You read that right. Colin Blanchard and his harem of hellhound bitches are all pedophiles. It took luck and great detective work to unravel this unholy ring of pervs.

The lucky bit was that Colin Blanchard forgot to sign out of his Gmail account. On Friday, June 5, 2009, Blanchard’s business partner Noman Ahmed stopped in at the office in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester to check his emails. Colin Blanchard, an IT consultant, wasn’t there — he was off to Dubai on a business trip. He wouldn’t be back until the next day.

Noman Ahmed had a hunch that maybe his partner was doing some business deals behind his back, and with Blanchard’s Gmail account open he thought he’d just have a bit of a snoop.

There was nothing that could have prepared Noman Ahmed for what he did find. Not business deals at all. Instead he found photos of a naked Blanchard (ugly fat bastard) and more than a dozen photos of kiddies being raped.

Absolutely appalled, Noman Ahmed called 999 to report this stash of child porn. The police were very interested indeed.

On Saturday, June 6, 2009, Colin the Baby Raper Blanchard, with his laptop and his iPhone, arrived at Manchester Airport and was greeted by some uniforms and escorted to Altrincham police station to be questioned and detained.

The investigators needed to find out ASAP whether his pictures were downloaded off the Internet or were taken by Blanchard himself or his “associates.” In other words they needed to find out if there were babies they could rescue, and other pervs they could arrest.

From Blanchard’s upscale home in Smithy Bridge, near Rochdale, detectives found a few computers, memory cards, disc drives and a Nokia N70 mobile phone. The IT tech at their hi-tech crime unit, Andrew Edwards, had a big job ahead of him, sifting through gigabytes of data. Happily for him, Blanchard hadn’t bothered to use passwords or encryption. Edwards used a C4P, a digital tool devised by Canadian police (yay!) that not only found and collected stored images on computers but also reassembled images that had been overwritten.

On the morning of June 8 Detective Sergeant Bob Willis and Detective Constable Andy Pilling of the sexual crimes unit were presented with 20 images to study. They depicted naked babies and toddlers. The oldest infant was not more than 18 months old. (Gawd, I hate pedophiles!) Some of the photos had a woman’s hand and torso as well — no face alas.

And here’s where the great detective work came in. DS Willis and DC Pilling figured out that the photos originated in Britain because of the electrical sockets. All of the photos were taken from the same room with a changing mat for babies, lino on the floor and windows similar to those found in a church hall. From that they deduced they were looking for a children’s centre. The pressure was on — those poor babies needed rescuing from that unknown woman right away!

DS Willis and DC Pilling, from checking out Colin Blanchard’s background, knew that he’d been arrested in 2002 for having child porn on his computer. *shock!* He’d done the whole “boohoo I’d been molested as a child” song and dance in court and got away without doing jail time.

Asked about the new batch of kiddie porn, Blanchard blustered that he’d been sent this filth by some manipulative bitch he’d “accidentally” met on Facebook after using the dating app Are You Interested? Helpfully, he told them the name she went by was Vee George and she lived in Plymouth. Bet he wishes he kept his mouth shut.

And with that useful bit of info, the detectives got down to work. The t-shirt worn by the woman in the photos had a bear on it. They and officers from a covert unit pored through the social networking sites Blanchard the beast visited. They found a Vee George on Facebook and Bebo, and a photo on Bebo had the same t-shirt with the words Little Ted’s. The caption read “great picture Vanessa.”

There was a Vanessa George in Plymouth who worked at Little Ted’s Nursery. They had found pervert #2.

Vanessa George’s arrest hit the news big time — a nursery worker molesting the babies in her care was huge! The detectives now had even more pressure — any associates of Blanchard and George seeing the news would be wiping their computers clean right away.

Meantime IT tech Edwards had managed to retrieve copies of Blanchard’s texts and chat on the computers and phones. Blanchard’s crap about being sent those photos unsolicited was irrefutably crap.

Instead Colin Blanchard and Vanessa George had happily chatted and texted about fantasies of her abusing her own daughters. They were both getting all excited and masturbatory about these sick, twisted fantasies.

The beast Blanchard egged her on and made suggestions like drugging the girls and taking photos of them asleep. George wanted to meet for real for sex and romance. (Great choice of a boyfriend — someone you KNOW wants to rape your daughters!) Blanchard, to George’s vast disappointment, did not take her up on it. Hell, he was married already with a family. But then so was she.

Anyway, Vanessa George continued to send thousands of texts to Blanchard about her fantasies including abduction of children. But police knew beyond a doubt, thanks to the photos, that she had gone way past sick fantasies and was sexually abusing babies in reality. (Gawd, I hate pedophiles!)

A week after Colin Blanchard’s arrest, up popped another woman’s name from his computer files. She went by the handle Ang Bank. IT tech Edwards traced her to Nottingham. She had used an untraceable pay-as-you-go phone number to text Blanchard her fantasies of child rape. She too had access to children.

“God im getting fuckin so turned on now,” she wrote. “May have 2 take (child’s name) in2 sme bushes.”

Blanchard’s reply was, “Mmmm take a pic if u do.” Sick bastards.

Through Blanchard, Ang Bank was introduced to Vanessa George and the three of them had had a cosy little Internet-based sex threesome. Ang Bank shared photos of herself raping a child with a crayon, a toy golf club, a metal tube and a penis-shaped stick. That poor baby! Vanessa George shared photos of naked babies taken at Little Ted’s nursery. And then Ang Bank asked Blanchard if he wanted to join her in hurting a child, making a baby scream.

I must admit I feel quite murderous when I learn about gawd awful f*ckers like that hurting helpless babies and toddlers. I can’t imagine how the detectives dealt with studying those photos and texts, but I salute them for their efforts.

The detectives found a Facebook page for Ang Bank of Nottinghamshire. Her real name was Angela Allen and she was a 39-year-old single mother and former prostitute. The police arrested her and discovered she’d already tried to erase her hard drive. IT tech Edwards recovered everything.

IT tech Edwards was kept busy. With all the texts and photos swapped among these three hellbeasts, he uncovered 16,014 images of children, violent adult porn and bestiality (Blanchard’s Shih Tzu Bubba). He also found 229 hardcore porn movies. I have such sympathy for all of the investigators that had to scour through all those hellish photos of abuse. Just seeing one would make me cry.

And still the case didn’t end there. Detectives found yet another female pedophile pal of Blanchard’s. She called herself Foxy Witch. Detectives found her MySpace site and learned she was really Tracy Lyons, mother of multiple children. Tracy Lyons actually gave birth to her ninth child in prison.

IT tech Edwards heroically carried on with his digital detection and discovered a film of a woman raping a boy. It was poorly lit, so the police hired a medical artist to enhance the quality. Lo and behold, it was Tracy Lyons who was the rapist. The police arrested her and seeing the evidence she admitted her guilt in raping a 2-year-old boy.

And still the case wasn’t over. Bastard Blanchard and the three bitches were in jail but detectives had more data to sift through. And what did they find? Photos of yet another woman sexually abusing a child. With Blanchard’s participation this time!

Colin Blanchard was questioned again, and although he didn’t supply the woman’s name he did say she lived in Southport, Merseyside and he mentioned landmarks he passed to get to her house. Within two days the police arrested Tracy Dawber, a twice-divorced mother, grandmother and caregiver. Effing bitch!

Finally this hideous pedophile ring was shut down, exposed, arrested and imprisoned.

On January 10, 2011, Colin Blanchard, the ringleader/cheerleader/baby raper/dog raper/ fat ugly bastard, was sentenced by Mr. Justice Royce who determined he was guilty of “breathtaking depravity.” Blanchard got an indeterminate sentence with a minimum 9-year term but in the world of British justice he won’t be getting out of prison in this lifetime.

Blanchard’s lawyer argued his client had been sexually abused and raped as a child and carried psychiatric scars as a result. Boo friggin’ hoo. The same crap that got him out of jail before, but it didn’t work this time.

Vanessa George, Tracy Allen and Tracy Lyons all pleaded guilty to a pile of charges of sexual assault and making and possessing child porn. Lyon’s lawyer argued his client was a “dim woman”. Great defense! *snort, giggle*

Vanessa George, the baby raping nursery worker, received an indeterminate sentence with a minimum term of 7 years. Angela Allen, baby raper, received an indeterminate sentence with a minimum term of 5 years. Tracy Lyons, toddler raper was jailed for 7 years. Tracy Dawber, child molester, was jailed for 4 years.

The damage done to the infants and children that were molested is incalculable. I pray they all have good and healthy lives after all they’ve been put through.

The damage done to the spouses and children and grandchildren of these hellbeasts likewise is immeasurable. The shock, the pain, the humiliation, and in some cases actual sexual assaults must be so horrifically difficult to overcome. I pray they all not only survive but thrive now that the perpetrators are out of their daily lives.

And then there’s the impact this case has had on the detectives and IT tech Edwards. How can it not change a person after viewing and reviewing thousands and thousands of these disgusting, beastly images and movies? I congratulate them on their fine efforts and wish them God speed in their future endeavours.

And to the five inhuman creatures I wish the deepest depths of hell. Rot forever Blanchard, George, Allen, Lyons and Dawber!

Yves Bureau defies explanation. Truly. Yves Bureau was a 56-year-old French farmer in the Dordogne region of France. He was married with two children. He lived an unremarkable life for those 56 years it seems. He did at some point achieve some status as a deputy mayor of Verdon, but that was the pinnacle of his achievements. He wasn’t rich, revered, noteworthy or very intelligent. He was burdened by debts and a boring life.

But then, inexplicably, on September 10, 2009 Yves Bureau erupted in such evil, such barbarity that he will be forever thought of with horror and revulsion.

His unfortunate victim, Edith Muhr, came face to face with that evil and did not survive.

Edith Muhr, a 68-year-old German pensioner, was by all accounts a lovely woman inside and out. She had been a well-liked and respected teacher before her retirement. She loved to walk in the countryside and feed the donkeys carrots she would bring along just for them.

Edith Muhr had retired to Dordogne six years before that fateful day and quickly made many good friends. She was popular and much admired in France just as she had been in Germany. She’d been a lifelong Francophile, loving everything French, and was very happy to realize her dream and live in the Dordogne village of Faux.

Edith Muhr did nothing, absolutely nothing to deserve her awful fate. Hitler would have deserved her fate, Robert Pickton deserves her fate, but not that lovely, friendly woman.

On September 10, 2009, Edith Muhr was walking from her home to meet her hubby Ralphe for lunch at a restaurant. She didn’t get there. She got as far as Yves Bureau’s mother’s farm. Possibly she was trying to cross the farmland and that’s what sparked the eruption of savagery from within Bureau’s deepest depths.

Yves Bureau forced the helpless woman into his van and drove her into a barn. He hauled her out of the vehicle and beat her mercilessly. That was only the beginning of the orgy of violence and cruelty.

Yves Bureau next tied Edith Muhr to a ladder that was leaning against a barn wall. She was secured with a ligature around her neck and then her legs and arms were tied to the ladder. Edith begged him for mercy. I cannot imagine her terror. She had good reason to be terrified.

The creature Bureau had no mercy.

At some point Edith Muhr’s clothes were cut off her body. It may have been at this point.

Yves Bureau began by cutting off one of her fingers.

And then another.

And then another.

Edith Muhr was screaming for mercy but still he continued. He cut off another and another until he had cut off every single finger on both hands.

What kind of creature could do that? A creature from the depths of hell no doubt.

I hope and pray to God Edith Muhr was unconscious by then, because the beast Bureau was not done.

She was still alive when Yves Bureau used butcher’s knives and a meat cleaver to cut off her arms and her legs. I cannot confirm this but I strongly suspect that her limbs were first cut at the elbows and knees. The tally of body parts seems to indicate this is true.

And then finally, finally Edith Muhr died when Yves Bureau cut off her head.

And holding the head in both hands he used it for sex. That’s right, this hellish creature had sex with a decapitated head.

Bureau continued the mutilations, slicing off the breasts and removing the uterus. Ultimately most of the remains of Edith Muhr were stuffed into six black bin bags and dumped, some in a pond and some in Bureau’s cornfield. One finger and her uterus were not included. They were never found.

Ralphe Muhr had been waiting patiently for his wife’s arrival for their luncheon date. She, of course, didn’t arrive so Ralphe Muhr immediately contacted the police.

Edith Muhr’s remains were found the next day.

Police tracked down Yves Bureau who began by admitting he’d disposed of the body in the bags but denied he’d murdered the poor woman. He first claimed Edith Muhr had been hit by his car so in a panic he disposed of her body. The police, of course, found no corroborating evidence of a car accident.

Bureau next claimed he found her unconscious at the roadside and, fearing he’d be blamed for killing her, cut her up and tried to hide the body. Kinda stupid, wasn’t it, to claim she was found unconscious instead of dead?

Anyway, Yves Bureau told a dozen or so fairy tales about how he came to dispose of Edith Muhr’s body, but one look at the barn told the police everything. The blood on the walls and floor, the blood on Bureau’s clothes and the blood on the instruments of mutilation were evidence enough of the brutality and violence Edith Muhr was forced to endure.

Yves Bureau was accused of voluntary homicide, torture and acts of barbarity as well as voluntary homicide preceded or accompanied by another crime.

In court the beast Bureau offered no explanation as to why he tortured and murdered a woman he hardly knew. The prosecutor Jean-Luc Gadaud conjectured it was because of jealousy.

“She was everything that he was not – rich, intelligent and popular. He was crippled by debt, shyness and led a very boring life.”

Prosecutor Gadaud also suggested that possibly Edith Muhr’s German nationality sparked the violence as well.

“Perhaps it was an act of vengeance. His father was arrested by the Gestapo in 1944.”

Bureau’s father died six months before Edith Muhr’s murder.

Stuff and nonsense. In my mind the reason for the torture and murder was crystallized when I learned he had sex with the head. Yves Bureau is a sexual sadist. Torturing and murdering poor Edith Muhr sexually excited him and it got his rocks off.

The beast Bureau wasn’t thinking of Dad when he shoved his dick into his victim’s lifeless mouth. He wasn’t thinking of his wife and children or his mother. He wasn’t thinking of money he owed or popularity he lacked.

Yves Bureau had spotted the attractive Edith Muhr alone, on foot, and decided he would take her and use her to fulfill his every sexual, sadistic fantasy. Her screams ignited his savagery, and her agony fueled his cruelty.

Yves Bureau did not help his case when in court he laughed and joked when those stomach-churning photos of Edith Muhr’s remains were shown on a large screen.

The creatured showed no remorse, no empathy for his victim.

Not surprisingly Yves Bureau was found guilty.

Shortly before receiving his sentence, the pathetic creature burst into tears and sobbed, “It wasn’t me, it wasn’t me!”

Big surprise — his only tears were for himself.

Yves Bureau was sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole for 20 years.

That is some justice for the death of Edith Muhr. Real justice though would be for him to suffer as she had suffered.

Off to hell with you, Yves Bureau. May you rot in pieces.

Don’t let the Justin Bieber haircut fool you, Mark Bedford is not the sort of person you want around your neighborhood. He’s not the sort of person you want in your town, state/province or country, and you definitely do not want to let this thing near a camera, a dog, children or a computer.

An Internet sex predator who is considered one of the most prolific ever caught in Canada was released from prison in March, 2011. Mark Bedford, 25, is a pedophile who not only refuses to voluntarily change his ways but seems to be unable to comprehend the error of his ways. He is an unrepentant, remorseless, unsalvageable pervert who served his entire prison sentence before he was released. No early release for Marky boy, and for good reason.

“With what he’s done in the past, there’s a high probability that he might reoffend,” Det. Staff Sgt. Frank Goldschmidt said of Mark Bedford.

And what had he done in the past? Let’s start with those crimes he pled guilty to: inciting a child to commit bestiality with a dog, extortion, possessing and distributing child porn, and luring over the Internet. His victims: girls aged 9 to 15 from 5 different countries. For a grand total of 10 charges Mark Bedford spent a total of 3 years in prison. Not nearly enough IMHO.

Although Mark Bedford pled guilty to a paltry 10 crimes in a plea bargain, it is likely he is guilty of hundreds more, all via the Internet.

Mark Bedford is a cunning, computer savvy pedophile. On social networks like Facebook he would hack into the friends lists of his prey: young girls. How did he do that? Mark Bedford took on the persona of Samantha, a 15-year-old girl who listed her interests as singing, dancing, my b/f and girly stuff like that. As Samantha he would chat with young girls and ask seemingly harmless questions like what was their favourite colour, what bands did they like, what pets do they have.

By eliciting answers to these questions, Mark Bedford was gathering clues to the girls’ passwords. He would then hijack the accounts, change the passwords and pose as the victims to their circle of friends. Once he gained the trust of these friends, he would begin conversing with them in an increasingly sexual manner. Ultimately he would convince the friends to expose their breasts using a webcam. Since the girls thought they were dealing with a known friend they felt safe enough to lift their shirts. They were far from safe.

Once Mark Bedford got the girls to expose themselves he had blackmail material which he then used to force the girls into performing more and more explicit sexual acts. He would keep taking more photos and gather even more blackmail material. The girls were terrified of what he would do with the photos — send them to all their friends, to their parents, or to other pedophiles. They were also terrified of his threats to kill them or their family members. It was an absolute nightmare for these young girls.

And so Mark Bedford managed to force a 12-year-old girl into simulated sex acts with her dog. He forced sisters aged 11 and 13 to perform oral sex on each other. He forced other girls to insert items such as combs and pencils into their vaginas. And Mark of course was recording it all via webcam. And jerking off to it too, as pedophiles are wont to do.

Mark Bedford victimized more than 40 girls in England alone. He also had victims in Canada, the U.S.A., Mexico and France. The true number of girls he traumatized may never be known. It is at least 63. And he did it all from his parents’ home in Kingston, Ontario. If only they’d known what Marky boy was up to on his computer. They might have wondered since he spent 7 to 9 hours a day on it.

Mark Bedford at 16 had begun looking at photographs of young girls on the Internet. He got photos from older online pornographers. At 19 he began his criminal career of forcing young girls to perform sex acts for him. He did it, he said, “for control” and “for my own excitement.”

Most of the crimes took place in the fall of 2005 and spring of 2006. At that time he was a computer sciences student at St. Lawrence College.

Mark Bedford’s crime spree was exposed when investigators from England, Ontario, Alberta and BC joined forces and shared information at the RCMP’s National Child Exploitation Co-ordination Centre. He was charged in July 2006 and kept under house arrest at his parents’ home until he was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

At Mark Bedford’s sentencing, he apologized, “I want to say I’m sorry to the victims and families and I hope they can move on now.” A lot of them, of course, cannot. One young woman attempted suicide several times and began mutilating herself after Bedford traumatized and victimized her.

“My life is filled with fear — I do not trust anyone,” this poor woman said.

Ontario investigators believe he is one of the most prolific online sex predators they’ve encountered so far. The National Parole Board had deemed him too dangerous to give him early release from prison. Experts who assessed and “treated” him in prison concluded he is a high risk to reoffend even after treatment. These experts testified at his parole hearing that he showed little understanding of his crimes and minimized the damage done to the girls. Mark Bedford was only sorry that his parents were put in the glare of public scrutiny after he was arrested.

Mark Bedford admitted trying to trick sex offender experts who were assessing him. He didn’t want treatment when he was in prison and was twice warned he could be kicked out of the high intensity sex offender treatment program.

“I didn’t think I needed it,” Bedford admitted. “I didn’t think I was that damaged.” Oh, he’s damaged all right. And unhappily all those hundreds of girls he manipulated and terrorized are damaged too.

So now pedophile Mark Bedford is footloose and fancy free but he is on a leash. Bedford is barred from possessing or using “any computer system, digital storage media or any device with ability to access the Internet.” And the police can show up at any time, without any warning, and scrutinize any computers he is able to access.

Bedford is also barred from engaging in “any activity” that involves contact with anyone under age 16.

I have strong doubts that such an unrepentant online predator can stay offline. I rather hope he will get caught accessing the Internet and is hauled back to prison for a while longer.

Det. Sgt. Frank Goldschmidt, the provincial co-ordinator for strategy concerning illegal Internet activities, frequently talks to students about Internet safety.

“If there are things you would feel uncomfortable doing in your school hallway, why would you do it on the Internet?” he asks them. “Especially when you don’t know because you can’t normally see who you’re talking to.” Good question.

“It just totally amazes me when kids are on Facebook and those social gathering networks, how much personal information and photographs they post on these sites of themselves,” he said.

It amazes me too.

“I often ask kids, why do you do that? They say, ‘You know, it’s for my friends.’ My response is, ‘If they are your friends, they already know what you look like, they know where you live, they know how old you are.’

“You’re really just putting seeds out there for people who are preying to find you. As easy as you can put it out there, they can take it down and use it for purposes you wouldn’t want them to use it for.”

Det. Sgt. Frank Goldschmidt also warns parents not to use the computer as “an electronic babysitter” until they get home from work. He believes it’s unwise to allow teenagers to have computers in their bedroom.

“It amazes me how many people let kids have video cameras and phones and computers in their bedroom away from everybody else. How can you possibly see what they’re doing? People are leery about letting their kids go to the movie theatres. They need to be just as cautious with their kids going on the Internet.”

Amen to that, Det. Sgt. Frank Goldschmidt. I hope that parents out there will use the horrid example of hellbeast Mark Bedford to keep their children safe.

And Mark Bedford, rot you bastard. We know you for the pedophile you are. Own up, man up, and do the world a favour by departing as soon as possible.

On the 4th of November, 2011, Jerry Sandusky was arrested on 40 counts of molesting eight young boys over a 15-year period.

It is believed by many people that these early accusations are merely the tip of the iceberg and that quite a few other people will be unwillingly yanked into the light of molestation accusations.

According to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett, he is expecting more victims to reveal themselves, as has happened in other cases like this.

If I’m to speculate, I wouldn’t be surprised if we had more victims come forward.

• Stifled accusations against this coach of molestation of young boys since 1995, possibly earlier.
• In 1998, he’s investigated for sexual molestation of a child by University Police, State College Police, Centre County District Attorney, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, and a child protection agency. No charges are filed.
• Assistant coach Mike McQueary testified that, on March 1, 2002, at 9:30 p.m., he entered the locker room at the Lasch Football Building at Penn State and heard what he believed to be the sounds of sexual activity coming from the shower. He looked in the shower and “saw a naked boy, Victim 2, whose age he estimated to be ten years old, with his hands up against the wall, being subjected to anal intercourse by a naked Sandusky.” This, of course, goes nowhere after McQueary starts a game of “telephone.”
• Someone decided that Sandusky should not be allowed to bring children onto the Penn State Campus in order to rape them.

All sorts of interesting rumors are being thrown about at this point. Was Paterno involved? How much was he involved? Did Sandusky pimp out his young friends to his older friends? Did he molest all 6 of his adopted children? Did he molest any of his foster children? Did Jerry molest any of the children that go to the elementary school right next to the Sandusky house? Did Jerry molest any of the children that play in the playground right next to the Sandusky house?

Danny Parker specifically likes little girls. He likes them a lot. He likes them so much that he took pictures of his favorites while they were at church and while they were at camp. And when Danny Parker got home, he savored the little darlings as only a true pedophile can.

In 2009, Danny Parker was caught with pictures he’d created to satisfy his desire to view little girls as sexual objects. Danny had gotten a little creative with his photography, however…a little wily.

Danny had read an interesting case about another pedophile that had gotten caught in his area. This other pedophile, 60-year-old elementary school principal John Stelmack, had been arrested in 2007, sentenced in 2009 and released in 2010 after a judge decided that the specific kind of child porn that Mr. Stelmack had created wasn’t really child porn.

The pictures that Danny masturbated so furiously to consisted of faces of the little girls that he had taken photographs of, which had then been cut from their bodies and pasted onto explicit pictures of adults. Presumably, this allows the pedophile to look deeply into the eyes of his beloved 6-to-12 year old fantasy woman while rubbing one off to a more socially acceptable body.

While Danny Parker had been arrested, convicted and sentenced to 5 years, on the 29th of September, his conviction has now been overturned by the Second District Court of Appeal.

The court ruled that while Parker’s behavior was reprehensible, his actions don’t add up to trafficking in child porn.

The crudely constructed depictions, fortunately, leave no doubt that no child engaged in the sexual conduct. Accordingly, we cannot conclude that Mr. Parker possessed child pornography. The legislature’s words constrain us.

Kathleen “Kassie” Black is typical of the denizens in the poverty-plagued east-side neighborhoods of Erie, Pennsylvania. The ills of society are part and parcel of her life. Like many in Kassie Black’s socio-economic group, 28-year-old Kassie loves to party and have a good time. As a result, Kassie has had several serious relationships and several children. For the past few years, she has been with 34-year-old Joseph “Joe” Neimeic and the two had planned to have a summer wedding on August 21st, 2010, to celebrate their life together.

Unfortunately, due to Kassie’s lifestyle and the risks posed by her choices in life, Kassie had lost custody of all but two of her children to the Office of Children and Youth (OCY) in Pennsylvania. In order to sidestep OCY’s standing order to remove all future children from the custody and care of Kassie Black, she gave birth to both Joseph Anthony Neimeic Jr. and Elizabeth Karen Neimeic out of state in Maryland, the state in which her parents reside. Joe Neimeic is the main custodial parent, so OCY did not had any case files on these two children.

Kassie gave birth to Elizabeth Karen “Bitty” Neimeic on February 22, 2008. The family called her “Bitty” as they used to say, “Little Bitty, she’s so pretty.” The little girl used to squeal and giggle at the rhyme and run through the house, dragging an old belt along like a security blanket, the “toy” clanging and banging on the floor and walls as she sped through the home.

On July 31, 2010, Kassie Black and Joe Neimeic put their little girl, two-and-a-half year old Elizabeth Karen Neimeic to bed. It was around 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. Joe had to get up early in the morning to go to work. Joe was supposed to look in on Elizabeth before heading off to work, but, for whatever reason, he didn’t. Joe left the house around 6:00 a.m. and if he had looked in Elizabeth’s bedroom, he would have noticed Elizabeth was gone.

Given the details of what actually happened to Elizabeth, Joe’s early morning discovery would not have changed anything at all. Unfortunately, by the time Joe Neimeic left the family home at 1342 W. 11th Street, little Bitty was already long dead.

When Kassie got up, she told her son, four-year-old Joe Jr., to let his sister Elizabeth out of her room. Elizabeth had to be “let” out of her room due to the fact that the doorknob was broken and could not be opened from the inside.

Little Joe came back and told Kassie that Sissy wasn’t in her bed and wasn’t in the room.

For a parent, this must be the moment your brain splits in two – one part says, of course she’s there, don’t be silly – the other part just dives into your stomach and flips over. Once Kassie ransacked Elizabeth’s bedroom looking for her, Kassie went into shock.

Kassie sat on Elizabeth’s bed, called a friend and wondered what she should do. Something like this was so far out of Kassie’s realm of coping that it should surprise no one that she reacted this way. The human brain can just shut down when trying to process situations involving the unthinkable.

The police were called and the Amber Alert went out. Elizabeth’s description, along with the clothes she had been wearing (silky purple top and diaper) were forwarded to all local law enforcement and missing children agencies. Networks dealing with missing children immediately posted her case and the police worked at processing the home for clues and evidence.

The back bedroom window had been left open on the top sash, but it was now discovered pushed up open from the bottom. Dusting the interior and exterior of the window revealed fingerprints and hand prints which, when processed through the national database, were revealed as belonging to one Aaron Lee Noyer, sometime robber, full-time thug.

Born June 4, 1988, Aaron Lee Noyer was one of eleven children born to Steven P. Black and Debbie Lynn Noyer-Black. Noyer’s mother passed away on January 24, 2009, after a long illness, at the relatively young age of 46. Some have attempted to use Debbie Noyer-Black’s death as an excuse to explain Aaron Noyer’s deviant behavior, but Aaron had a long and colorful record of violence dating back to childhood. His mother died with the knowledge that her son was on a fast track to bigger crimes due to his habit of violently striking out at anyone, including family.

Although his parents were still married after twenty-eight years, a noble and stunning achievement given today’s standards, it is questionable as to how strong a family unit they were. For instance, when questioned about Aaron’s monthly stipend from Supplemental Security Income (SSI), his father revealed that he was unaware as to the exact nature of Aaron’s disability.

Steven Black also revealed while Aaron was proud of the fact he was only the second of the Noyer children to graduate from high school, he added that Aaron had always taken “special education” courses. It seems the money may have been the only concern; how or why Aaron rated receiving $660 a month was unimportant.

The neighborhood has spawned a few generations of lost souls and among them is Aaron Lee Noyer. The appearance of one more psychopath is not so surprising – it is the steadfast blind devotion of his family that tests one’s patience. Noyer is no different than his contemporaries but the excuses begin with the fact that Aaron always complained that others made fun of him and he felt persecuted.

Aaron Lee Noyer is a classic violent offender with hallmark incidents littering his life. Brutal anecdotes are rife with regards to his treatment of animals, particularly cats. His older sister, Starr, is practically bristling with sympathy for Aaron’s psychopathic behavior, stating that poor Aaron had anger issues due to the fact that other children picked on him.

Boo-fucking-hoo.

Father Steve Black doesn’t believe Aaron is capable of doing “what police said he did,” DESPITE the fact that Aaron confessed to the heinous deeds and led the police to Elizabeth’s body. Maybe daddy thinks his son is psychic.

Sister Starr Noyer agrees with her father (what a surprise!). Starr Noyer claims to feel sorry for Kassie Black’s loss; one wonders whether this was before or after she and her other sisters made the threat to “jump” Kassie? Starr does not believe her little brother, Aaron, would be so violent, but she said that she and the entire family will support Aaron regardless of the outcome.

Kevin Noyer has stated that he stands behind his older brother, Aaron, and that he (Kevin) is “… going to support him. That’s my brother, blood. Blood is thicker than water, we stick together that’s how family do it…”

And the Noyer family wonders why they have been receiving death threats.

Scourge of neighborhood pets, cats and dogs learned to avoid Aaron Noyer. In November, 2000, Aaron began his arson activities. Unexplained fires were suddenly springing up in the area. Destructive in nature, all authorities knew for sure was that the fires were deliberately set. The fires continued without interruption or clues as to the culprit.

The year 2002 should have been a high point in Aaron’s life as he participated in the Special Olympics in track and ski events, but it was the year he was busted as the neighborhood pyromaniac.

Aaron remained undetected until July 2, 2002. On that hot summer day, a fire broke out near the rear porch of the second-floor apartment of 251 E. 13th Street where eleven members of the Noyer family resided.

The fire quickly exploded and destroyed the building which had provided shelter for not only the Noyer brood but five other families, all of whom were now homeless. Everyone was lucky to have escaped with their lives although an eight-month-old infant suffered serious burns and scarring as hot tar fell on him.

By studying this fire with the others, Aaron was exposed as the serial arsonist.

As a result of nine fires set from November, 2000, to July, 2002, Aaron Noyer was charged with 33 counts of arson and risking a catastrophe. If he had been an adult, then these charges would have been serious felonies and translated into prison time.

Unfortunately, Noyer was only 14 and duly processed through the juvenile system. His time was served in various juvenile treatment facilities. Staunch supporter, big sister Starr claims that something must have upset Aaron to make him set those fires.

Whilst in the juvenile system, he was placed in a Beacon Light foster home in Bradford, Pennsylvania, and it was here that 17 year-old Aaron Noyer beat the hell out of Donna Graves’s 12-year-old son on a school bus. The mother found that absolutely no one would help pursue a case against Noyer – not children’s services, not school authorities, not law enforcement – as Noyer was months away from turning 18 and exiting the juvenile system.

On August 28, 2006, Aaron Lee Noyer was formally discharged from the Erie County Juvenile Court. Noyer was soon back in court as an adult, for conspiracy to commit robbery and inflict serious bodily harm. In June 2007, Noyer and four buddies were arrested for their aggravated robbery of a man and a woman on bikes near East 32nd and Ash streets. The gang first attacked the man, forcing him from his bike. When the woman came to the fallen man’s aid, she was attacked and beaten on the head with a rock.

The Noyer clan likes to appear solid and tight, but with eleven children, sibling rivalry is almost guaranteed. In June 2008, Aaron attacked his brother Keith after becoming upset over an Access (food stamp) card. Aaron stabbed his brother Keith in the left hip and left arm, with a folding knife.

Initially charged with aggravated assault and possession an instrument of crime, the aggravated assault charge was changed to simple assault and the weapons charged was withdrawn under the agreement that led to his guilty plea in October 2008. It meant less time for Aaron and therefore less punishment. He was sentenced to 9 to 23 months. He served 7 months and was paroled in April, 2009.

If Aaron Noyer had actually served the full sentence potential of 23 months, then he would not have been released until September, 2010.

That’s right. Had he served the full sentence, Aaron Lee Noyer would not have been out in the community to rape and murder.

Can anyone explain why he was let out in seven months? A prison sentence, even in the juvenile system, should mean something. If it is to be 9 to 23 months, then why is it only 7 months? Either punishment means something or it doesn’t.

Clearly, it doesn’t.

Steven Black, Aaron’s father, stated for the media that the men in his family don’t tolerate abuse towards women or children. Apparently Steven Black has been studiously unaware that when Aaron broke up with his 17-year-old girlfriend in May 2009, Aaron began stalking her. He threatened to kill her or have others beat her up, promised to hound her forever and so on. In July, 2009, she finally had to get a protection-from-abuse (PFA) order against him, which Noyer violated over and over again. The PFA was issued on August 6, 2009 and was to remain in effect until August 12, 2012.

The close knit Noyer clan could not have been unaware of this latest escapade with the justice system for Aaron, could they?

Or maybe Aaron’s behavior isn’t considered abusive in the Noyer family view – maybe it’s just Aaron’s way of saying “I love you.”

Continuing on a path of sheer destruction, Steven Black said poor Aaron wasn’t being kept occupied, that Aaron’s main thing was just walking the streets and trying to stay out of trouble. With a guaranteed monthly $660 cheque, taking the initiative and getting involved with the community or getting a job must have been out of the question? In ADDITION to paying Aaron Noyer $660 a month, society should also keep the lad busy.

If Aaron didn’t want to give up his SSI cheque, then what would have prevented him from volunteering in his community? If he couldn’t come up with something to do, does that mean his family couldn’t as well? Where is it written that because someone is born that the world owes them?

Early September 2009, Aaron Noyer developed an unhealthy fixation on a pre-adolescent girl. This alarming fact was only reported to authorities on June 3, 2010, via ChildLine. The report was sent to the Office of Children and Youth on June 9, 2010. Officials at OCY immediate rendered the girl in question “safe” from further contact with Aaron Noyer, but failed to forward information regarding Noyer on to police until August 2, 2010, when news of Noyer’s arrest was made public.

An internal examination within OCY resulted in disciplinary actions being taken against personnel for the lapse in following procedures, but confidentiality rules prevent further disclosure as to what steps had failed to be taken, who was disciplined, and what, if any, fallout there was from the agency’s failure to notify the police as per procedural rules.

So while this troublesome development continued unabated – Noyer’s fixation on the young girl – on November 11, 2009, in the area of East 13th and Holland streets, Thomas Taylor allegedly beat the snot out of Aaron Noyer and, according to his family, Noyer ended up spending some time in the hospital as a result. Taylor is still awaiting trial for this assault charge.

As a result of the report to ChildLine, around June 9th, 2010, the pre-adolescent child Noyer was fixated on was removed from his access and contact. It was mid-June that a woman created a MySpace under Aaron Lee Noyer’s name and stated that he is a “low-life”, a thief and that women “must be warned.” (http://www.myspace.com/539852539)

The protection of the pre-adolescent girl meant that he was unable to see or contact her; given Noyer’s violent personality, this event can be viewed as a catalyst to the escalation we see with his violent actions.

On July 16, 2010, Aaron Noyer raped a woman in the downtown Erie area. After the assault, she went to the hospital and reported the attack to the police. DNA was retrieved and placed on file. There the matter stayed and it may have remained one of many unsolved rape cases in the Erie area except for a stroke of good fortune.

While watching the news, she recognized Noyer after he was on television for his arrest for murder. When she contacted police, they compared the DNA from her rape kit and discovered that Noyer was indeed a match. On November 19, 2010, Aaron Lee Noyer was arraigned on charges of rape, sexual assault, aggravated assault, and unlawful restraint regarding this crime.

Two weeks after the rape, Aaron Noyer’s violence escalated. For some unknown reason, he decided to “rob” the home of Elizabeth Neimeic. Law enforcement cannot show any personal connection between the residents of Elizabeth’s home and Noyer, but detectives cannot shake the feeling that Noyer went specifically to that house.

Erie Police Chief Steve Franklin believes that Noyer targeted the house, but he is unsure of the primary reason Noyer did so. Noyer may have been stalking Elizabeth. The details about the girl he fixated on in 2009 are understandably confidential, but it is not too much of a stretch to assume that Noyer was seeking a replacement. No one in law enforcement believes that a burglar, in the midst of robbing a home, suddenly changes his mind and becomes a sex murderer. The psychology is wrong.

On August 1, 2010, at approximately 1:00 a.m., according to Noyer’s confession, while everyone was asleep, he broke in to Elizabeth Neimeic’s bedroom and went through her dresser drawers looking for valuables. When he did not find anything, he decided to kidnap the baby girl. Left unexplained is the reason as to why he took all of her clothing with him when he abducted Elizabeth.

A little over a mile from her home, Aaron Lee Noyer took Elizabeth to a field by some railway tracks and sexually assaulted her over and over until he was finished. Noyer brutalized the little toddler in such a savage manner that the family had to have a closed casket at the funeral. Aaron then strangled Elizabeth and tossed her down on some rocks.

It appears that Noyer wasn’t quite done and so he retrieved Elizabeth. He raped and savaged her body again and then threw her down on some rocks a second time, leaving her nude body open to the elements. This is where his charge for abuse of a corpse comes into effect.

Back at the bedroom crime scene, a soiled diaper was found between Elizabeth’s bed and her bedroom window – the diaper and the window had Noyer’s finger prints and hand prints.

When first questioned by law enforcement, Noyer’s story to police was that he was on-line surfing the web at the time in question. Vernon Lily told police that yes, Aaron Noyer used his two computers from time to time, but Noyer had not used them on the night in question. Lily gave the computers to the police and the detectives re-visited Aaron Noyer.

Aaron Noyer agreed to a more in-depth discussion downtown. When the cops put cuffs on him, he laughed and said they were dooming Elizabeth to die – arrest me and she dies in two days, he said. Giggling in the patrol car, Noyer stated that he had aided three men in breaking in to Elizabeth’s bedroom and that they had taken the little toddler with them.

The smirking and giggling continued unabated, even when Noyer finally came clean and admitted that he acted alone, that Elizabeth was dead, and that he had raped and murdered her.

Later, following Aaron Noyer’s directions, the police discovered the body of Elizabeth Neimeic less than a mile from her home, in some weeds near railway tracks south of West 12th Street between Greengarden Road and Raspberry Street.

Ultimately, Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook ruled Elizabeth’s death a homicide as a result of blunt force trauma to the head.

Aaron Lee Noyer, of West Third Street, Erie, Pennsylvania, was charged with five felonies: criminal homicide, aggravated assault, aggravated indecent assault, kidnapping and abuse of a corpse, and was held without bond at the Erie County Prison. Representing Noyer is Nicole Sloane and Michael DeJohn. Sloane is well-known for her work as public defender for the more scum-dwelling defendants.

Noyer’s preliminary hearing on August 26, 2010, indicated that he acted alone.

How one chooses to live one’s life should never be cause for the type of censure and chastisement that Elizabeth’s mother has come in for. The cruelest rumour persisting in this case is that Noyer and she knew each other, that she owed him money for drugs and that she offered him her daughter in exchange for the drug debt. WTF?

Regardless, this rumour was so entrenched in the ‘hood that the cops took the unusual step of re-interviewing Kassie. Nothing further came of the interviews but the rumours have not gone away.

The focus on Kassie is reflective of society’s tendency to blame the victim. It is really rather pervasive in our world and everyone can easily be sucked into the blame-game.

The public forums, especially on Topix, are filled with rumours and innuendoes about the case and the potential connection Kassie may have with Noyer. When police re-interviewed Kassie Black, they asked her point-blank if she knew Noyer. It was confirmed that she did not.

But get a load of this blurb from one of the local papers:

…Police are receiving information on a daily basis from people all over the community, including two women who wish to remain anonymous. They are speaking up with information about the victim’s mother, Kassie Black. “We grew up with her. We know her.” Since the murder of her daughter, Black has told police she does not know who Aaron Noyer is. Two women say there is a connection between Kassie Black and Aaron Noyer. They say as recently as six months ago, Noyer was at Black’s house. ‘She knows him, they were friends on Facebook, MySpace – they just deleted it so nobody can pull it up. This is not random, not even close to random.’ So, if this wasn’t a random crime, what reason would Noyer have to allegedly go after Elizabeth Neimeic? These two women say they know exactly why. ‘To collect his money back, to get his money back from what they owed him.’…..

Now, with anonymous tipsters flooding the police with ‘information’ like this, is it any wonder that the cops had such a hard time investigating? Again, the police investigated this angle thoroughly – not one speck of evidence was found to support it.

And still these rumours cling to Kassie Black like some odor.

Noyer is a piece of shit and a monster masquerading a human being. The members of the Noyer family who have made verbal threats to physically attack Kassie Black and who have said their brother Aaron is innocent and who will “stand behind” this child-murdering asshole no matter what – these members can join him in the pits of hell.

While the pictures Joe and Kassie chose to post on their social networking accounts (BlackPlanet, MySpace, Facebook) leave a lot to be desired in terms of painting them as responsible parents, the fact is that these social network accounts are, for all intents and purposes, defunct. Both Joe and Kassie had abandoned their MySpace and BlackPlanet accounts by May of 2010, opting instead for Facebook accounts, set sensibly to “private”. It is likely that neither thought they had to bother to delete their old accounts, but then who would think that one day one’s life would come under microscopic public scrutiny?

Whatever Kassie Black’s personal demons are, no one deserves the heartache she is feeling. There are cases where the mothers have most deservedly come in for censure and vilification, but to date, the evidence has not been produced to sustain the rumors. Rabidly discussed in public forums is the fact that Kassie has given birth to six children, two were with her and Joe and the other four were adopted out. Kassie’s relatives have lept to her defense stating that the reasons for losing her children are not anyone’s business, only that they have been adopted out and the matter is closed.

The first child, a girl named Mariah, was rumored to have been beaten to death with a baseball bat in 2000. It turns out that, yes, she has had four children adopted out but the story about her daughter was spun from the gossip-ether.

It would be maddening to read some of the stories written as fact when trying to crawl through the emotional mess murder leaves in its wake. While Kassie no longer has custody with her other children, she does know that they are alive and adopted by couples who love and want them.

The loss of Elizabeth is permanent. There is no chance of a future reunion, no comforting knowledge that her child is alive and somewhere out in the world being cared for. And it is possible that she had changed her maternal behavior, but even if she had not, the children, Joe Jr. and Elizabeth, were well-loved by family and were healthy, well-kept, clean and happy. There seems to be no credit given to Joe’s parenting skills at all.

Granted, Kassie has been shown to be guilty of using drugs some time in her past, partying like it’s 1999, being unfaithful to her partner, and choosing friends of questionable loyalty and character, but her family claims that Elizabeth and Joe Jr. were her opportunities to settle down and be a real mother – and she had.

The whole volatile scene always seemed to be on the verge of exploding. Throw in the fact that money was being collected in Elizabeth’s name and you’ve got fuel for an atomic bomb. An anonymous donor came along and paid for the entire funeral costs himself. The question then became what to do with the money collected to date? Despite rumors of scams and illegal plans designed by Kassie, the last project being pursued was establishing a park in Elizabeth’s name.

Aaron Noyer? Violence, robbery, theft, rape, kidnapping, murder, arson, and many degrees of hate-filled actions too numerous to list.

The point is that the cops have gone back to Kassie and verified that there is NO connection with her and Noyer. They have the computers Noyer used and they have internet experts who would be able to re-create and retrieve any connections Noyer had on MySpace and Facebook. To date, nothing has been discovered to connect Noyer with Kassie Black.

Despite this all-clear from the police, the rumors continue. This concerted effort to find fault with Kassie Black is an effort to deflect from any type of close scrutiny of Aaron Noyer and the gaping holes in our system that enabled him to reach his level of depravity.

Noyer was a walking time bomb waiting to go off. He was in the system and given typical soft gloves for punishment. Perhaps if Aaron Noyer had to work to replace the properties he burned down, then he may have learned that it isn’t such a good idea to destroy something that takes a lot of work and effort to repair.

Noyer’s family is all in an uproar because they refused to believe he was capable of the actions he is guilty of.

Actually, Noyer’s behavior makes sense in light of his violent past. Noyer is a psychopath with absolutely no concern for anyone other than himself.

Typical predator behavior, Noyer had many social networking sites established in order to garner victims; he had over eight MySpace accounts, two FaceBook accounts, and others.

Noyer supposedly broke into the home via Elizabeth’s bedroom window to commit a robbery. Think about it. He broke into the only room in the house that was locked from the outside. He said that he was there to rob and when he couldn’t find anything in Bitty’s dresser, he decided to take her and all her clothes.

Does this sound plausible to anyone at all?

Elizabeth’s last hours on earth must have been horrific and the terror and pain she endured should be visited upon the piece of filth known as Aaron Lee Noyer – oh, and the same for any of his supporters.

Cops believe something drew Noyer to that house – they just don’t know what. While the internet and people in the neighborhood speculate a connection to Kassie, the more likely link is Shuntel Mathis. If two parties are connected here, it would likely be Noyer and Mathis.

Perhaps Mathis had bragged about his little girl with Kassie and how Joe was raising his (Shuntel’s) daughter as his own and didn’t know, and maybe even showed a photo or two. Once Noyer had Kassie’s name, checking the child out would be no problem on the sites Kassie has set up on MySpace, Facebook and BlackPlanet.

In the who-knew-who fiasco and trying to figure out what Noyer’s connection to Elizabeth was, the second set of interviews didn’t reveal anything new. The potential link of Shuntel Mathis and Aaron Noyer was never thoroughly examined. Shuntel Mathis knew Elizabeth was his daughter, but he kept quiet about it for several reasons, one being that he was married and Kassie was engaged to Joe. Kassie and Joe already had a son together, Joseph LL Neimeic. When Elizabeth was born, it is anyone’s guess if Kassie came clean to Joe or not, but Elizabeth bore Joe’s name and Joe loved Bitty as if she was his little girl. In every sense that mattered, Joe Neimeic was Elizabeth’s father.

There are many mitigating circumstances which enabled the prosecution to seek the death penalty. In this case, the three factors noted by Erie County District Attorney Jack Daneri were Elizabeth’s age (under 12), the fact Noyer murdered her during the commission of two other felonies (kidnapping and rape), and Noyer’s long and illustrious history of violence.

Despite Daneri’s desire to pursue the death penalty, Noyer’s lawyers said that Noyer cannot be considered for the death penalty as his IQ is only 57. It is illegal to put developmentally challenged individuals to death, as per the Supreme Court decision.

Aaron Lee Noyer had a long and violent past. His eventual explosion on society was well anticipated by anyone with a functioning brain. His family’s attempts at blaming everyone and their dog for his bad behavior is typical. Where were his parents when he was growing up? His father said that Aaron’s main thing was just “walking the streets.” Well, you know, Aaron could have given up his SSI check and got a job, just like everyone else. His family could have stressed the whole work ethic as being something to go for instead of sitting around milking the system.

Noyer’s case was gearing up for the typical long haul. There were the usual preliminary hearings and moves by the defense to block the prosecution’s efforts to push ahead with the death penalty – the trump card? Noyer’s IQ. The IQ issue is irrelevant – Noyer lied to cover up his actions and willingly and cheerfully gave his confession. Noyer isn’t dumb or intellectually handicapped.

Noyer’s legal team was angling to use his deficient IQ as their wedge. The fact that Noyer confessed to being involved in Elizabeth’s death within 45 minutes of having the cuffs on him is considered a record. The illusion that it took hours and hours to get him to confess is untrue, despite his lawyer’s statements. Noyer laughed and giggled the entire time he dealt with the detectives. He was not worried or concerned in the slightest.

And why would he be? In his entire life, he has suffered no sever punishment or consequences as a result of any of his actions.

The trial of the State of Pennsylvania versus Aaron Lee Noyer had been tentatively scheduled for March of 2011.

As we all know, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the developmentally disabled are exempt from the death penalty. By developmentally disabled, it means persons who have IQs of 70 or lower, who were diagnosed well before their 18th birthday, and whose mental deficiency impacts to a large degree their ability to function in daily living.

The hearing on February 11, 2011, was the beginning of the battle of the experts. The prosecution hired two psychiatrists while the defense hired one of their own. Two of the three claim that poor Aaron cannot be considered for the death penalty due to his IQ (high 40s low 50s). The lone hold out is the second prosecution expert, Dr. Timothy Michals, who said that Aaron’s low IQ does NOT impact his daily life to the degree which would make him exempt from the death penalty.

Presiding over the proceedings was President Judge Ernest J. DiSantis Jr.

Both prosecution experts found that Noyer faked psychosis in their presence, surprise, surprise.

Naturally, the defense expert, Herbert I. Levit, Ph. D., said that his tests had Aaron’s IQ at 46. Prosecution expert Steven Samuel, Ph.D., obtained IQ results of 50.

As Dr. Michals pointed out, in the police interviews Aaron Noyer (remember him giggling?) displayed the ability to think about the questions and give various answers depending on how he wanted to appear – in other words, he lied and he lied well. And if you can lie that well, then you are certainly not having trouble dealing with daily activities.

The defense attorneys also wanted to have Aaron’s statements to the police thrown out as they claimed he did not understand what he was doing when he waived his right against self-incrimination.

As the warring factions gathered again, on February 22, 2011, Erie County Judge Ernie DiSantis ruled that Aaron Noyer could not be given the death penalty if he was convicted of the murder of Elizabeth Neimeic, as he was “not mentally fit.” Noyer’s IQ test results ranged from 46 to 50, which the Judge acknowledged were well below the IQ of 70 which forbids the use of the death penalty.

Score one for the defense.

As for the motion to dismiss Noyer’s confession to the police, Judge DiSantis ruled that these statements WILL be allowed to be entered in to evidence during the trial.

Score one for the prosecution.

Who says justice isn’t a game?

And just when things looked like they were going to drag on forever and a day, it all came rapidly to an abrupt end on March 11, 2011.

A plea deal was arranged (you just knew that was in the works) and on March 11, 2011, Aaron Lee Noyer pleaded guilty to the second-degree murder of Elizabeth Karen Neimeic.

Noyer was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

As part of the deal, prosecutors dropped all other charges, including the aggravated indecent assault, kidnapping and abuse of a corpse.

For Noyer’s part, he relinquished his appellate appeals rights meaning he cannot challenge his sentence, any of the pretrial rulings, nor the effectiveness of his attorneys.

And Noyer also had to plead guilty to the rape and attack he committed prior to murdering Elizabeth Neimeic. Sentencing for this crime will take place on July 25, 2011.

Essentially, Erie County District Attorney Jack Daneri had stated early on that he planned to go for the death penalty, but once the judge ruled against this, the prosecutor’s office went for the next best thing: life in prison without the possibility of parole.

The offer was drafted with the sole intent of keeping Noyer locked away forever. In order for the deal to be acceptable, Noyer had to give up any grounds he may have for appealing his sentence and Daneri stated that the plea deal would guarantee that Noyer would never again be a free man.

According to Daneri:

“We are pleased he is not going to see daylight again. The death penalty was not an option for us, so the next best thing was that this individual be incarcerated for the rest of his life without the chance of seeing freedom again and putting him among us again.”

And while it isn’t the ending everyone would have liked, perhaps that death penalty may still be an option should Noyer ever be housed outside of protective custody inside the prison.

Word is that the men in general population don’t take too kindly to child murderers.

Out of nowhere drove up a stranger in his Chevrolet. He stopped the car beside the boys on the bikes, jumped out and unbelievably, astoundingly grabbed an eight-year-old by the head, threw him into the trunk and drove off.

Alec Beaulieu, a neighborhood boy, saw it all, as did a few other people. Apparently the monster saw no problem kidnapping in broad daylight in front of witnesses.

“We saw the man get out of his car. He looked really mad. He took the little boy in his arms,” Alec reported. “The boy was screaming and struggling, then the man opens the trunk, closes it and takes off.”

Sonie St-Pierre was another witness. After watching this monster force the little boy into the trunk, she bravely attempted to use her car to intercept his.

“At a time like that, we do what our instinct tells us to do. My instinct was telling me, ‘Charge and forget about your car, try to save him.’ … I will always bear the memory of this man putting a small child in the trunk of the car.”

Ms. St-Pierre is the kind of neighbor I’d like to have.

The kidnapper evaded her efforts, so Ms. St-Pierre immediately contacted the police. Within minutes, officers were setting up roadblocks, armed with the kidnapper’s license plate number thanks to witnesses.

A distance away, carpenter Ryan Murphy was idling at a red light when he noticed something strange with the Chevrolet in front of him.

“The trunk opened, and I saw something move, and then I saw the trunk open more and I saw a child,” he said. “At that moment, I saw a man get out of the car quite rapidly and move toward the trunk to close it.”

Without hesitation Mr. Murphy followed the Chevrolet to a downtown apartment building and called the police. The little boy was seen being pulled from the trunk and forced inside the building.

Within minutes officers arrived and searched the premises for the victim and the monster that had taken him. They found both.

Incredibly the time that had elapsed from the kidnapping to the recovery and arrest was one hour.

The eight-year-old boy was found alive, but he had been bound, gagged and hidden in an empty oil tank in the boiler room. The tank’s cover had been bolted shut. The poor boy had already been raped.

I cannot imagine the trauma that little guy went through. To be having fun with friends one minute, inside the trunk of a car the next is terrifying enough. What the monster did to him inside that apartment building was horrifying and brutal and unfathomable. Rape. Anal rape. And then to be tied up and dropped into an oil tank with the lid bolted shut — you have to know the little boy expected death then. Probably the monster expected him to die too — how was he supposed to breathe in a sealed oil tank?

One hour. One endlessly long, agonizing hour. And if it hadn’t been for the witnesses and the quick reaction of the police that little boy might have disappeared off the planet with nobody knowing his awful fate.

Sergeant Richard Gagné, a provincial police spokesman, credited the witnesses with enabling police to find the boy promptly.

“When you see something like that you have to act. … If the people who saw it hadn’t called, most likely we would have never found the child,” Sgt. Gagné said.

The kidnapper/pedophile rapist/would-be killer was 50-year-old Pierre Defoy, the resident janitor/hell beast of the apartment building.

Why on earth did Pierre Defoy do it? For what, 5-10 minutes of sadistic sexual satisfaction as he raped that helpless little boy? Pierre isn’t telling.

In fact, Pierre Defoy claims he has amnesia and doesn’t remember a thing. Right. He blames the medications he’d been taking. Damn, they must’ve been mighty powerful pills! Turning innocent people into raging rapists is one heck of a side effect! There should be a warning label.

Both you and I know that amnesia/medication crap is bullshit, right? Pierre Defoy planned how to grab a victim, where to take the victim, and had ready the means to gag and bind the victim and an ideal location to hide the victim so that he’d never be found and he’d die with no muss or fuss.

The flaws in his plan were 1) he had the absolute arrogance to commit the crime in front of witnesses, and 2) his trunk wasn’t shut properly.

Pierre Defoy faced six charges when he went to court. His trip to judgment was somewhat less than serene, I am happy to say.

CTV’s Genevieve Beauchemin reported that Defoy’s appearance in court was a tumultuous one.

“It was quite the eventful appearance,” she said. “When the guards were bringing Pierre Defoy in there was a lot of commotion. Other prisoners in the detention area were screaming at him, calling him names . . . the judge had to suspend the hearing for a little bit.”

I guess the demon Defoy hadn’t made any friends in jail. Awwww.

At his court hearing Pierre Defoy pleaded guilty to three of the six charges upon seeing the mountain of evidence piled up against him. And he apologized very prettily.

“Since the beginning, I have felt very dirty,” he said in court. “There is not one day that I’m not ashamed. I am infinitely sorry for what I did.” Defoy the demon defiler said he has to take responsibility for his actions.

“I know that I transported (the victim) in a trunk, that he was scared, that I raped him and that I took away his innocence,” said Defoy. The monster also apologized to the victim’s parents.

The victim’s parents were only thankful that their boy didn’t have to testify about his ordeal.

An expert’s opinion that was entered into evidence indicated that Defoy needs lengthy therapy to deal with his sexual problems. I don’t see why. A bob job where you whack off his knob wouldn’t be lengthy, and it certainly would deal with his sexual problems. Maybe fellow prisoners will dispense this therapy for him, for free.

Dr. John Wolwertz testified that Defoy the pedophile has issues with his sexual orientation (really?) and that he may have developed amnesia to divert his attention away from his crimes.

Dr. Wolwertz also indicated that Pierre Defoy was at a HIGH RISK to re-offend. Good for Dr. Wolwertz! Makes a nice change from all those psychiatrists who mistakenly assess pedophiles as low risk.

The prosecutor requested that Pierre Dufoy be declared a long-term offender. Even Defoy’s own defense lawyer did not object to that.

Pierre Defoy was found guilty of kidnap, forcible confinement and sexual assault. The prosecution had agreed to drop the charge of possession of child pornography. Why? I can’t understand their thinking. Why do Defoy any favors? And his fellow prisoners already have him pegged as a pedophile, so how did that help him?

Pierre Defoy the beast was sentenced to 20 years in prison. His sentence is on top of the two years he’d already served before going to court.

The victim’s brother said of the little boy soon after his rescue, “He’s getting better. He’s strong.” I hope and pray that that was true. I wish him all the best.

And kudos to the citizens and police force of Quebec City who acted swiftly to save the little guy’s life.

And long may Pierre Defoy rot in hell. Burn, Pierre, burn!

But you know, I can’t help but wonder if this was the only child kidnapping and rape he committed. He was 50, after all — a late bloomer for a pedophile. And there are a lot of missing children out there.

Cédrika Provencher, you’re not forgotten. If anyone has information about where she can be found and who took her, please, please come forward. And Kyron Horman needs to be returned home too.

Richard Charles Joyce and his buddy Terry Kennedy, both of them useless pieces of shit, decided back on May 6, 1991 to rob Nozzles Gas Bar in Kingston, Ontario. Yvonne Rouleau had the horrible misfortune of being the gas bar operator. Terry Kennedy had once worked at the gas station and had been well treated by Yvonne, which shows what a total waste of skin he is.

By the time these two demon spawn were done robbing, Yvonne Rouleau had been badly beaten and jabbed a number of times in the face and neck with a sharp instrument. Her throat had been slashed and a stab wound to her chest had sliced her heart. Evidence pointed to Richard Charles Joyce as having inflicted the fatal wounds.

Yvonne’s sister found her battered and bloodied corpse in the morning. I can’t even imagine…

Yvonne’s children were 16, 14 and 11 when she was murdered. She had been married to her high school sweetheart, Paul Rouleau. It was a horrible end for a very nice lady who used to bring in meals for her employees if she thought they were financially strapped and hungry.

Joyce and Kennedy got away with $7000, but not for long. The pair was caught 9 days after Yvonne’s murder. Master criminals they were not.

After Joyce and Kennedy’s arrest, a police officer was planted in the holding cells where they were held. He eavesdropped on these scumbags and heard Joyce say to Kennedy, “Have you had any fantasies since you’ve been here? I’ve had a hundred of them and they all involve death, mutilation and torture.” Not the smartest thing to say out loud while one is awaiting a murder trial.

And Joyce still didn’t shut up. In front of Pierre Milot, an inmate who was in the same cellblock he boasted about the crime. According to Milot at the 1992 trial Joyce had said, “I never feel kind of pleasure like that before. That was great,” and “The hole was big enough to put my dick in.” Hmmm, would that be the hole in poor Yvonne’s neck or her chest I wonder. Sick bastard.

Joyce and Kennedy were convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years — that’s in 2016.

And so Richard Charles Joyce had been biding his time in prison behaving himself. He’d even worked his way through the system to be ultimately housed in a minimum-security prison with no fences and no armed guards (how a brutal murderer can qualify for such easy living conditions I can’t understand).

Joyce was even hoping for a faint hope appeal hearing this year where he could convince a jury he really truly was a changed man and deserved early parole.

And then Karma the bitch bit back. See Joyce was something more than a brutal murderer and it wasn’t discovered until October 2010.

Back in 1990, 15 months before Yvonne’s horrific murder, a 9-year-old girl in Kingston was brutally and sexually savaged. For 20 years the case remained unsolved until Kingston Police resubmitted semen samples from the sex attack to the Centre of Forensic Sciences. A genetic profile was extracted and behold! it matched Joyce’s profile which was stored in Canada’s national DNA databank of convicted criminals.

Kudos to now retired Detective Paul Tohill. He never forgot the case and reminded his fellow officers before leaving the force that there was still DNA evidence on it in secure storage.

Richard Charles Joyce, on the verge of a faint hope appeal, found himself charged with 11 counts relating to the rape of the little girl. He had little choice but to drop his appeal. Yay!

Faced with soon-to-be tested and ultimately undeniable DNA evidence, Joyce pled guilty to 8 of the 11 charges. He admitted to Justice Rommel Masse his guilt in kidnapping the child, threatening her with death, threatening to kill her mother, carrying and using a knife for the purpose of rape, and beating the girl. Oh, and of course raping and sodomizing his little 9-year-old victim.

Richard Charles Joyce, the child rapist, committed these heinous acts on Feb. 20, 1990.

That evening the little girl and her mom were going ready to watch The Wizard of Oz on TV. Just after 6 p.m. the girl asked if she could go buy potato chips from a neighborhood store, and her mom gave the OK. It was just a 5-minute walk away and what could happen, right? Mom wasn’t to know that the beast Richard Charles Joyce was lurking about.

Richard Charles Joyce was hunting for prey. For little girl prey. He was prepared. He had his ambush planned, he had his tools ready: a knife to keep his victim under control; his vehicle parked and ready to transport his victim out of town; Vaseline to make it easy to force his penis inside his victim’s tiny vagina and anus.

So the little girl was on her way back home with her snack when this stranger on the sidewalk in front of her seemed to drop his keys on the ground next to his vehicle. As he bent down to pick them up, the little girl made to step around him and Joyce sprang into action, shoving her inside his vehicle.

The girl began screaming and Joyce responded by slapping her hard across the back of her head until she was silent. Frightened as she was, this poor little girl could have no concept of the pain, the terror, the rapes that lay ahead.

Joyce drove to a remote location on Woodbine Road. Once parked, he told the girl he’d kill her and dump her body in a ditch if she didn’t cooperate. He showed her the knife and she believed him. Hell, I believe him. He hadn’t become a murderer yet, but I’m positive he was prepared to kill that very night.

Joyce forced the little girl to take her clothes off. He held the knife to her throat and then forced his Vaseline-slathered penis inside her anus and raped her. When he was done the girl begged him to let her go to the bathroom. Joyce took her to a snow bank and she managed to poop there. I can’t imagine how painful that was for her after the vicious anal rape.

Joyce wasn’t done. Not even close. He shoved the girl back inside his vehicle for Round 2.

Obviously enjoying inflicting pain, the beast grabbed his snow brush and beat the backs of the little girl’s legs until they were covered with welts. This got Joyce all excited and erect again, so again he sodomized the brutalized girl.

Still the randy beast wasn’t done. Threatening her with death, Joyce forced the little girl to take his penis into her mouth for a round of oral sex. The only kind of sex Joyce didn’t accomplish that night was vaginal. Not for lack of trying, mind you, but even with the Vaseline the little girl was just too little to accommodate his greasy dick.

Finally Richard Charles Joyce the hell beast was done. He had brutalized and raped his victim to his heart’s content, and feeling magnanimous he drove her back to her neighborhood and let her go. It was only around 8:00 p.m. Two hours of undiluted hell for that little girl which must have seemed endless. When he let her go of course Joyce had to first threaten to kill her and her mother if she talked to the police.

Justice Rommel Masse accepted a joint recommendation from Joyce’s lawyer, Brian Callender, and assistant Crown attorney Ross Drummond, and sentenced the convicted murderer to 10 years in prison, which unhappily but out of necessity, must be served concurrently with his pre-existing life sentence.

After hearing the facts Justice Masse told Richard Charles Joyce, “Mr. Joyce, I’ve been a student of criminal law for 35 years and I’ve been sitting on the bench almost 22 years,” and while he admitted it was tempting to believe after that much time that he’d seen the worst, “clearly I haven’t seen it all.”

Justice Masse characterized the child’s rape as “one most brutal sexual assaults” he’d ever heard and in addition to the 10-year sentence, ordered him included on the Sex Offender Information Registry for life and imposed a life-time ban on him frequenting parks, play grounds and other places where children under 14 are or could reasonably expected to congregate as well as a lifetime weapons ban.

I am keeping my fingers and all applicable body parts crossed in hopes that this hell beast will never, ever be in a position where he is free. The judge should give him a lifetime ban from the world beyond prison walls.

Richard Charles Joyce, who had happily been living in a minimum security institution, was sent to the Millhaven assessment unit where his security rating will be reviewed.

I wonder where he’ll wind up. No doubt he’s nervous. Richard Charles Joyce does not want to be recognized by his fellow convicts as a disgusting kiddie diddler, especially if he winds up in Kingston Penitentiary.

In 1971 during a prison riot at Kingston, 14 convicts who were considered baby rapers were tied to chairs and tortured. Two died. No, Joyce wouldn’t want to go there.

A sizable percentage of the inmate population at Warkworth Institution, a medium-security prison in Ontario, is comprised of sex offenders. That’s where I’m sure Joyce will want to be sent now that he’s an admitted child rapist. The pervs seem to get along fairly peaceably with their own kind.

Joyce has a life sentence to serve, but still gets to apply for parole in 2016. It is expected that the additional 10-year sentence for the rape, while it didn’t add actual years to his sentence, will have an impact on his parole prospects. Well, I should hope so!

Wherever Richard Charles Joyce winds up serving the rest of his life sentence, he will no doubt find himself wandering the halls of hell for his after-life sentence. And he earned it!

Editor’s Notes: Paul Rouleau (3rd photo from top), Yvonne Rouleau’s husband, is a very private person. After his wife was brutally murdered by Richard Charles Joyce and Terry Kennedy, he withdrew from public view. For 19 years, he refused to discuss Yvonne’s case or give any interviews.

That is, until Richard Charles Joyce and Terry Kennedy (2nd Photo from top, on left) had the gall to request early parole. You can be sure Paul Rouleau had something to say about THAT.

As I listened to this recording, I couldn’t help but feel sorry for Paul Rouleau. I think one would have to have a heart of stone not to. There were times when I could feel Mr. Rouleau pouring out all the anger he had at the two men who took Yvonne from him.

I don’t know if Paul Rouleau will ever get over the death of his wife. I think he loved her so much he just can’t let it go, and he may never be able to. We can only hope that somehow, some way, this terribly wounded man finds peace.
