Have you ever met someone and within the first few moments of getting to know them you knew you would eventually read about them doing something heinous and disgusting? Some vibe about the person gave you the total impression that they have the capability of committing an evil act?

Meet Shanna Dawn Lanham and her pedophile piece of garbage boyfriend Jason Michael Wells. These two ensured that Shanna’s beautiful 2 year old Addison did not get to open presents under the tree this year, or have a 3rd birthday. Addison will never go to school, ride a bicycle or go to the prom. You see, Addison is dead. And no, she just didn’t die peacefully in her sleep, she died a slow agonizing death drug out for weeks , and was hidden from anyone to tried to stop her mother and new boyfriend from having their fun at Addison’s expense.

Miss Shanna was only 13 years old, but already a lifelong drug addiction to everything under the sun. While other teens thought they were so racy as to take a sip of a wine cooler, Shanna had moved from home by 14, and was snorting cocaine and in love with Ecstasy. By age 20 she was stripping to feed her habit and finding old men who would house her until she robbed them blind.

Then, back out into the streets she would go, looking for love, drugs, and a good time.
She gave birth to a little boy five years ago, but never took the child in as her own, according to court documents. A friend of the family picked up the drug-addicted baby from the hospital and later adopted him as her own.

Lanham was arrested several times on drug and larceny charges. She was branded a felon.

Out of jail and looking for love, she has a very short affair with another drug addict, Raymond May. She quickly gets pregnant with a beautiful daughter Addison. Raymond May, 36, is being held in the Central Prision in Raleigh, NC with a dozen beautiful convictions. The charges include promoting drug sales by a minor, trafficking heroin and conspiring to sell and deliver cocaine, according to arrest records. With Ray in jail, its time to look for a new boyfriend/dealer.

What does a drug addict mother to do all alone with a baby to raise? Get a sex offender boyfriend of course! This was a gem of a man named Jason Michael Wells. She was by his side when he stood trial for taking indecent liberties with a minor.

Wells eventually took a plea of sexual battery and was required to register as a sex offender. Wells inappropriately touched the 12-year-old girl on a chance encounter at a grocery store. Shanna stood by his side and called all the charges lies! The trial was under way when Wells agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge. But child molesters don’t do a very good job paying for Coke, so its back to stripping. Too bad for Shanna, working at strip clubs was not going to work for Shanna anymore-the drugs were ruining her appearance to the point where even the sleaziest club in town would not employ her. NOt even the nasty ones want the girls with the Meth scabs on their faces.

When Wells started coming around and the woman Shanna was living with learned that he was a registered sex offender, she told Lanham she didn’t want the man around her three children .Lanham decided to move out. She was urged to leave Addison with her, but the couple decided to take the little girl with them.
Homeless once again, the couple decide to move in a pay-by-the-week Hotel in Bessemer City, NC. Wells, took odd jobs roofing to pay the weekly hotel rent. Lanham was a “Stay At Motel Mom”.

As the drug abuse got worse, and it looked as if the baby wasn’t being fed. The child was no longer allowed to come out her hotel room. Not even employees had seen Addison for weeks. Family members begged for help. Even several members of the sex offender’s family stepped in , left several messages at the Gaston County Probation and Parole Department in early June, saying they had saw her abusing drugs.
Since the family never received a return phone call, they reached out to Shanna’s probation officer on Facebook, begging for help.On June 13, wrote “I don’t know if that baby is eating. Shanna is strung out on crack and Xanax. She is selling all her pills. Addison, her daughter, doesn’t have any clothes and I’m not sure she is eating. I called DSS on her and her cousin called the cops. Please help Addison.”

The social worker, who has stepped down from DSS because of investigation into Addison’s death, asked for proof. Lanham’s cousin, Stacey Drewery, said she called DSS twice in June and said she was fearful for Addison’s safety. She also said she called police several times.

“I actually called 911 and asked them what would happen if I took Addison out of the hotel room, and they said I could be cited for kidnapping, even though I knew she was being abused. And that’s gotta change,” Drewery said.

A complaint of neglect against Lanham was filed in June. The basis of the claim was because Wells, a convicted sex offender, was reportedly living with the Lanham’s in a hotel. The couple also smoked marijuana and did cocaine around the child, according to the report.

That claim dictated an in-home visit within 24 hours, according to Cheryl Harris, program administrator with Gaston DSS.

On June 9, two social workers visited Lanham at the Express Inn in Bessemer City where she and the child were living.

Lanham denied accusations that Wells was living there, but social workers saw men’s clothes and shoes in the room. Lanham said that the clothing belonged to her brother. The social workers reported “Addison to be appropriately dressed, clean and no apparent well-being issues were observed.”
Social workers told Lanham that Wells was not allowed to live with a child and that they planned to return in a week.

That second visit never happened.

In the weeks to follow, Lanham called DSS and said she and Addison were taking a trip to the beach. She refused to give phone numbers and addresses, saying her phone was broken and that she didn’t have the address of where she was staying. Social workers returned to the hotel where the Lanham’s had been living on two occasions. She had apparently moved out.

Wells told social workers in July that he and Lanham had broken up. Convicted of sexual battery in 2010, Wells was added to the sex offender registry and therefore isn’t legally permitted to live with children. Friends, family and prosecutors say that Lanham and Wells lied about living together.

Lanham told social workers during her June 9 interview that she knew about Wells’ criminal record, but that she didn’t know that meant he couldn’t be around her child. Lanham said that she didn’t believe Wells was guilty of the sex offense and that she planned to marry him right away.

Both Lanham and Wells continually told social workers during follow up phone calls that they were not living together, but police have determined that Wells was living with the Lanham’s.

Wells was babysitting Addison the night she died. Wells, tried wake little Addison up from a nap, but could not get her to stir. When the child wouldn’t wake up, Wells called Lanham who returned to the America’s Best Inn and Suites and ultimately called 911. Lanham called 911 that night from her room at America’s Best Hotel in Bessemer City, frantically describing the injuries on her unresponsive child’s body.

She repeatedly tried to explain away the cuts to the toddler’s private parts as injuries from falling in a bathtub. She would go from uncontrollable sobs to quickly and soberly defending her boyfriend and explaining away any signs of abuse of little Addison.

Addison died of sepsis, an infection that entered her blood stream and overtook her body. She had bruises on her arm and back and a several weeks old broken leg. She was swollen and covered in boils and had been sexually assaulted and sodomized. Her arm and back were bruised; her eyes swollen from infection. Little Addison was covered in boils stemming from MRSA all over her body. Some had burst, exposing her brain and skull. Her hair was falling out.

Again, she was 2 years old.

At trial, it was determined that Lanham and Wells made doctor’s appointments for Addison, but they decided to cancel them and borrow Tylenol from a neighbor in the hotel instead. Who knew Tylenol was such a wonder drug it could heal sepsis, a broken leg, sexual assault, sodomy, and hair loss!

Wells’ bags were packed and he was gone before police arrived. He was picked up a short time later at a nearby gas station and charged with failing to register as a sex offender.

Much of the account of the child’s death came not only from neighbors but from Lanham and Wells. Each of the defendants offered details and agreed to testify against the other. Funny how Shanna put her boyfriend above her child’s life, but not over her precious hide!

Shanna Lanham took a plea for second degree murder-only nine years to 11½ years in prison. Then she is free to breed and kill again.

Jason Wells was sentenced to 10 years to 13 years in prison. His conviction also includes baby-sitting for a child while being a sex offender. His attorney, Cindy Letorney, asked that Wells be kept separate from Addison’s biological father who is also incarcerated at Central Prison in Raleigh. Hopefully, someone will forget about the last part and make them roomies.

Rape Roulette

A few New Guinea women living in a refuge in Western Highlands Provence are experiencing a disturbing series of attacks.

While living in a donated house in a small town, the 13 women have reported numerous attacks by local men, who apparently love to get their drunk on.

According to the women, they’re constantly being attacked by the local men, who are forcing their way into the house to rape – despite the fact that all 13 women in the house are HIV or AIDS positive.

We are totally confused why they keep coming here, looking for us despite our status. They are totally ignorant men searching for Hell. We are victims, feeding on antiretroviral drugs. We have no strength to defend such attacks.

All the women in the house are undergoing treatment for AIDS or HIV, taking an intense regimen of drugs that are intended to combat the highly-contagious sexually-transmitted diseases. While the village is aware of the women’s situation, it doesn’t seem to matter a whole lot to the rapists who break in.

According to Reverend Apollos Yimbak, care and counselling coordinator for PNG’s National AIDS Council Secretariat:

Last Friday a grade 11 student from a Mt Hagen school went to the residence, broke in and raped a woman. The woman told him she had AIDS and to wear a condom, but he refused. It’s a disturbing story, it’s a suicide, but the positive side is that the woman tried to offer a safe alternative, to negotiate.

While this wouldn’t normally disturb me, rapists getting their just reward – you can bet that these same men are going home to their wives and girlfriends and spreading the love a bit.

Resident Evil Re-enacted Poorly In Scotland

Three Scottish youths – one 13-year-old boy and two 14-year-old girls – had a fun little beating session in an underground car garage after they cornered another 14-year-old girl and tortured her for 45 minutes or so.

While the two 14-year-old girls hit their victim with metal signs that they’d ripped off the wall and beat the girl on her head with their stiletto heels, the 13-year-old boy recorded the entire encounter with his cellphone while commenting that it looked like a game of “Resident Evil” was being played. Of course, as anyone who has ever played Resident Evil knows, there’s very little beating of 14-year-old girls in the game itself.

When someone working in the area finally noticed that there was a beating going on, they summoned staff to assist and called the police.

The victim, who was covered in blood from head to toe, stayed in the hospital for 6 days while recovering from the attack.

The 21-year-old sister of the victim couldn’t identify her younger sister when she first saw her after the attack. She told the media:

They are complete animals and, no matter what age they are, it is just horrifying, absolutely horrifying. I feel completely disgusted that children of this age can do anything like that.

The victim still suffers flashbacks and is now afraid to go into car garages.

The three assailants admitted their assault. They will be sentenced in late September or early October.

This is 29-year-old Aaron Hunter.

Aaron Hunter is a raging alcoholic, and like many alcoholics he has a problem realizing when he’s had enough to drink.

On the 20th of April, 2008, Aaron Hunter had a few too many to drink while he was at the home of a woman that he knew. Aaron Hunter got a little belligerent, started throwing his weight around and generally made himself a bad house guest. When the woman asked him to leave, Aaron Hunter refused.

The woman’s three-year-old son came out of his room to see what all the commotion was, which you’d expect. It’s hard to sleep when mommy’s arguing with a drunk idiot in your living room.

And then, out of the blue, Aaron Hunter whipped out his penis and urinated on the woman’s 3-year-old son.

The woman, sensibly, began to beat the living daylights out of Mr. Aaron Hunter until the police showed up and separated the two. After a brief interview with both combatants, Aaron Hunter admitted that he was drunk and that while he knew that he’d peed on the little boy, he didn’t remember anything else.

Once officers heard about Aaron Hunter’s urinary activities, Mr. Hunter was arrested then first taken to the local hospital for stitches to his chin before being carted off to jail.

Aaron Hunter has been charged with one count of child abuse and one count of battery by throwing fluids.

Danny Parker

This is 38-year-old Danny Parker.

Danny Parker still lives with his parents.

In this day and age, with all the economic turmoil and uncertainty…that’s not so bad.

Danny Parker is a volunteer at Lake Acres Baptist Church, where he’s a Sunday school teacher. He also volunteers at the Lake Wales Care Center, he worked as a youth camp photographer.

A little weird, but still OK.

In his ample spare time, Danny Parker likes to take pictures of little girls, cut off their heads (from the pictures, not the little girls’ actual heads) and paste them onto adult female pornographic images.

Uh.

Someone looking through a trash bin found 90 pictures of young girls that had been thrown away after having the heads cut off. Thinking quickly, that person grabbed the trash and brought it to the local police department. The police looked through the trash and found the name and address of Mr. Danny Parker.

After going to his house and talking to him for a bit, Danny Parker agreed to let police search his room.

While going through Danny’s room, detectives found a homemade photo album that Danny Parker had put together. Inside that photo album were – surprise! – 90 pictures of little girls faces, little girls between the ages of 5 and 15, that had been pasted on top of naked, sexually explicit images of women’s bodies from adult magazines.

According to Florida law:

(5) It is unlawful for any person to knowingly possess a photograph, motion picture, exhibition, show, representation, or other presentation which, in whole or in part, he or she knows to include any sexual conduct by a child. The possession of each such photograph, motion picture, exhibition, show, representation, or presentation is a separate offense. Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

While Danny Parker didn’t actually photograph children having sex, there was definitely some kind of representation of children in a sexual context in the photographs that he altered. Illegal, illegal, illegal!

Other words that can be used to describe Danny Parker’s fixation are: bizarre, sick, twisted and creative.

Danny Parker was arrested and charged with 90 counts of sexual performance by a child and one count of possession of images of child pornography.

At least the charges will get him out of his parents’ house.

On the 16th of January, 2008, an 11-year-old student at Perry Hall Middle School in Baltimore, Maryland, went to the principals office at about 2:30 in the afternoon. She regaled the staff with a story about how, between classes, she had been followed into a restroom by a man who matched the description of a construction worker who was working on a renovation project at the school. This man sexually assaulted her in the restroom before she was able to fight him off and run out of the restroom.

Once out of the restroom, she reported the attack to the school police officer.

After an initial panic that was set off by the claim of rape, after a thorough investigation, which included interviewing the girl and the worker and reviewing video from one of the school’s 18 surveillance cameras, police found out that the girl had lied.

County schools spokeswoman Kara Calder said she did not know whether the girl would be disciplined by school officials and would be prohibited in any event from discussing the issue because of student privacy concerns. Kara Calder also told the press that she did not know whether the system would begin requiring background checks of contract workers.

Though relieved to hear the girl hadn’t been harmed, parents said the incident helped raise awareness about the potential dangers posed by contractors working in the buildings during the school day.

19-year-old Jacques Coleman was man enough to kick down the door of a girl who lived in the apartment below his.

Jacques Coleman was man enough to threaten the girl with harming her puppy.

Jacques Coleman was man enough to pick up the 7-week-old animal and throw it out her window.

When he’s in court, however, Jacques Coleman is pretty much a whining, crying bitch.

The man who bravely hurled a puppy out a window, causing it to suffer two broken legs and a skull fracture, “cried and sobbed” that he was innocent, that he had bought the puppy as a gift for his now ex-girlfriend and that he would never have hurt it.

Officer Christine Allenberg, from the MSPCA, told the press:

Whenever anyone is accused in court, from my experience, everybody is innocent and nobody did anything, and that’s just the way the system works. There is a link between cruelty to animals and and other violent crimes, especially involving people. That’s why the MSPCA is here because we need to speak for these animals.

Jacques Coleman can possibly be sentenced to five years in prison if convicted of the animal cruelty charges against him along with the assault and battery charges on a woman that he faces.

Way to beat up women and puppies, asshole.

Life Isn’t An Episode Of The Shield

63-year-old Allen Kauffman, who was caught having sexual communication on the Internet with what he thought was a 13-year-old girl in November and December of 2007, has been taped making a phone call to the lead detective in the investigation.

During that phone call, Allen Kauffman can be heard repeatedly asking for mercy from the detective and begging for the evidence to made to disappear.

Charged with four counts of felony enticement of a child, Allen Kauffman asked “the girl” for sex and for nude pictures and encouraged her to have sex with a girlfriend in front of a Web cam so Kauffman could watch.

Apparently Allen Kauffman, who recently resigned as the town mayor and pastor of the town’s Temple Lot Church, doesn’t find prison to be sexy at all.

On Diamond police Detective Jim Murray’s tape of the call, Allen Kauffman says:

Please have mercy on me. I’m begging that I can put my life back together and this don’t have to go any farther.

Detective Murray can then be heard telling Allen Kauffman that the hard drive is in the hands of prosecutors and that there’s nothing he can do for him.

Allen Kauffman’s response?

There’s no way you can just take the hard drive and not go any farther with it?

When contacted by reporters asking for a statement, Allen Kauffman said:

I didn’t ask him to do anything illegal. I just asked him for mercy.

Of course you did. Of course.

20-year-old Nicholas Jason Nolting was arrested on Tuesday, the 25th of September, 2007 for engaging in a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.

A police officer came across the 14-year-old girl and Nicholas Nolting while they were groping each other inside his Nissan pickup at 4 in the morning on the 11th of July. The girl admitted to what they were doing, but insisted she was 17…for a while. After a while she admitted to being only 14.

Pastor Mickey Lohr, the pastor of the church the two lovebirds were a member of,, quickly pointed out to the press that the incident didn’t happen anywhere near church property and that Nicholas Nolting wasn’t a youth pastor, or on staff in any way with the church.

In Pastor Lohr’s words, “He was strictly a volunteer who worked with the music team and played guitar.”

Nicholas Nolting will possibly spend the rest of his life in prison if he’s found guilty of sexual assault and sexual assault on a child.

Excellent At Fighting Babies, Not So Good At Fighting Cops

30-year-old Joseph Roberts was fighting with his 26-year-old girlfriend on Sunday, the 23rd of September, 2007.

He was probably winning.

After beating his girlfriend down, he pulled her clothes off and sexually assaulted her, displaying behavior you’d normally only see on Animal Planet.

Following the Animal Planet theme, punched his girlfriend’s 18-month-old daughter in the face when she got too close and interrupted him.

Police arrived and Joseph Roberts fought them too.

He lost that fight, however, and was arrested and taken to the Denver County Jail.

Joseph Roberts now faces charges of sexual assault and child abuse.

When a woman found a picture of a naked man in her 12-year-old daughter’s e-mail account, she decided to find out who it was.

She logged onto her daughter’s account and chatted with 29-year-old while cops looked on.

Despite the fact that she told Antonio Lazcano that she was a 12-year-old girl, he insisted on turning on his webcam, taking some pictures of himself jerking off, and sending the pictures to her.

During the chat, he told her not to worry about the difference in age between them because he had already dated a 16-year-old and a 14-year-old.

The cops traced the IP address of the guy who was hitting on a 12-year-old and found Antonio Lazcano, who was then arrested.

Antonio Lazcano faces charges of Internet sexual exploitation of a child, Internet luring of a child, enticement and obscenity, but a plea bargain has been offered. He’ll get his day in court in October.

In May of 2007, Kristi Willis was warned about her dog, an 80-pound pit bull named Swisher. It had finally bitten one of her neighbors, and was known to be a rather aggressive beast.

That’s why these idiots keep these dogs, of course.

Pit bulls are “badass” and make people feel tough when they own them. Nevermind that these animals can very easily bite and kill your own kids, it’s important that mommy or daddy feels that he or she has an unstoppable force of nature on a short leash.

Well, as you can imagine, Swisher eventually got out again, this time on Wednesday, the fifth of September.

Swisher got out just as 32-year-old Angela Silva and her 4-month-old baby were entering their garage to clean out the family car.

While Angela Silva was holding little Tom Jr., Swisher walked into their garage, saw the vulnerable mother and her delicious baby, and went after them.

After the first lunge, Angela put Tom Jr. into an empty plastic trash can, to protect him from the pit bull. She shut the lid and tried to keep the dog away from her baby, which proved exceedingly difficult once the ghetto hound managed to knock over the trash can.

Still, her determined efforts to keep the vicious pit bull’s jaws away from her infant son proved successful. Two men who were across the street heard her screams and chased Swisher away with power tools.

Angela Silva was rushed to the hospital, where doctors put 50 staples into her arms along with a few hundred stitches. Due to his mother’s heroism, Tom Jr. was barely scratched.

After the attack, the dog disappeared. Kristi Willis initially said that it ran away, but turned the dog in on the 6th of September.

Kristi Willis and Charles Shelby were arrested the same day Swisher was euthanized; the 18th of September, 2007.

That day was a Thursday.

I’ve always liked Thursdays.

They’ve been charged with failing to protect the public from a known dangerous animal and conspiracy, for hiding the dog from authorities

possible charges of hiding evidence, because Swisher seems to have vanished and the authorities believe she arranged to have the dog taken in with a friend until this all blows over.

44-year-old former dog owner and future prison inmate John Delmar Fladger, had had enough of the high price of dog food and walked his dog, a german shepherd mix named “Lil’ Mama,” into a local convenience store.

The dog, loyal through his pain, followed his master into the convenience store despite showing recent burns, which caused one or two onlookers to express their concern about the dog’s well-being.

Mr. Fladger silenced the queries with a stern, “I’m trying to kill him,” whipped out a can of gasoline and poured it all over his dog.

Actual, paying customers stared wide-eyed at his actions and the sensible ones backed away as far as they could.

Later, John Fladger attempted to impress local schoolkids by dousing the dog with gasoline and lighting him on fire while walking.

After authorities arrived and arrested Mr. Fladger, and were finally able to take “Lil’ Mama” to the local Humane Society for treatment, the veterinarians working there took one look at the poor burned creature and did the only thing they could – they euthanized it.

While John Fladger was being arrested he insisted that he wasn’t the one that burned the dog.

At his trial, however, John Fladger pled guilty to charges of animal torture and killing an animal.

He faced a possible four years in prison.

John Fladger’s judge, The Honorable David Groner, sentenced Fladger on the 13th of September, 2007 to 23 months to 4 years in prison.

31-year-old Martin Rondeau is accused of killing an 81-year-old nun who worked in a community center connected to her convent.

She helped people who suffered from drug and alcohol problems.

Martin Rondeau lived in the community center for a little less than a year and is believed to suffer from psychiatric problems.

Like the desire to kill a nun.

Dude, he had Alzheimer’s!

Crystal Gordon, a waitress in Florida, was lucky enough to make friends with a 76-year-old man with Alzheimers who liked to eat alone in the Denny’s that she worked at.

Crystal says that she and the old guy were friends and that he willingly gave her over $100,000 of his life savings in less than 4 months.

Ms. Gordon isn’t the only person who worked at the Denny’s who took advantage of his senility.

Several employees got a few thousand dollars each and a manager was given $10,000.

Crystal Gordon claimed that she helped the old guy out on a daily basis.

“I took care of him. I handled everything that he needed, anything he needed, anything at all.”

Of course she handled everything. She handled his credit cards, she handled his purchasing of six cars, she handled the purchase of a trailer and she handled the purchase of a dune buggy.

Wow, a dune buggy. (You can’t fault her for wanting a dune buggy)

Six cars might be a bit much for a man in a wheelchair with no driver’s license.

While authorities would like to keep Crystal Gordon in jail with no bond, the old guy has already asked police how much it would take to bond her out of jail.

Dude you took your kid to the Mustang Ranch!

Lucien Hoffman, a divorced resident of Bend, Oregon, left his 2-year-old daughter in his car while he was in Las Vegas’ infamous Mustang Ranch for over two hours, doing whatever it is that people do in the Mustang Ranch.

The little girl endured 2 hours of torture in the 95-degree Nevada sun, which ended when a security guard for the brothel heard her crying, let her out of the car and took her inside the building.

She was treated for dehydration and given over to Child Services. Lucien Hoffman was arrested and put in jail with child neglect charges.

Two brothers, 46-year-old Kevin Dewick and 50-year-old Wayne Dewick, are facing a number of charges for a series of sexual assaults and rapes on local children in Leicester, England.

Kevin Dewick has 26 charges that he’ll be answering for. His charges involve four boys and four girls that he molested between the years of 1981 and 1998.

Wayne Dewick has been charged with eight crimes involving two children, one boy and one girl, between 1986 and 1996.

Investigators are looking for more information regarding the brothers’ sexual activities and believe there may be more victims.

23-year-old Falon Gonzales was creeping out her 26-year-old husband, Juan Carlos Gonzales, so about a month ago, he told her that he wanted a divorce and moved out.

Of course when a couple breaks up, they’ve got to split the assets evenly, right? Right.

So Juan Gonzales calls up his soon-to-be ex wife and tells her that he wants to get the home appraised and asks her to meet him there, along with the appraiser.

The appraisal guy shows up, they do the little house walk through and things go without a hitch. The appraisal guy leaves and Juan takes the opportunity to whip out some dissolution of marriage papers and show them to Falon Gonzales.

She didn’t take that very well and started to cry.

Juan, feeling that machismo running through his veins, comforts Falon. The hugging turns to kissing, the kissing turned to a suggestion by Falon that they go to the bedroom and have sex.

She told him to get naked while she went to the closet to get some sex toys. (Free advice to my male readers – if your significant other tells you she’s going to the closet to get some sex toys, RUN!)

So Falon Gonzales comes back with a duffel bag and places it on the bed next to her soon-to-be ex-husband. She straddles Juan and they get it on.

While they’re having sex, Falon said “Juan, I’m sorry about this.” Then she arched back, reached into her duffel bag and pulled out a kitchen knife that she had put there a few hours prior and stabbed Juan in the chest with it.

Ow. Buzzkill.

After the stab had pierced his lung, she pulled the knife back out to stab him again, but Juan, not wanting to be stabbed again, fought her for the knife. During the ensuing scuffle Juan was able to get away and run to a neighbor’s house, where 911 was called.

Falon was arrested and told officers that she had planned the whole episode out over the afternoon once Juan had called her about the appraisal.
