    I can see why you’re distressed. I’d be liable to be distressed by libel too. Unfortunately for your mother, many jurisdictions (such as the one PYSIH is in) recognize a “neutral reportage” privilege. “Neutral reportage” protects “accurate and disinterested reporting” about potentially libelous accusations arising in public controversies. As one court put it, “The public interest in being fully informed about controversies that often rage around sensitive issues demands that the press be afforded the freedom to report such charges without assuming responsibility for them.”

    In addition to the above, section 230 of the Communications Decency Act provides a strong protection against liability for Internet “intermediaries” (such as PYSIH) who provide or republish speech by others (such as Taz.) We are positive that Taz saw the post you’re referring to and meant to further the online discussion of the Larry Harris case.

    Feel free to consider legal action. I consider it every day. Today, I’ve considered filing a lawsuit against eVGA for sending me a faulty X58 3x SLI motherboard. I set that puppy up today and it didn’t even post. What the hell?         Although I’m sure it must be torture and an embarassment to receive an endorsement for a One- Way trip to Hell, I think it’s pretty easy to avoid getting there:
        - Do not kill, rape, molest or abuse anyone, particularely the weakest and most helpless.
        - Use your brain and commom sense before uttering something in public. If you have neither: shut up.
        - Treat your fellow human beings with dignity and respect and you’ll be worthy of the same treatment.

        - If you think the world is your playground, and anything and anyone is at your disposal and amusement: they are not.

        Conclusion: be nice, and chances are you won’t be going to hell.

              I so agree with the comment that the BEST parents are the ones who have no kids. I was terribly abused as a child, & unfortunately, we tend to parent like WE were parented, abuse & all. I deliberately CHOSE not to have children for fear I’d do to them what was done to me. Funny-we require a license to drive a car, to braid hair professionally, to tattoo others, but the most important job in the world-that of parents-requires NO lIcense, NO background checks, no nothing.           “It’s people like you is why….” I think ICU meant to say “people like you are the reason why…” or perhaps “the reason we have all this hate in the world is because of people like you.”

          I think the second example is better grammatically, but the first is simpler – and it’s obvious that ICU does better with “simple”.

          Thank goodness ICU didn’t have to struggle with the “their,there,they’re” puzzle or his/her head might have exploded!

            Actually, it does matter, because if you are unclear in your grammar, you may confuse someone whilst trying to put your point across. Good grammar also conotes an idea of a good intellect, whereas bad grammar may make some people (such as myself) think you are an idiot and not to be taken seriously.

      I do believe that the people featured in the articles do deserve to burn in hell for all that they have done so for those sending hate mail about the site owner playin god and crap like that….just a few words.             You utterly miss the point of society and for that matter imprisonment. The criminals that are most reviled are those who commit rape and/or murder. The motives, like lust, greed, wrath, sloth, etc, are purposefully pointed out as a negative object lesson.

            “Don’t do that!” is the message shouted from page to page. We protect ourselves from the criminal, enforce a punishment system that takes the criminal out of the breeding population and encourage a dialog in identifying what was wrong with “that particular picture.”

            The boundaries between someone killing/raping, another human being are usually built at an early age, based on a fear of hurting another person. When that fails, or we fail to have self-actualized adults, we have to figure out what will keep them from having sex with their best friend’s 9-year-old and then hiding her body in a pile of old laundry downstairs.

            We have to establish boundaries, and then we have to advertise, advertise, advertise those boundaries. The verbal version of casting fruit is exactly that, the establishment of a stigma on a very real threat to the majority of humans posed by those individuals who can and will hurt other people unless stopped.

            I am not a child-rapist, nor a murderer, nor do I want to be raped or murdered. To help maintain this status, I don’t rape children, I avoid killing people, and I help to support a system that punishes those who would try or succeed in raping or murdering me. One of the sub-systems of this culture is the establishment of those social boundaries I mentioned before.

            It is wrong to have sex with a minor. It is wrong to murder. Where did I learn these lessons?

            These lessons came to Human kind not from some instinctual place, but from repeated, brutal examples of the costs involved in allowing those actions to be repeated.

            Supporting society and throwing a few rotten tomatoes at a few bad apples, helps to reinforce that system.

Sometimes I “think” I have the abilty to really pick up on the things that are lying with in. “With in” meaning, what a person is like on the inside and why they are that way.( Mazzi you are definately a healer and an old soul, Turtle you have a pure heart whether it was wounded or not still pure “advocate”, that’s all I have gathered on this site, anyway, I don’t look for it it just comes to me). This “abilty” has been proven to be effective from time to time (on a daily basis). No I am not a wanna be FBI profiler nor do I have real skills such as Mazzi who can break shit down like there is no tomorrow (thanks Mazzi). Just a girl who’s imagination gets the best of her but has been eerily accurate at times. In this particular case I picked up on a ‘vibe’ we’ll call it. This vibe was triggered by Admin’s comment on this very page “Normally we like Irish goddesses…this one seems slightly slow, though.” It made me feel a sense of someone that has extremist capabilities. Not just normal prejudice that minorities deal with from everyone everyday, we are talking real hatred, that comes natural, being funny takes alot of natural talent that stems from real emotions and this person is comfortable with who he is. In fact it doesn’t even feel like hatred, it’s just the way he is. I would assume working in a prison and seeing the worst of the worst everday (blacks have the highest population in prison) has sealed the deal on the supreme being thing.       I would like this site to be closed down as well, but not because it is crap. I am completely addicted to it. I read it all the time. I catch myself reading it at work when no one is looking. My kids try to ask me questions while I am reading and I get totally annoyed.

      PYSIH has opened my eyes as to what a truly sick society we live in, makes me want to build a log cabin in the woods somewhere and keep my kids safe.

      That would not work for me as I am not a wilderness/live off the land kind of chick.

      This website is propably already big and it is going to be bigger and bigger because everybody likes gossip and likes to see people who are no matter what worse situated in life than you are. And i think this website is supported by people who work at Fox news (where always a scary crime is on the news) and all those people who want to scare you. If ya scared you want to protect yourself most likely. So how do you do that? You could buy a gun ..or install those pretty alarm systems or move to a secured neighborhood.. and so on.
      People making money with the fact that we are kinda scared about those criminals. The gun industry for example is propably loving this website, don’t take me wrong though i love shooting. (don’t think i am one of those liberal guys which ya’ll know what i mean) But this website is sick, its about sick people and made by people with only cash in their minds. Nowadays nobody really “cares” about your personel security, its just making people bad even if they diserve it.

In reality, I see much less bad, but it pisses me off enough & I get some satisfaction out of coming here and making a few comments about the scumbag admin chooses to write about. I know and work with many people who have had sad lives who are not out killing, raping or doing any other horrendous deeds and, thus, are not imprisoned. A sad life is no excuse-that is just victim mentality. Also, I am not sure what you mean by “to find understandment in the actions of things.” The understanding that I glean and, I think, most people glean is from the actions of people. Who cares if you’ve had a sad life? Actually, I do. But, if your actions show you to be a criminal, it’s no excuse.       I think this is a great site. The reason people who know these vile individuals in real life want to come here and defend them is because they can’t own up to their own lack of judgement in people. In a society where no one actually has to be responsible for their actions it’s ok for people to b*tch, moan, and cry about what a good person a child molester or murderer and how no one should tarnish their name…pullezzzz, it’s fine if you choose to have a piece of trash as your friend, but don’t get all offended when their trashiness becomes public knowledge.             A wealthy Australian man decided to go on a safari in Africa. He took his faithful pet Dingo along for company.

            One day, the Dingo starts chasing butterflies, and before long he discovers that he is lost.

            Wandering about, he notices a leopard heading rapidly in his direction with the obvious intention of having lunch. The dingo thinks, “Geez, I’m in deep poop now!” Then he noticed some bones on the ground close by, and immediately settles down to chew on the bones with his back to the approaching cat.

            Just as the leopard is about to leap, the dingo exclaims loudly, “Bugger me dead, that was one delicious leopard. I wonder if there are any more around here?”

            Hearing this, the leopard halts his attack in mid stride, as a look of terror comes over him, and slinks away into the trees. “Whew,” says the leopard. “That was close. That dingo nearly had me.”

            Meanwhile, a monkey who had been watching the whole scene from a nearby tree figures he can put this knowledge to good use and trade it for protection from the leopard. So, off he goes. But the dingo sees him heading after the leopard with great speed, and figures that something must be up.

            The monkey soon catches up with the leopard, spills the beans and strikes a deal for himself with the leopard. The leopard is furious at being made a fool of and says, “Here monkey, hop on my back and see what’s going to happen to that conniving Aussie canine.”

      Religious aspects aside (don’t need to get into that debate) I think your site serves an important task. It’s important that society never lose sight of the fact that evil is among us. There are people out there who would kill you and/or someone you love for any reason, or even more alarmingly for no reason at all. We rub shoulders with them every day and don’t know it. Fear of getting caught and punished keeps most of them in check, which is as good a reason as I can think of for having a well run law enforcement program in society.

          oh, i will. i know it seems kind of morbid to want to read this stuff, but this is the basis of humanity, and it’s not very pretty. it just goes to show that anything can happen to anyone, and not all criminals look/act like the degenerates they are. i have a 2 year old, and i’m scared to death to let her out of my sight for even one minute, because that’s all it takes for ur life to change, and i really wouldnt want my child to go through the stuff like the kids on this website and in the news have…it’s horrendous!

            It is ‘morbid’ reading this stuff. Not in its worst form, or the mildest. Some will argue “There are sites that make this pale in comparison” when it comes to the violence factor. I say they have got the wrong idea about the site. I seem to always make it back. But I am a morbid person, it is expected. Look at the color scheme and theme, not exactly colors from the rainbow (thanks for that PYSIH). I am very fond of the site actually. The light hearted humor is note worthy enough to fill the pages of a novels from the Southern Gothic Movement or perhaps a little later, Flannery O’Connor would have certainly been entertained.

      The death of a certain little boy affected me a great deal, and probably changed my life. That little boy is baby Peter, and this is the only site i’ve found where i feel i can truly express my anger at the sadistic monsters who killed him, and also for other child-killng scum. So thank you.

        Baby Peter is what drove me through several child abuse awareness sites, and ultimately here in search of more information on the Sarinanas. I just don’t understand the kind of person it would take to inflict that kind of pain on a little boy like that. I’m not the sweetest person on Earth, by any means, but until I read that, I wasn’t really aware of the kind of world we live in. I really had convinced myself that abused children were just the result of tired, stressed out parents, and that it was rare to see a case of child abuse. To find that people torture, rape, and mutilate the smallest and tenderest of us has officially and irrevocably broken my heart.

      my husband cant believe that i sit and read and comment these stories (in between cooking, cleaning, childcare and homework). i’ll log off and start telling him about these stories and he just rolls his eyes. but i love this site and the fact that it doesnt necessarily need to be 100% factual or correct, but it makes you interested enough to check it out through other sources if u think its not up to speed. although i’m sure the writers and admin do their best to provide factual and impartial info. i tell everyone i know about this site and cant wait to read new stuff

        lol my husband is the same way, only after hearing about some of the stories, he has told me he wishes me to not tell him anymore. Now I rarely mention them, unless they’re new I guess. He told me about Otty Sanchez, and was like, you didn’t read it on your hell site? LOL.

        I have 3 babies ages 1, 2 and 3. so i get to hop on and read a story and comment about 5 minutes each time LOL sometimes longer if they are napping. then when hubby is off. I just feel like I have a better understanding of (not them doing their crime) but knowing what to look out for. I do not trust people as I used to. I will not pull over to help anyone, unless it’s an old lady and her baby- even then i may just pull up crack the window and offer cell phone assistance. I am truly terrified at what human beings are capable of. I thank this site for keeping an up to date data base on all the stories. I only hope I will never read about anyone I know on here.

      It has been sad to read all these murders. So many about children being murdered….it hurts because I am a mother of three. I know that life is kids can make you feel like the smallest person on earth. So much responsibility to take under. But they are little beams of light. These are the most suffisticated creatures on earth that love with every bones in their bodies, they trust you without a doubt, they help you when you need a little extra love. So many things to be in awe of children. To betray a child is to betray god, in my opinion. They are innocent and pure love and emotion. They speak from their hearts and are the most honest people on the planet.
      I do love this website because you can tastefully damn these people and I can sleep a little better. Lately the Brianna Lopez story has been terribly troubling for me. I just don’t know what to do. If all we work for is to protect our children, something like that happens to them and all the perps get is life in prison? For me, I wish there was some real vigilante justice. I know its so wrong, but it has to be right. Where are the people willing to risk it all to bring real justice to the families and victims? Where are they? We need you to come forth and do us justice. Where are the Rorschach’s of the world, dark crusaders ready to fight? Maybe it is just a dream?
      I just wish that people would stop pussying around and bring back the electric chair. Its simple, you’re going to act like an animal, murder an rape..treat your victims worse than animals….then you’ll die like one.
      Why should their victims be treated less than human but theyre allowed fairness and understanding. Why do they get to enjoy the light of day when their victims are gone forever? Their societal contributions are lost! These people are fed by our tax dollars. Lets end this madness. Lets make punishment so harsh for murderes and rapists that they think twice or their fate is handed to them as they did to others.
      I hate hate hate everyone of the people written about. I wish death on them all, I hope Im not going to hell for saying that.

        Yeah, I’ve been having problems with the workings of this website for a while now. Haven’t been able to read ‘hate mail’ letters for several weeks.

        Also, last week I wasn’t able to read anything on the site posted after Oct 7th.Thought it might have been my computer BUT I had a friend of mine in England, who had never been to PYSIH, pull up the site and he confirmed he was only able to read things posted before Oct 7th. Everything else (comments, articles, etc.) completely gone. Yesterday, they all suddenly reappeared.

        I must honestly say that you baffle me. You can look up this blog, but dictionary websites appear to elude you. “Bastard,” (note the spelling) as a noun, has three definitions according to Merriam-Webster. The first definition is “an illegitimate child.” Not the child’s mother, as you claim. By the content of your rant, you obviously want the third definition: “an offensive or disagreeable person–used as a generalized term of abuse.” Essentially, the people on this website say things you don’t agree with, so they’re bastards.

        A douche is a current of liquid directed into or against a bodily cavity, such as the vagina. However, like so many words, douche has another meaning: “an offensive person.” Which, again, is what you mean to convey: there are things here you don’t like, so the people who write them are douches (offensive)

        That’s one of my particular pet peeves. I have an intense love for the English language and it pains me to see it so badly mutiliated.

      I Love philosophy. Particular the ancients such as Plato, Aristotle, and the christian philosopher Clement of Alexandria. As I endeavor to understand the emotions that drive us on this important topic of heinous crimes, my very own findings have helped to calm my mind to an extent. Coming to understand a position will have that calming effect on the mind. I’m one who separates the sin from the sinner, but the hate mail posted here are from those who don’t even recognize the sin. They may just be in denial, or for worse they could be condoning the action if only to a degree. I hope for the former of course. Now do I believe in forgiveness? Absolutely. But the common misconception about forgiveness is that it excuses wrongdoings. Even many proponents of forgiveness make the mistake of saying “forgive and forget” and thus they hurt their own cause. Forgiving and forgetting are two completely different things. I like the statement “life is for giving, not for getting”. Indeed when we forgive we cast out the anger, the hatred, and the animosity. But we do not forget. We do not forget who they are. Knowing what they are without the negative emotions that are the cause of rushed actions, we can make intelligent choices on how to deal with such a situation. Some would say we should be angry, but all anger is is frustration and is a cause of inner pain. Would it not be better to just let such emotions go? Of course when we do, we do not let the rememberance of the wrongdoing go with it.

      To have unconditional Love for someone is not irresponsible at all. As a matter of fact I believe it’s the highest form of Love that we can have for another. I don’t blame people for showing support for those who are shown on this site. I had to imagine myself in the same position. I took someone that I Love so much, indeed I Love her unconditionally. While I am positive she will never do something even close to the hideous actions of those shown on this site, I must say I had to imagine her in that position. Yes I know that may raise an eyebrow from some of you but I had to do it. As I saw myself Loving her still, and caring for her, anything hateful posted about her would indeed drive me crazy. And even moreso when I try to stick up for her but to no avail. All of this of course does not excuse the wrongdoing. I understand when someone continues to Love another unconditionally even after doing something heinous. I would encourage them to continue Loving them. No one crumbles in a day. There are always contributing factors. Perhaps when we take a good solid look at them we can improve on the foundation of what could make us all better people as a whole.

      I must say that those who excuse wrongdoing out of love are only making the situation worse. But I cannot at the same time support the hounding and hating of any individual. People You’ll See In Hell. Some on here really do believe in God and an afterlife and heaven and hell. Others do not. For those who do, gehenna aka hell may be the final destination of many of those shown on this site, but I think we all deep down would rather see them make that 180 degree turn and be on the road to Heaven instead.

      Surfed in today looking for info on a sociopath I was following up on, sadly you didn’t have much on her. Got sidetracked into other posts. Laughed a lot. Saw the words “Hate Mail” Thought, wow, that would be cool, if they posted the hate mail from these people!

      Thank you. It’s freakin’ brilliant. Often I feel sorry for the perp’s family, so often they are victims too. However, they are not the ones surfing the internet looking for comments about their criminal relative and defending them!

      I survived 14 years living with a sociopath who decided slowly killing me was better for his image than just leaving me. Luckily some people on the internet caught on and sent someone over to investigate. He’s still out there, so any site publishing wrong doers, I say well done! Maybe someone will wise up and manage to avoid them if they aren’t locked up, and it gives me immense pleasure to read about the ones who get caught.

      There was a phrase from somewhere “Laugh and shame the devil”. These people are so important in their own mind, laughing at them is like shooting bullets.

      My favorite hate mail line:
      What kind of sick and twisted people are you? How dare you assume that he was a bad person because of his criminal record!

      Uh, a criminal record is often part of the description of “bad person” But anyone who wants a guardian angel like that is more than welcome. Good luck finding that angel with the criminal record and history of violence. You might have to look in the “Fallen Angels” section of heaven. Right under the big sign that says “Hell, Down Thataway”

      It’s that kind of logic I love. Like when my X was confronted with proof of his affair, he told me it didn’t matter because she would be dead by the end of the year anyway. (she had cancer) Ironically, I would have been also. Evidently cheating doesn’t count if the one you are cheating with is terminal? Is there a time limit on that? Like, if they are going to die within six months, it’s a freebie? That’s like if you eat half a cookie, it doesn’t have any calories because they all fell out when you broke it in half!

      great site.the only problem is the indignant rage that i experience after reading two or three articles.i can’t believe people(using the term looooosely)write in to complain on behalf of friends and relatives who have the dubious distinction of appearing in these pages. my fave is when they claim to be “pursuing legal action”. it becomes clear that they have little understanding of even basic (and when i say basic, i ‘m talking third grade civics basic.) law. personally,if it were me, i would be distancing myself not allying myself.

      I’ve been lurking on this site for about a month, now, and finally decided to jump in on the “fun.” It all started when I was searching for more on that baby murderer, Travis Mullis. I was actually called to jury duty on the day that the jury selection was going to go on for the trial. I had this strong feeling that I was being called in for that specific case, so I opted out because I had school (would’ve missed if it WASN’T for this trial). I most likely wouldn’t have been selected, anyway, considering that I would’ve told them, “To hell with that son of a bitch murderer. Kill his ass!” Also, I was three months pregnant, so they more than likely would have sent me home.

      Anyway, I think this site is fantastic. It kind of made me paranoid about leaving my son anywhere if I choose to go back to work after he’s born in August. I will most likely choose to stay home, now. It just goes to show that no one can really be trusted. Some people are just so good at hiding their true selves. It’s sickening, and what’s even worse are the people that defend these disgusting individuals that are obviously guilty!

I’m barely on page 15 (stopped after reading about poor baby Nyla), but I plan on reading every single story posted. My heart breaks for all victims.

            It’s very difficult to read this site from the beginning, but I think that’s exactly how all of the regular posters started. Just remember that PYSIH represents the worst of the worst, and that most of humanity isn’t like this at all. It sure does open your eyes, though. It drives home a lot of hard realities, among other things.

I tend to get a little tooooo emotional when reading/ hearing about situations such as those posted here, but I’m not going to hide behind barred windows and doors after reading these. I’ve always been very protective with my family (parents, sisters, nephews, niece, my husband, stepdaughter and now my unborn son) and friends, and I don’t know what I’d do if anything would happen to any of them because of some monstrosity. I was watching Steve Wilkos, today, and there was a woman who accused her husband of six years of molesting their daughter. She had said something along the lines of, “We’ve been married for six years, but you can know somebody for twenty years and not know who they really are.” It turned out that, yes, he had molested his daughter. Whether that show’s real or fake… what she said is true. I love my husband (together for almost seven years), dearly, but if something happens to our kids to make me think, “Ok… this is not normal.” Then, he’d better be prepared for the wrath that he’s about to endure… and vice versa. If there really is something in some good people that automatically makes them snap and lash out like a maniac all of a sudden, and I end up being one of them, then I’d expect him to A) knock the living shit out of me and B) get me thrown in prison.

              Ahhh… I started rambling lol. I totally forgot what I was really going to respond with. It’s probably the Phenergan, and now I’m falling asleep. I had to take some because this little boy’s making me nauseated… then again… I do end up rambling onto something completely different every now and then when I’m NOT sleepy :)

        Same here. PYSIH has a rule of not putting well known people on this site. There have been exceptions, like Lori Drew, Jerry Sandusky, or Diane Schuler. I know this site grew because of Drew and Schuler. They are all hated like Anthony.

      The author of this site is actually a big slimeball, and he probably benefits financially off if it somehow. He knows that more articles = more viewers, so he puts up articles of relatively minor crimes alongside the truly deviant ones.

      Example, he put an article about a 19 year old having sex with another teenager who was just a few months shy of 16 (the legal age of consent in most states – in some states its lower), and claimed the 19 year old was a “rapist”, which is totally absurd – he put this poor girl alongside articles about baby rapists. The guy who writes this stuff is probably going to end up with an article about himself up on his own site someday, he seems to have a perverse interest in sex, probably due to sexual repression as a youngster.

      Were I some of his victims, I’d sue him for all he’s worth, and I know that some of them would actually have a case to – he’s a smut merchant is all he is.

              I actually believe a few of them have, but WBC said that they were a target for Anonymous and Anonymous said “We have bigger fish to fry”, which I think is a bigger fuck you to Fred Phelps than messing with his website. But a few of them have disabled it on and off, more of an annoyance than anything. I think they’re smart enough to realize that completely fucking with the site is giving Phelps what he wants- attention, and something to scream over, and eventually media attention. The best thing they’re doing is ignoring them and not giving them any kind of publicity.

              Ah, Travis, I’ll tell you a tale. Of a long time ago, when I was at a GLBT conference and the Phelps clan came to protest. They were loud, obnoxious, and not interested at all in any kind of intellectual discussion. And do you know what really pissed them off? When we acted like they weren’t there. They are like a group of three year olds. They thrive on attention, and when they don’t get it they’ll do something bigger and more annoying because they think it’ll get them the attention they crave. It really, really bugs them when people ignore them, and it infuriates them when you don’t just do that kind of ignoring them that makes it seem like you have to make an effort at pretending they aren’t there, you truly go on like they don’t exist.
              Plus, a hint for anyone out there who does not want them around, don’t shout back. Take up a donation. Have people pledge five bucks for every hour they protest, and announce you’re giving the proceeds to Lambda Legal or AIDS research loud enough for them to hear. They hate that, especially when the attention goes to the fundraising.

      Vulgarity does not allow one to come across relevant and respectable but rather ignorant and uneducated. Try to get your point across without the use of explicits; that would be truly impressive.
      I enjoy the shock factor and find this site wholly amusing. Anyone who commits the acts described here deserves the public glare.

      I must say that Texas is a fuck up state to teach people to take a N.G.R.I. plea.. I know Ms Yates and otty sanchez for years now and for living on the same unit as they did in Vernon Texas I never saw any dam thing wrong with either of them and now both of them are in The Kerrville State Hospital living a good life and waiting to be release back into the commuity so I to had a selfdefence case and the courts try to make it a capital murder case but then gave me lots of meds, to take a N.G.R.I. Plea Now heres a case for every one to see Laura Ann De La Cruz in Dallas shot and killed her mother and in Nov, 2012 got a 30 year prison term now this women was in Vernon Texas with all of us and she’s Fucked up in the head for real and also has over 15 teen years of history being in and out of hospitals now why did the attorneys with the help with the Dallas DA send this women to prison were the fuck is the justice in this case..
