JUDGE RULES THAT JORDAN BROWN SHOULD BE TRIED AS JUVENILE

In his second turn at ruling whether a teenage murder suspect would be tried as an adult or a juvenile, Lawrence County President Judge Domenick Motto found that most of the defense’s claims went uncontested.

In a ruling issued Tuesday afternoon, Motto determined that Jordan Brown, a former New Beaver resident, will be tried as a juvenile. Brown, who turns 14 on Tuesday, is accused in the Feb. 20, 2009, murder of 26-year-old Kenzie Houk.

When the killing occurred Brown was 11, and Houk was engaged to his father, Christopher. Houk was pregnant with a child who would have been Jordan Brown’s half-brother. The unborn boy also died. Jordan Brown was charged with the murder on Feb. 21, 2009, and has been in custody ever since.

Sydney Teerhuis-Moar is a killer. He became a killer in July 2003 at the age of 33. Sydney Teerhuis-Moar is also a fame whore. Probably has always been one. So being the pathetic POS attention-seeker he is, he could not resist turning his one act of murder into the spectacle of spectacles. He had to out-Ripper Jack the Ripper. He had to transform his victim, the hapless Robin Greene, from a living breathing man with family and friends into a macabre display of grotesquery and gore. All Robin Greene was to Sydney Teerhuis-Moar was a “human trophy.”

Sadly, Robin Greene will be mostly remembered as the chopped up guy in the bathtub. He deserved better.

Diane Schuler was nearly perfect at everything she touched, until she drove the wrong way down New York’s Taconic State Parkway, slamming head-on into another vehicle and killing eight people, including her 2-year-old daughter, three young nieces and herself.

Meet Cheryl and Elisha Christopher, the parents of five adopted children. Cheryl is 51 years of age and her husband is 69 years of age. They were recently arrested for an abuse case involving two of their five adopted children, two young girls. Abuse that has been going on for several years.

Police were first contacted some time in June by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services due to disturbing statements given by the children in therapy sessions. The children had told their counselor things that you would have to be pretty sick to make up.

They claimed that Cheryl Christopher locked them in dog cages with Doberman Pinschers. Mommy dearest also attempted to drown them on numerous occasions after duct taping their eyes and mouth. Both children stated that their mother also placed plastic shopping bags over their heads in an attempt to suffocate them.

File this one under “Shit You Just Can’t Make Up.”

As he drove his pickup down Main Street in Salem, Indiana, I bet Officer John Newcomb of the Seymour police department was feeling pretty good about himself around 10:30 p.m.. Not only was he the D.A.R.E. Officer and the School Resource Officer, responsible for educating children in seven area schools about drugs and alcohol and the dangers of driving while intoxicated, he was also good and drunk.

That is, right up until the moment Officer John Newcomb sideswiped a parked car and slammed his pickup into a tree in front of the home of Scott and Tina Robbins, who were just getting ready for bed:

The parents of children locked up by Mark A. Ciavarella Jr. as part of a $2.8 million kids-for-cash racket cheered when the prosecutors who sent the former Luzerne County judge to prison for 28 years emerged from a federal courthouse Thursday.

Several crowded around lead prosecutor Gordon Zubrod to shake his hand and offer thanks. It was Zubrod who had forcefully argued in court Thursday that Ciavarella should receive a sentence “that will keep him in prison for the rest of his natural life” for taking payments from two for-profit detention centers.

There are various reactions a killer has after they commit murder. Some cry, some feel guilt, some feel no remorse and go out and get a bite to eat as if nothing has happened.

17 year old Tyler Hadley threw a party after murdering two people with a hammer.The two people he murdered were his parents, Blake and Mary-Jo Hadley.

Now I know that when I was 17 my parents would not let me throw a party unless they supervised it and there was no alcohol or drugs. Apparently Blake and Mary-Jo felt their son should not have a party on the 16th of July, 2011. And they had good reason to deny this request.
