot be caused by trauma or neglect and it cannot be cured with therapy or a change in lifestyle or attitude. Current research suggests it is not even the result of brain damage and is in fact, at least in part, genetic.

        from this website: http://www.behavior-consultant.com/aspergers.htm

Furthermore, from webmd, is this description of the syndrome:

Although Asperger’s syndrome is similar in some ways to autism — another, more severe type of PDD — there are some important differences. Children with Asperger’s syndrome typically function better than do those with autism. In addition, children with Asperger’s syndrome generally have normal intelligence and near-normal language development, although they may develop problems communicating as they get older.

…Does this sound like a disorder so severe that is justifies the raping and brutal murder of a child?

Give him the lethal injection. And whether or not I’m making an emotional appeal here…..I wonder if you’d be singing the same tune, Evelyn, is it was your child or a loved one’s child. Doubt it.

        • Evelyn says:

Nothing justifies raping and murdering a little girl, but should we start handing out the death penalty to the disabled? no.

          • vcbecky says:

This monster knew what he was doing was wrong. I don’t think that the disabled should be exempted from punishment when they are violently dangerous and they know what they did was wrong before they did it.

Before I continue: In all of my posts in this thread, please forgive me for using the term ‘normal’ in this way – it’s the only term I have and I mean no offense by it. Suggestions for another, less negative-sounding word would be appreciated!

From what I can see, most disabled people want to be treated like normal people. They have a right to be treated like normal people, in my opinion, to varying degrees depending on what their disability allows. That includes the good and the bad, like normal people.

‘Disabled” doesn’t always mean the person is allowed to be a monster, or that the person is incapable of seeing right from wrong. If I was a disabled person, I would take deep offense to that opinion. A ‘normal’ person who knows what they did was wrong and gets the death penalty is no different from a ‘disabled’ person who knows what they did was wrong. The penalty should be the same.

Are you telling me that you think he didn’t know what he was doing was wrong before he did it, based on your experience with seeing him in town and chatting with his teachers? Are you saying that you know him better than his fiancee’ did? I appreciate you for your desire to protect and care for people like Troutman, and I mean that with all honesty. I can be fairly certain, based on your vehemence, that you’re a really good person in real life. I also think your wrong in your thinking, in this instance.

      • diekatze says:

What I have gathered from your comment is that this jackass already had services. In that case, I’m even more pissed off.

This means he was diagnosed early. This means he had assistance in learning things that Aspies have a hard time learning. Now, I’m not a Special Ed teacher, but I am pretty sure some of the things he had to have learned was that it is not ok to lock people in your home; not ok to have sex with little girls; not ok to show pornography to kids; and it is certainly not ok to kill someone.

Asperger’s has nothing to do with his crime.

      • Katrina says:

Unfortunately, no, this horrible crime did not take place in Texas. See, here in Texas we tend to frown upon murdering pedophile rapists and have the option of giving them exactly what they deserve, death. I have a friend that has Asperger’s, he has a wife, children, and a successful life. It is not a mental illness/disease, please don’t confuse the two.

      • vcbecky says:

I wish all of America was like Texas when it comes to the death penalty, but that has nothing to do with my ‘civility’. This guy could have a perfectly clean bill of health and he still would have done this. He’s using this syndrome as an excuse. He deserves death no matter what his mental condition is because what he did is inhuman.

Only a single person said that all people with aspergers should be killed, and you’re flying with that as if we all believe it. That makes the rest of your comment look pretty silly. Try re-reading what you’ve written before posting it.

        • Evelyn says:

And you’re saying we should kill the mentally disabled for their crimes. Fine. Let’s strap every adult prisoner with the mental capacity of a 7 year old in the ‘lectric chair.

Would he have done this without asbergers? maybe, maybe not.

I’m not saying he shouldn’t face lifelong repercussions for his actions (believe me, he should for what he did) , but maybe you need to step a little outside of your own shoes and see that some people are different than you, think differently than you, and aren’t faking their disorders.

        • Evelyn says:

Asbergers affected people have limited empathy towards their peers. A boy on my brother’s “special” baseball team once tried (didn’t succeed) to burned a cat to “see how it felt”.

would and i you be able to rape and murder a screaming girl? no.

i sincerely doubt his asbergers had no effect on this crime.

          • vcbecky says:

Again, please see my reply above.

          • Chris Marsh says:

Non-autistics haven’t been known to abuse animals? It happens. Do autistics mostly not abuse animals? Yes. For that matter do people usually not abuse animals? Yes.

Don’t insinuate everyone does what one person does.

          • Jes says:

Strange..most of the info out there about Asperger’s says they aren’t prone to violence…that they’re more likely to become victims because of their illness. Nowhere did I read that it gives them the urge to rape and kill. He planned this out. He knew it was wrong or he wouldn’t have hidden while he raped her. Seems to me that i he didn’t know any better, he would have done it right out in the open for all to see.

            • vcbecky says:

This post is full of so much concentrated win that I have to log off of my computer and back away from my desk because I am not worthy.

LOL thanks VCBecky. Damn, even your compliments are witter than hell!

    43. Protect our children says:

As a mother of a son with aspergers I am beyond offend and frankly pretty pissed this freaking sicko monster is using it as an excuse for raping and murdering a child. My son may have a difficult time relating to other people but he doesnt commit violent acts to cope. This guy is just a freak. A universal mitake. And last tome I checked solicitation of a minor is a crime. He should have been locked up the first time. But as a mother if I know a pervert who tried to show my daughter his penis lives in my complex, we move and she doesnt play outside with out me until then.

    44. Maelstrom says:

      Evelyn,

I’d be more than happy to give you a guided tour to the nearest cliff I can find and quite happily give you a swift, sharp push if that means this piece of shit will get the needle.

      Deal ?

    45. whatever says:

The cops that failed to do their jobs should be arrested and sentenced to suck? James Lee Troutman’s cock for the rest of their lives, forever reminded of their complete utter failure as police officers.

Cops are all? evil, they prefer to see whole families carried out of their homes in body bags and pat child molesters on their backs for a good job at destroying children and their families.

I’ll settle for the cops to be fired and beaten by their neighbors for life.

    46. Chris Marsh says:

I am a 41-year old taxpaying front end Web developer with Asperger, dating the same girl for a few years. In other words, living the NT life (luckily, I realize the employment odds are under 5%, and I don’t know what the relationship odds are but they seem dismal). I have a graduate degree in sociology as well in addition to my 25 hours of formal computer training.

I am as much offended by the offhand treatment of Asperger by the writer of this article (some condition of the month) as I am that a child molester would wear our label. Although to be sure natural human variation makes such rare combinations possible. Who is to say that Aspies are not less likely to be violent or sexually assualt? They may seem more likely to commit suicide, though, so they may be a greater risk actually to themselves. They seem rather the antithesis of violent. If they were more aggressive toward their abusers, maybe there would be less abuse.

It makes me wonder how much of my Asperger diagnosis was an excuse to receive computer training. I certainly needed the training, I had student loans, medical bills, and my applied research career was going nowhere. I presume I would have succeeded in applied research equally as computer programming/Web design because both are goal-oriented problem solving. The difference was that applied research is a saturated job field whereas computer programming was not. People cannot exercise their prejudices when they are desperate for skilled minds.

It makes me wonder if justice should have been employment in the state of ____ as a research analyst, like when I interviewed for a comparable position with WV Department of Education in January 1998. Perhaps if they had deliberately known my disability status…

But it seems state governments end up writing checks for Food Stamps, Medicaid, and in the case of Maryland, computer programming training instead.

      • Chris Marsh says:

Giving preference to candidates with disabilities might abhor you until you stop and think how much the Food Stamps, Medicaid, vocational training, and in some cases, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, SSDI, SSI, student loan deferments and income-contingent nonpayments, etc. tally up.

Take a candidate with disabilities and make that person an employed person with disabilities who is no longer income-qualified for benefits, viola! You get return on investment.

        • vcbecky says:

Chris, you don’t seem disabled in any sense of the word. I’m just sayin’. If you’re disabled, I’m a drooling idiot. ;)

      • diekatze says:

Chris: Max the cat is sarcastic like that.
        (Wow. That totally rhymed).

Try to read the Editors notes as if his cat icon was talking. In a voice that is kinda Christopher walken-meets garfeild the cat-meets-dude from CT.

He wasn’t trying to discount Aspies. He even mentioned that he didn’t know much about it. IIRC, the last “condition of the month” was BiPolar or Post Partum Pschyosis. Max was just mentioning that this was the first use of Aspergers he has seen.

        • diekatze says:

BTW Chris: from my expierence, you have overcome stats. My brother, as successful as he is, bitches about “how hard it is to be single.” I try pointing out that being married with 3 kids isn’t all that great. I mean, its hard as hell to travel with a kid. And they cost so much!
But I get what he’s saying. It is nice to have kids look up to you as their parent. Being married can be pretty fun too. I can see him wanting that. Something more than “cool uncle who travels and buys us sci fi stuff”.

I also have a cousin in Sweden that is an Aspie. He mentions the same things sometimes. I try to tell them to just try enjoying being single, and it will eventually fall into their lap *I know it is cheesy, but that’s how I ended up with my husband* . My cousin would really really love to live in america. His English is perfect. He is smart. But my brother and I just don’t see how he will be able to live here. First, there is employment. The economy is already tight, I don’t know how well his skills and schooling will factor into anything above $10-$12/hr. Sweeden has resources and a national health system that actually works in favor of the disabled. Most insurance you have to buy would classify AS as a preexisiting condition. That means he would end up having that horrible medicaid.

Ok enough of my rambling. I’m just kinda glad to find so many Aspies on pysih. You guys rock! *oh dear. I’m starting to sound like an Aspie groupie*

    47. Chris Marsh says:

Ohh yes, I has the special classes too, to the eighth grade. You really can’t write off those kids… you don’t know where some of them will wind up 30 years later.

Kevin, Psychochick, Chris Marsh, Chinchillazilla and anyone I forgot to list, thank you SO MUCH for contributing such valuable insight to this thread. It takes such courage to open yourself up like this in public to strangers – I know, I’ve done it a couple of times myself here and in ‘real life’. I have learned so much from reading your posts, and I really can’t thank you enough for that! You’ve helped me to further build on opinions I will hold for a very long time, if not for the rest of my life. Yes, it really is that important. Thanks. :)

The majority of posters here know that people with Aspergers are normal humans who just have different issues than the rest of us. We all have problems, they’re all different, they vary in intensity, that’s Humanity. You’re not Cooties Personified, if you get what I mean. Story’s like Troutman’s get us all so angry because his legal angle is so fucking twisted and flat-out wrong, and people are ignorant enough to take it seriously and allow it. Your insight helps to dispel that wrong-thinking.

Ignorance is o.k., so long as people are open to learning because ignorance can be a temporary condition. It’s the honest desire and honest effort to understand these kinds of things that I think really counts. Please don’t be offended by the majority of posters here, or the angle the author took on the story – we are sharing what we think we know, and trying to understand.

    49. Chris Marsh says:

I’m a Baptist. What’s purgatory? Never heard of it. Either you go one place or the other.

      • Chris Marsh says:

No, I don’t believe in purgatory, a prison after death to pay your debt to God and then go to Heaven. Jesus only mentions eternal torment and Paradise, and we have our nose in the Bible. It is too late for the dead. Today is the day of salvation!

    50. Chris Marsh says:

Well one good thing to enjoy about being single IF they are employed. They get to enjoy the money all to themselves.

By the time you’re 30 or 40 and have 11 or 12 years job experience it is presumed your 50, maybe 60 thousand a year will support at least half a family, maybe all of it if she doesn’t work.

In my case she has bipolar bad enough to get on SSDI. Her assessment of working is that she’d stay home with the kids, which I would cut back to not more than one if I married her.

SSDI is generally reserved for those who have a really poor employment outlook, are presumed unable to earn at least $700 a month. In the event we were married she would lose that quickly given something like five thousand a month.

Ask yourself which you want more, a relationship with a woman (which may mean a family if she says so) or your standard of living. You may not have a choice of women, one who is employed also with benefits, who could let you keep more of your income (and also would keep some of her own too).

If I may recommend, two incomes are better than one, especially in a large urban area, Washington in my case, which has general inflation vis a vis outlying areas, but also anyplace, because nobody is immortal enough to lose their job for a while.

Unemployment compensation is a sick joke, $51,000 a year would give you $380 a week in Virginia. Your rent can be $1200 to $1500 a month. Depend on family first, your working spouse, and if not married, your parents, unless they are dead like ours are.

So that is one thing to consider. If you have a standard of living to lose, you can keep it and stay single, or you can get a wife and companion, but she may make you have a kid. Just let her know you are prepared to get a snip to stop at one, if you are so inclined.

      • Chris Marsh says:

If you marry her it is too late, there could be alimony.
If you have kids it is also too late, there will certainly be child support.

I know a couple who chose the same arrangement I would be faced with and they do sacrifice. I gave them a Christmas gift and she apologized she could not do the same. How sad. But it is true, I am a person making more than enough to support one, spending on one, and her family of four lives off of the work of one man. It figures.

        Make your decision in advance.

    51. Lestat Rett says:

That this repugnant, crowbegotten little whoreson deserves to have his scrotum slit open, filled with Pepsis wasps and sewn back shut, is quite undebateable, so I shall leave that issue as it is.

As far as Asperger’s (note, ‘assburgers’ is not the correct spelling, an generally shows the poster using the term to be an A*, weapons-grade demagogic masturbator not fit to lick an aspie’s arse crack clean after taking a shite) is concerned, then the people baying for blood from us all, can jolly well sod off and die in a fire. There have been too many times of late (one time is two times too many) where some fruitcake has killed a bunch of people, raped somebody, or both, and then had it blamed on being an aspie.

Buggery are they, usually, while Asperger’s syndrome does not preclude killing somebody, I don’t believe the psyche that is typical of those on the spectrum compatible with rape. Rape is not about sex, it is about power, and exerting it over another person on the part of the rapist (I say ‘another’ person, not, mind you, implying that rapists are people). I know a LOT of autistic people, and quite a few aspies, indeed I am dating a woman around twice my age, who is classically autie (closer to Kanner’s autism than to any aspie), and being on the spectrum myself, again classic autie, so I know of which I speak.

The desire to dominate and force themselves into another person’s mind and sanctuary are just not compatible, in my belief with being aspie, and less so still with Kanner’s, it would be naiive of me in the extreme to assume that there is not, never has been, and never will be any such thing as a rapist on the spectrum, rape is something that is associated with neurotypicals, and far more compatible with the NT psychological structure than any autie/aspie.

Whilst not an aspie, I am myself classically autistic, and while I do claim benefits (I am english, not american, so excuse my relative lack of knowledge of the US welfare system, my own is complex enough, thank you very much), it is not for being workshy, but simply because I have never been given a chance to work for anybody, there are few jobs where I live, and fewer still that I’m able to travel to to seek (I am physically disabled, thanks to a knee injury and neuropathy brought about by failed surgery) , disability benefit in the UK is not enough to live on, but I am able to make up for it by freelance biochemist work (self taught), being a moderately successful clandestine chemist and hobbyist and by engineering work.

One thing I do not like to see, is otherwise kindly meaning people talking of ‘those afflicted with….’, or ‘the autistic disease’, terms to that effect. I do not consider myself disabled (other than in the physical sense, but that is completely unrelated to being autie, and not something I was born with), and certainly I am not diseased, nor for that matter are any other of my people.

I am glad I’m classically autistic, I would hate to have been born neurotypical, with all the problems it brings and things NT people never get to experience, or to see in the world, whilst some people on the spectrum don’t have it easy, usually when there is a disability, it is because other people are prejudiced, and take pains to make sure that us auties and aspies are held back from enabling themselves, and for those of us who cannot on their own fight their corner, offered no support.

Those who are vocal about it, are often viewed as faking it, or ‘not autistic enough’ to need support, and those who are not vocal about it, or who are nonverbal and don’t have the communication aids in place to demand their rights as a person, or seek support, don’t get it, and often when we do, we don’t get any.

‘high functioning’? then hey, you must not be disabled by societal structure enough, or mustn’t have pronounced/obvious enough needs to warrant any aid.

‘low functioning’?, then, sorry, nothing we can do for you, too bad. (read: we could institute programs to help place you and your people directly into work, we could give you enough money not just to survive, but to have a meaningful life and a chance of mobility upwards through the social ‘class’ strata, we COULD do our best to help fund communications equipment and support, or assistants to those most in need, but are we hell willing to make the effort and throw down the cold hard stuff)

Don’t believe that prejudice is real? look up the judge rotenberg center, and a fuckup modern-day Mengele, by the name of ‘doctor’ matthew israel, and then see what is done to some of us, who are unlucky enough to get sent there. I more or less guarantee that if you read up on that dark, forsaken place and the forlorn and miserable lot of those dumped there, you will shed tears before you are finished.

I’m not rich, far, far from it, but investing in laboratory equipment to help start the neurobiology research compound, and hard to obtain synthesis chemicals supply company that will do business with the general public/hobbyists, and working in engineering, I have some skills there, helping to put a little bread behind the crust I am handed, but some of us aren’t, some of us do not, and those people, are generally the people who have least of all, and jut like me, most certainly do not find the idea of sitting waiting for the monthly begging bowl to be filled with a few coppers worth of charity easy to stomach any more than I.

I’m lucky also, in that I have the heart of the woman of my dreams (also classically autistic, I don’t find anybody who isn’t attractive sexually or emotionally), someone loving, brutally, tactlessly honest, and unashamedly so, kind, and gorgeously aloof, flat-affected sexy, unusual and different. a true one in a billion rare gem of a woman. All in all, its not always easy, but I get to see the world in a different way, to most people, and I really am glad that I was born with the gift I have been.

I sadly won’t get the chance to have kids, not in this relationship, and that means for me, that I won’t, full stop, given I would allow no other woman to bear my child, but if I could, I would hope for them to be autie or maybe aspie if thats all thats going, genetically speaking, the world is so alive, from behind our eyes, it would be a shame for them to have to miss out on that, at the expense of being socially addicted, materialistic and obsessed with shallow modern ‘culture’.

Oh, and whilst if I have to defend myself against violence being inflicted, I won’t hesitate to use immediate and overwhelming violence, and if in defense of my lady, I would kill if needful, or even give my own life, either of those, without any hesitation, I do not go round attacking people, nor do I go round killing people. If I am ever violent, my reason is not ‘I want to rape some innocent woman or child’ but ‘this bastard here that just got his head kicked in, was trying to rob me, beat me, kill me or my friends, or so much as threatened to harm a hair of my girl’s head’

In other words, unlike this whorebegotten rapist sack of feculent, reeking dog ordure, I do not rape people, prey on children, or dish out violence that somebody did not first attempt to dish out to me or mine.

Every time some ratbastard son of a syphilitic cunt tries go scrounge pity and forgiveness by falsely claiming to be autistic, it puts every last one of us in danger, given how many sheeple are gullible enough, and incapable of critical logical appraisal of a situation, and how many NT sheeple are ruled by emotion and gut instinct instead of being the masters of it, and allowing it to temper cold, calculating logic, people will hear this sort of dung, and take it to heart.

Resulting in the ‘lets go jail/kill the bastards, or better yet, test prenatally and abort all likely autistic fetuses’ approach of that muppet who posted earlier.

And for that matter, those who ARE autistic, and then go and do something heinous, like rape somebody. Or kill someone without a good reason, and then claim asperger’s as a defense, fuck them too. Fuck them right in the ass with a sharp stick…you didn’t rape some woman or shag some kid because you are spesh, you did it because you are an oxygen-thieving cunt who sadly didn’t die in the gutter like you should.

On the other hand, when autism is indeed relevant in a criminal case, and it can be, such as the case of the system cracker Gary McKinnon, then it needs to be taken into consideration. Our government is too spineless to try Gary on british soil, where the hacking took place, despite the fact that its almost certain he will off himself if sent to the US to face trial, far away from friends and family, possibly until he is an old, old man, at the end of his natural life span. That sort of thing needs taking into consideration and weighing in along with the evidence for/against a case, and if found guilty, what sentence should be passed, and how.

It is NOT however, an excuse.

Lestat Rett, classic autie, and proud of it.

    52. JenRave says:

…what? Me AND my son have Asperger’s – it is genetic – and we don’t hurt ANYONE! How dare he use that excuse for his FILTH! FRY HIM!

    53. Derek Prudence says:

Beyond the sick child rapist and murderer, there are a few things that really annoy me about this story. There are a few more people who should fry.

So what exactly is wrong with the fiancé ? She heard a little girl screaming and crying and she did not check ? Sounds like someone being thrown down on the ground ? She phoned her excuse for a man ? She thought the blood soaked clothes were mud-soaked ? This isn’t the same as the sick mothers who let the boyfriends abuse their children, but it is in the same class. Denial with a capital D. “It’s not my fault, I’ve been brainwashed into accepting ridiculous nonsense as reasoning, wars for peace, violence for love, absence for care.” Right. And she was going to marry this creature and have children with him. And look the other way when the little ones have blood on their underwear, or construct excuses. Thank God that there is one less union that would produce children in such an incubator.

So the police in the US need a crime to be actually proved before taking action. No wonder there is talk of proactive measures. Actually you guys are way behind the rest of the developed world. When a child has to prove a crime, and the perp gets off scot-free, what you are proving, to bot the perps and the children is, the children are not precious, they can be violated.

Here’s my first submission to the PYSIH list. Why was this charge dropped, Fifteen is below the age of consent, the kid did not legally have the choice to consent. Flambouyant and fraudulent pederast has deviate sexual contact with the kid. but then the charges are dropped for “lack of evidence”:
      ____http://semper-fido.blogspot.com/2008/02/arrest-of-deval-patricks-top-aide-carl.html
Now with consistent attitudes like that, and the now common stories on this site, that US cops need “evidence” before charges are laid, you guys are in the developing world. Even India and China take up such charges on behalf of the children. Yes, yes, we all have “innocent until proven guilty” to prove a conviction, what I am talking about is the charge and facing court, when the onus is on the child to provide evidence, that exposure and shame is usually enough to deter civilised people.

… that means the system is actively protecting the paedophiles and rapists.

And please do not miss the fact that this “representative” snuck in same-sex “marriage” into Mass, without a vote. (There they go again, demeaning yet another word, and elevating their deviate acts to normalcy by perverting a good word. I do not care what they they do behind closed doors, but it has nothing to do with “sex” or “marriage”.)

      This bit is chilling:
____”Finally when asked directly, why he killed Skyler, Troutman said he had to ‘because once he took her down to the basement, he knew she could get him into trouble’ “.

Jesus freaking Christ. Isn’t that the typical insane defence of the rapist, the psychopath, blaming the victim ? “She made me do it”, “It was the way she dressed”, “She had her way with me, so I had to kill her”. Yeah, right, she made him lose control of his anti-social paedophilic urges.

And then wipe out the evidence of the brutal rape of a child by wiping out the child. And hide her body in a dumpster.

Well, he certainly had a white-out or mental seizure of some kind, if he left all that evidence lying around, and walked into the house with blood-soaked clothes. Not the usual premeditated planned killing. There’s a dark side there that he knew about that got fully exposed and experienced that day.

But he certainly knew right from wrong before the event. And once he set his aim on her, two weeks before, she was good as dead. At least they caught him after his first killing, unlike the hundreds of Bundys and Dahmers in America.

Ahh, I get it! You’re an America-hating bigot! I agree with much of what you’re saying, except for the part about American due process being something for ‘undeveloped countries’ and the whole ‘anti-human’ thing you have going with anyone who isn’t straight.

Which society created you? Jeezus, they seriously failed. Anyone who thinks it’s a good idea to prosecute anyone else without some kind of evidence is advocating witch hunting. Children CAN lie, or didn’t you realize that? Children ARE capable of doing horrible things. For someone with your vocabulary and apparent willingness to share his ideas with the rest of us, you are very naive.

Come to think of it, these huge mental barriers you have kinda negate anything else that might have been logical about your posts. ALL of them.

I will never understand how defense attorneys manage to actually defend scum like this, especially when there is overwhelming evidence that the scum is guilty and the defense attorney must also know that the scum is guilty. How does one justify defending the rapist/murderer or a small child? I can understand defending burglars, drug users/dealers, petty crime committers, etc., but the rapist/murderer of a small child?! I know, I know, ‘someone’s gotta do it’, I just don’t understand how, in especially brutal cases like this, especially involving a CHILD!, the defense attorney is able to sleep at night. Just another little mystery among the many to me in this world.

    55. Mia says:

In my above comment, in the second sentence, it should read “how does one justify defending the rapist/murderer OF a small child”, not “or a small child”. Sorry about that typo.

This article made me feel sick to the pit of my stomach. Personally, I don’t believe the Asperger’s Syndrome defence. I have Asperger’s Syndrome myself (aged 24) and I know murder is wrong … especially towards this beautiful little girl. I have two nieces a few years older than Skyler and I can’t even imagine how painful it would be to lose them the same way. Normally, I wouldn’t harm a fly; but nothing makes my blood boil more than the murder of innocent children. I sure as hell hope this b*stard rots!
